Very clear communication from Simon regarding arrival times, which meant I wasn't sat around waiting all day. His work was completed to a very good standard for a competitive price and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Simon offers a very prompt, excellent and reliable service. He spent several hours at my house sorting out a very complex problem that another electrician had failed to fix. I'd definitely recommend him and will definitely use him again if the need arises.

Contacted Simon on Monday and he was with us by Wednesday. Not an emergency so happy with response time. Our job was fairly small so in some respects charges were a little high but when dealing with electrical matters you need a competent, professional tradesman. I am very pleased with the work Ryan has done for us , he has done the electrical work in my new kitchen which was extensive as it was a totally different layout , whilst he was doing this I had other bits and pieces around the house new light fittings etc which he did for me so when I needed garden lights fitting he was my first choice to call and he hasn’t let me down my garden looks beautiful. Ryan quickly answered my message and was accommodating to arrange a visit to quote. His quote came through as promised and was great value. I’m having a few jobs done at once and Ryan has been by far the best tradesman at communicating, both in writing and in person. Again he was accommodating on a date for the work to be done. Kept in touch as to timings. While doing the job he kept me informed of the progress so I knew when my electrics would be off as I work from home. I could hear him clearing up after himself. He’s done a fantastic job and is coming back when I’ve had my plastering work done. Ryan is honestly one of the nicest tradesmen I’ve had in my home. Highly recommend

Ryan did a great job installing two additional connection points on our plasterboard wall for wall lights. Given the distance from the sockets, I expected more damage to the walls, but he managed to install everything with minimal disruption. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable, making the whole experience even better. Spot on service! I’ll definitely be using Ryan’s services again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable electrician!

A rapid response was received by this company who completed the installation of a new 10-way mains fuse box making way for an additional fridge freezer. A clean, neat professional job was completed in record time. Then, another piece of work involved access to the loft to provide connections for two pull cord switches in two further bedrooms. The creative use of trunking meant redecoration was not necessary. I would highly recommend this company for any domestic electrical work.

James came to supply and fit me 2 security lights. He did a perfect job, even wrote down all instructions for me of how to change settings etc. Lovely helpful, friendly and respectful young man, nothings too much trouble for him. He leaves everywhere clean and tidy and doesn't leave the job until your completely satisfied with the work. He went above and beyond for me, even helped me sort a Blink doorbell out at no extra charge. I have previously used them for Electric car charging installation, I got an appt quickly and it was also installed quickly with no fuss. The company that came out before them were saying it would take them at least half a day due to the location of the electric point. But this company did the work in no time. Because of this we recently had a problem inside the house where all the upstairs electrics just cut off, so we called this company again, Rebecca who answered our call explained to us everything and arranged an appointment which was sooner then we thought, she was very professional not only did they fix the problem which wasn’t as straightforward as it seemed at first but they also were very professional and dealt with the issue as a matter of urgency, they were very considerate of our property and went above and beyond in fixing the issue as quickly as possible. I cant recommend them enough. They are the ones to call if you want stress free reliable service, and we would use them again if we had to.

I highly recommend Go Electric. Their customer service is up there with the best I have ever experienced. We had a Tesla wall-charger installed at our home. We got a quote from a few providers but this company stood out for us for the personal approach. Rebecca was super helpful at organising the installation and constantly liaised with us to ensure this was as efficient as possible. Jim and his colleague did a super quick installation and were very friendly and helpful. But the highlight in customer service is that after a couple of weeks the charger stopped working. Even though it was late on a Friday Rebecca was straight in touch trying to resolve any fuse box potential solutions. Jim came round on Saturday to investigate further. It turned out that the unit was faulty and Tesla admitted it was a warranty issue with the product and replaced it. Not without jumping the hoops. But again Jim was amazing and called them to get it sorted. Otherwise I'm sure we'd be ending up forking out for a new unit. Hopefully anyone looking for an EV charger installer will consider Go Electric in Dronfield. Honestly couldn't recommend them more highly.

We were nervous about using a firm found online, (it didn't work for us last time) and since our previous electrician retired , one of our old (35years) storage heaters also retired ! We were so pleased to find James and his team. He helped us decide on a replacement, explaining very patiently all the options, provided quotes, and gave a date. Very happy with Positive Electrics. James was very helpful on the phone, estimate provided within 2 hours (which was very close to final invoice) and very happy with the work carried out. I had some old light fittings swapped out for new, a dimmer switch replaced and some down lights put in. I provided a key and it was all sorted whilst I was at work. Wiring was Tidy and also with minimum affect to the flooring. Provides certificate at the end of the job so you know he is GOOD at what he does. Steve is amazing. He’s just installed the electrical supply to a new shower for us. He’s friendly and knowledgeable, always replies to calls and messages and turns up when he says he will, fitting his visits (one to make electrical supply and another to connect power once shower unit fitted) around the plumber and tiler.
