JIH Electrical were recommended to me, so I requested a quote and was pleased to receive efficient, prompt and helpful replies from James throughout. Communication has been excellent and I was kept updated until my installation day. Alex arrived on time and carried out a very professional job installing my new Hypervolt Home Pro 3 EV charger. Alex asked exactly where I wanted the charger and cables to be located, explained all the work he was carrying out, and shared his knowledge of the product so I knew how to get the most from it. Alex left my home and driveway clean and tidy, and I am delighted with the quality of the installation and the charger works perfectly! Alex did an amazing job. He turned up when he said he would and replaced and rewired 9 light fittings around the house inside and out. Everything is working perfectly and looks great. The house was left spotless after the work was complete and Alex showed how the sensor to the outside light would work which was good to know. Will definitely use JIH in the future.

Many thanks to Lee for his friendly approach and good nature. Electrical problems are not a problem at all when this pro is involved. This guy knows his stuff. The first time we had a short circuit with the switches. Lee came, replaced it and fixed it in a few minutes. I want to note that it was a weekend. The second time we had a broken electric cooker. We had nothing to cook on. Lee came, quickly figured it out, fixed it, advised what else needed to be done. And again everything works. A rapid response was received by this company who completed the installation of a new 10-way mains fuse box making way for an additional fridge freezer. A clean, neat professional job was completed in record time. Then, another piece of work involved access to the loft to provide connections for two pull cord switches in two further bedrooms. The creative use of trunking meant redecoration was not necessary. I would highly recommend this company for any domestic electrical work.

A fantastic team. All through the installation process their time keeping was spot on. We had good advice about where kit could be positioned. The engineers were fantastic during the installation. They worked like Trojans. They were very courteous. When our autistic son came home from school at noon sick, we asked if their site radio could be turned off. This was done straight away. But they also then worked in near silence. We were so pleased with their attitude. Most importantly the job looks fantastic and works really well. We are very very happy.

Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. I needed a electrical supply running into my garage so that i could have a Pod Point electrical car charger installed along with lighting and sockets, problem being that the garage is remote from the house. Electrical Innovations came up with a solution and liaised with Pod Point to ensure the solution was acceptable ie the charger had a sufficient supply . The work was carried out in a day by a team of 4 who all turned up with all the materials required to complete the work; they arrived on time, worked diligently while being friendly at all times. Work completed with no issues. I would definitely recommend Electrical Innovations for any size project you require doing, they are timely in their responses to your requests and undertaking the work; basically they do what they say they will do and will not mess you about.

Electrical Innovations were sub contracted by Heatable Ltd to install solar panels and storage battery. Installation happened on 24 April 2025. The date was fixed well in advance. I was advised on the probable schedule, including scaffold erection. The schedule was kept. 4 person installation team came early and worked hard until the task was completed. I was expecting significant overflow of work for the following day and was ever so pleases that it did not happen. The team worked without any demand on me. The site was left tidy. Obviously this applies to battery installation as I have not been to the roof. Yes I have no hesitation in giving this company 5 star.

James and team installed solar panels, an EV charger, a domestic hot water heating system, and a solar battery system for me last year. They were totally professional and extremely helpful… and really nice guys to boot! 😊 James did all the design and calculations to specify a system for me which has proved to be ideal - it operates at pretty much optimum for my particular circumstances and property. My property has 3-phase electrics and I didn't want the battery inside the house, so James spent time with me assessing both my needs and concerns and didn't just try to install a 'standard' or 'simple' system for me as some other firms wanted to do simply because it was easier for them. I thought the price James quoted was really competitive and I am very happy with the results. I'd recommend them to anyone, although I try not to in case they're too busy with other work if I need them to do some more work for me 😉 After all, if you all used them too I might have to wait a long time for them to have any availability for me! I went through HyperVolt's website to look for approved installers and was connected to James who did a remote survey and explained everything involved with fitting an EV charger on a video call. James was attentive and listened to my concerns of making sure the installation was neat as I'll be looking at it every single day. Unfortunately, one of James' staff had an emergency on the day of the installation so we had to postpone. James made me aware as soon as he could and offered to come and complete the job at the weekend. I was in no rush as my EV was still on order so I suggested we do the following week instead as I don't like working weekends either! Jason did an excellent job at making the install look neat and answered any stupid questions I had along the way. Jason showed me how to use the HyperVolt app and made sure all the settings were configured correctly. Thanks James & Jason for doing a superb job at a reasonable price.

Looked for a local electrician on a Sunday as electric flickered and went off the previous night. MJK came out within half hour of contact on the Sunday morning and worked it out methodically and advised as appropriate to get the problem fixed which turned out to be a National Grid issue in my meter cab outside. Lee did a brilliant job completely rewiring our old cottage when we renovated in 2022. Really professional & reliable, responded promptly any time we needed to contact him, gave us loads of useful advice when we were planning the layout for lights & switches etc and was always on site for whatever days & times we’d agreed, which was really helpful for the overall project management and avoided delays scheduling tasks with our other contractors.
