Had 10 solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall3 battery fitted by Electric innovations , whole process was seamless from start to finish , was kept upto date on the installastion timings etc , arrived 8.30am and was all done dusted logged in to the app at 3.30pm by Ben and his team , since the work has been completed i have received various follow up emails and conversations to make sure i was happy with the work completed and if i needed any further assistance . I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company , very professional approachable and local , this is the second job they have done for me after installing my car charger 2 years ago as well. Top work lads !!

Fantastic work carried out by Stu, Frazer, Louis and the team. Solar Panels installed, nest thermostat, ring doorbell and a few other bits around the house. I had Electrical Innovations out for a house alarm service. House alarm was beyond economical repair. I was given various options, went for the wireless system, provided with a quote and accepted. They turned up when they said they would, performed the job to the highest standard, took old alarm away and all the packaging from the new alarm. I was kept updated with arrival times via text message. Brad the technician cleaned up after himself, no mess was left. We were very impressed with the service provided. Once the alarm was installed, Brad went through everything with me, explained the settings and set up the app on our phones. Fantastic service, you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed. A rapid response was received by this company who completed the installation of a new 10-way mains fuse box making way for an additional fridge freezer. A clean, neat professional job was completed in record time. Then, another piece of work involved access to the loft to provide connections for two pull cord switches in two further bedrooms. The creative use of trunking meant redecoration was not necessary. I would highly recommend this company for any domestic electrical work.

I called them for outdoor socket fixing and next day I got an appointment. It was quick and very professional. Zayed was very professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

Wayne and his team have seen to all our electrical needs over many years. They are responsive, professional and all really pleasant people to have in the house. Last week Wayne arrived on time (with a smile), wore a face mask and removed his shoes before entering the house. The job he did on this occasion was to fit 3 new LED light fittings perfectly and efficiently. Part of a previous job he did for us was to supply and fit an outside LED light which unfortunately stopped working after only a few months as it was faulty - no worries! a quick phone call to Wayne and he appeared the same day and replaced the faulty light, so we know that his after service is brilliant to. We would not choose anyone else to do any electrical work for us. He is very highly recommended.

Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.

Dan-thanks for being very thorough on what batteries that I needed for my solar system.They say everyday is a school day and I can honestly say it certainly was the things that I picked up on the conversations we had helped. We then have Jake and again he was very helpful nothing was a problem on coming back with the answers. Then we have the electrician (Ryan) the ambassador of the company 'very smartly dressed' contacted me on the way introducing himself and giving me an eta. His ethics and knowledge workmanship was second to none. All in all price comes into everything and PAC was the company who stood out for helpfulness,compasion,enthusiasm, and professionalism. This was also amended with no quibbles when I decided on a Hypervolt charger instead. Dan also arranged an install date very quickly - I only had to wait a couple of weeks from accepting my quote. Andy who installed the charger is a really nice guy. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and high quality workmanship. The Hypervolt looks great and I cannot fault the install - extremely neat! I would highly recommend.

They were totally professional and extremely helpful… and really nice guys to boot! 😊 James did all the design and calculations to specify a system for me which has proved to be ideal - it operates at pretty much optimum for my particular circumstances and property. My property has 3-phase electrics and I didn't want the battery inside the house, so James spent time with me assessing both my needs and concerns and didn't just try to install a 'standard' or 'simple' system for me as some other firms wanted to do simply because it was easier for them. I thought the price James quoted was really competitive and I am very happy with the results. I'd recommend them to anyone, although I try not to in case they're too busy with other work if I need them to do some more work for me 😉 After all, if you all used them too I might have to wait a long time for them to have any availability for me! I went through HyperVolt's website to look for approved installers and was connected to James who did a remote survey and explained everything involved with fitting an EV charger on a video call. James was attentive and listened to my concerns of making sure the installation was neat as I'll be looking at it every single day. Unfortunately, one of James' staff had an emergency on the day of the installation so we had to postpone. James made me aware as soon as he could and offered to come and complete the job at the weekend. I was in no rush as my EV was still on order so I suggested we do the following week instead as I don't like working weekends either! Jason did an excellent job at making the install look neat and answered any stupid questions I had along the way. Jason showed me how to use the HyperVolt app and made sure all the settings were configured correctly. Thanks James & Jason for doing a superb job at a reasonable price.

Like others I was connected to James through Hypervolt. Can honestly say James was quick to respond, dealt with a small issue with the case really well (Hypervolt supplied a unit with a label that couldn’t be removed and a small scratch). I’d have no hesitation recommending James.

A totally professional company. From my initial contact with the company Ainsley sorted out a day and time for the repair of the kitchen extractor unit. Frazier arrived on time he was totally professional and polite unfortunately the kitchen extractor was not repairable. I ordered a new unit and again this was booked to be fitted. Wayne was head and shoulders above the other specialist PV contractors we asked to quote to install solar panels and a storage battery. Wayne was able to answer all my questions during the quoting phase and he and his team were very diligent during the installation. From the outset I felt they were doing their very best for us, rather than a smash and grab - which was the impression I got from the other contractors we approached. Importantly it was Wayne I spoke to, rather than someone from 'sales'. Everything was well explained and after a few weeks of operation I'm really very happy with our system.
