Russ came to our aid on Easter Monday following failure of an installation put in by others 6 years ago, what he found was shocking(no pun intended). Made it safe and got some powe back on for us. Subsequently undertook full repair and test. Very tidy and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.

We have had a significant amount of building work and required new installation of fuse board, first and second fix to new building, along with rewire and reconfiguration of existing lights, sockets and security features etc. A great deal of planning was required, which Russ assisted with. Russ was punctual, tidy and carried out all works to a very high standard. We would not hesitate to recommend him for any electrical work. He is perhaps one of the friendliest tradesmen we have encountered.

We arrived home from a small break to discover our kitchen sockets were not working. We tried the usual stuff to no avail and after phoning several electricians who were to busy, we eventually got RK Electrical services ltd Russell arrived 30 mins later where he fixed the initial issue quickly, however he found a few other faults that were potentially life threatening. Wrong wire connections in fuse box, no earth etc.He must have been at my property for 2 hours,so we we were expecting a large bill(call out etc) We were wrong and nothing what we expected. We had an electrician a few years back to fit us new sockets/lights etc who never spotted the problem. Couldn't recommend Russell( RK Electrical services ltd) any higher. Thanks

We were nervous about using a firm found online, (it didn't work for us last time) and since our previous electrician retired , one of our old (35years) storage heaters also retired ! We were so pleased to find James and his team. He helped us decide on a replacement, explaining very patiently all the options, provided quotes, and gave a date. Two pleasant young gentlemen duly arrived, and completed the job . No mess, no fuss. They explained how the new equipment worked ( easy really) and removed all their rubbish. Nothing left behind. Simples. What a pleasant experience !

James and his team are top quality! They did wiring in most rooms, putting new lights on, new switches and new sockets on with new hobs in the kitchen. They communicated effectively with me, with their works they are doing. The lads are really good at what they do. James has been responsive and his customer service is great. I look forward to be working with this team again in my next investment project!

We have been using Positive Electrics for about ten years, and over that period have seen the firm “grow” . They are a very competent , well organised set up. The electricians are very polite, caring , and knowledgeable. At the completion of the work , they always clean their work area. Only this week we required a couple of extra double- sockets in our lounge, this was quite an urgent request. Made late morning. James organised the work to be carried out that same afternoon , completed by two very competent electricians . We are always highly satisfied with Positive Electrics., and would certainly recommend them if you need any electrical work undertaking .

James came to supply and fit me 2 security lights. He did a perfect job, even wrote down all instructions for me of how to change settings etc. Lovely helpful, friendly and respectful young man, nothings too much trouble for him. He leaves everywhere clean and tidy and doesn't leave the job until your completely satisfied with the work. He went above and beyond for me, even helped me sort a Blink doorbell out at no extra charge. James came out to us a few months ago when Virgin Media cut through our electricity cable whilst installing fibre and didn't tell us 🙄 James came out at very short notice and identified the problem and advised us what to do next. Couldn't recommend SJK enough. 10/10 from start to finish from Steve. All the work he has carried out for us both electrical work and fitting our new kitchen has been to the highest standard and at a very fair price. His work is 2nd to none and he is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.

I contacted SJK regarding my electric shower not heating. Steve supplied and fitted a new one to my requirements, fitting me in within a few days of getting in touch. Friendly, professional and courteous-definitely recommend and would use again.

Jack completed the electrics in our front and rear extension. It was a pleasure having Jack around the house and he was very conscientious when completing the work. He also offered advice and potential improvements to our plans throughout the course of his works. I would highly recommend Jack if you need any electrical works completing.

Jack has done all the electrical work on our extension; a single story kitchen, utility and toilet. Jack came out as soon as we had the structure up and went though our needs. Jack is very organised, thorough in his planning and very tidy. He pays attention to detail, and also offered advice on things we’d not thought about. After the first fix, was wasn’t due to see Jack again until the second fix, but a slight change to the initial plan, and a need for heat and smoke alarms, and Jack managed to fit us in to install ahead of plastering. Jack also moved our consumer unit, and did a super neat job of that too, so we now have an up to date, safer consumer unit that is better suited to our needs. Before our kitchen was installed he called round to check everything once again and then as soon as our kitchen was in, Jack returned to finish off the second fix. Jack was happy to do some additions for us, and it never felt like anything was too much for him. He even did some restorative work for us that wasn’t really within his remit, but he wanted it looking right. On top of his professionalism he genuinely one the nicest lads I’ve met, arrives when he say he will and leaves it very tidy. Thank you so much.

Jack is really reliable and I recommend him all the time. He’s very patient when I’ve got dates wrong or changed my mind! I’ve worked with him in a work capacity on the renovation of an old mill (where he was asked to do unusual things for particular artist’s equipment and lighting and was great with the artists) and in my own home 🏠

Neale was recommend to me and was so fast coming to do a free quote then booked me in around my schedule he came today to fit me new lights in my salon and has done an incredible job! Neale did a full rewire of a detached garage including running new armoured cable from house. Was very reliable, gave good professional advice and made a very tidy job of installation. Would definitely use next time I need any electrical work sorting.

If I could give more than 5* I would. Neale did a great job of updating our old security light to a sleek modern one. He worked efficiently and with great attention to detail taking time to set it up even in sunshine but insisted that he would call back if needed. Turned up on time, looked at and then did the job which was brilliant as I thought he'd go away and price it up first. Did a really good job, and very tidy as well, he obviously thinks a lot about the aesthetics and advises you if he feels the wiring will look a bit messy and comes up with alternatives. Really pleased and would recommend him.

I had Scott come to me to rewire the TV to be mounted on the wall. He was excellent. Friendly, tidy and when there was a slight mishap with the buildings wiring which knocked of the Internet and he came back the next day and rectified it for me. I can’t fault Scott and his buddy. Had a full re-wire from Scott Marsden Electrical and very happy with the total service from the initial visit to completion. A very good professional team and after I moved back in there was very little to clean up as they had done a great job. Thoroughly recommend.
