James came to supply and fit me 2 security lights. He did a perfect job, even wrote down all instructions for me of how to change settings etc. Lovely helpful, friendly and respectful young man, nothings too much trouble for him. He leaves everywhere clean and tidy and doesn't leave the job until your completely satisfied with the work. He went above and beyond for me, even helped me sort a Blink doorbell out at no extra charge. Amazing service! James came out to us a few months ago when Virgin Media cut through our electricity cable whilst installing fibre and didn't tell us 🙄 James came out at very short notice and identified the problem and advised us what to do next. He also gave us really useful advice about our ageing fuse box! Would highly recommend to anyone 😊

I contacted James very last minute after the dishwasher had leaked, tripped the electrics and damaged the socket and plug. He was upfront about cost from the start, gave loads of great advice and did extra checks whilst he was here. James was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Extremely professional at his job. Attention to detail was above and beyond excelent. He also corrected a lot of stuff previous electricians had done wrong. Wiring was Tidy and also with minimum affect to the flooring. Provides certificate at the end of the job so you know he is GOOD at what he does. Steve was a really pleasant and trustworthy professional. He listened to what jobs needed doing and offered us various options. The fan in bathroom NOW works a treat and he made an effort to keep everything clean and tidy. He fitted us in before christmas which was really appreciated. We'll definitely use him again.

Steve is amazing. He’s just installed the electrical supply to a new shower for us. He’s friendly and knowledgeable, always replies to calls and messages and turns up when he says he will, fitting his visits (one to make electrical supply and another to connect power once shower unit fitted) around the plumber and tiler. He’s tidy and efficient and his prices are competitive too. Will recommend to friends and family and always use his services in the future.

Very happy with Positive Electrics. James was very helpful on the phone, estimate provided within 2 hours (which was very close to final invoice) and very happy with the work carried out. I had some old light fittings swapped out for new, a dimmer switch replaced and some down lights put in. I provided a key and it was all sorted whilst I was at work. Will use Positive Electrics in the future.

James and his team are top quality! They did wiring in most rooms, putting new lights on, new switches and new sockets on with new hobs in the kitchen. They communicated effectively with me, with their works they are doing. The lads are really good at what they do. James has been responsive and his customer service is great. We were nervous about using a firm found online, (it didn't work for us last time) and since our previous electrician retired , one of our old (35years) storage heaters also retired ! We were so pleased to find James and his team. He helped us decide on a replacement, explaining very patiently all the options, provided quotes, and gave a date. Two pleasant young gentlemen duly arrived, and completed the job . No mess, no fuss. They explained how the new equipment worked ( easy really) and removed all their rubbish. Nothing left behind. I highly recommend Go Electric. Their customer service is up there with the best I have ever experienced. We had a Tesla wall-charger installed at our home. We got a quote from a few providers but this company stood out for us for the personal approach. Rebecca was super helpful at organising the installation and constantly liaised with us to ensure this was as efficient as possible. Jim and his colleague did a super quick installation and were very friendly and helpful. But the highlight in customer service is that after a couple of weeks the charger stopped working. Even though it was late on a Friday Rebecca was straight in touch trying to resolve any fuse box potential solutions. Jim came round on Saturday to investigate further. It turned out that the unit was faulty and Tesla admitted it was a warranty issue with the product and replaced it. Not without jumping the hoops. But again Jim was amazing and called them to get it sorted. Otherwise I'm sure we'd be ending up forking out for a new unit. Hopefully anyone looking for an EV charger installer will consider Go Electric in Dronfield. Honestly couldn't recommend them more highly.

Ryan quickly answered my message and was accommodating to arrange a visit to quote. His quote came through as promised and was great value. I’m having a few jobs done at once and Ryan has been by far the best tradesman at communicating, both in writing and in person. Again he was accommodating on a date for the work to be done. Kept in touch as to timings. While doing the job he kept me informed of the progress so I knew when my electrics would be off as I work from home. I could hear him clearing up after himself. Ryan did a great job installing two additional connection points on our plasterboard wall for wall lights. Given the distance from the sockets, I expected more damage to the walls, but he managed to install everything with minimal disruption.
