Martin was extremely helpful when discussing and deciding on my final solar configuration. He prepared various quotes / system sizes which enabled me to select the best solution for my circumstances. The installation process was efficient and any issues that arose Martin sorted quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin to anyone.

Martin (MH Electrical) gave us a couple of options at the quoting stage and answered all the questions we had. The quote was very competitive and we were also dealing with the installer rather than a middle person which gave us more confidence. The installation dates were agreed and the process was very easy from start to finish and we are really pleased with the finished installation both in terms of performance and quality.

M H Electrical patiently worked with us over many different iterations of a solar project to make sure we got the solution that was best for us. During installation, where there were hiccups, Martin reacted quickly to try and resolve including coming out on a weekend. The quality of installation is to a high standard. Martin was great throughout the install of our panels and battery system. From the initial quote to the neat install and handling all the registration paperwork, it was a very straightforward process. Even coping with the wrong optimisers being sent by the distributor and coming back to fit when they were available, was well dealt with. The team did a solar panel and battery installation for us. Very happy with the products and service. We had an issue with the inverter 6 months later which they came out and sorted at no extra charge, so excellent after sales care. I’m still excited to check how much energy we export back to the grid each day and some months our gas and electric bills are negative so the savings on our bills have been significant.

We are in the process of moving house, and needed our EV charger removed from our old property. Contacted Loscoe Electrical, my husband had long seen their van around and always commented on how clean and professional it looked, so was the first person he contacted. Came back to us super fast with a quote and date and we booked in. Removal of the charger was super fast and efficient, really friendly and got the job done efficiently! Would defenietly recommend in future. Shame we are moving out of area otherwise we would have asked them to install our new charger.

Firstly I had a piv unit installed which I supplied. From the get go the response and communication was very professional and quick also the fitting was very neat and tidy also had a socket installed very neat and very reasonably priced. Neale provided his expertise to replace an induction hob for my elderly mum, nothing was too much trouble; his service was quick and professional and he spent time to show my mum the controls and functions of the new appliance. Would highly recommend him as he is very polite and efficient to deal with.

Great service from Power & Control, from quotation through to install. Daniel was informative and quick to provide a quote when requested. This was also amended with no quibbles when I decided on a Hypervolt charger instead. Dan also arranged an install date very quickly - I only had to wait a couple of weeks from accepting my quote. Andy who installed the charger is a really nice guy. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and high quality workmanship. The Hypervolt looks great and I cannot fault the install - extremely neat! I would highly recommend.

Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.

Had the team at DES install an Air Conditioning unit in my garden office in Derby, so pleased with the results, cool in summer heatwaves and toasty warm in winter. Install was hassle free and unit is really efficient.

I went through HyperVolt's website to look for approved installers and was connected to James who did a remote survey and explained everything involved with fitting an EV charger on a video call. James was attentive and listened to my concerns of making sure the installation was neat as I'll be looking at it every single day. Unfortunately, one of James' staff had an emergency on the day of the installation so we had to postpone. James made me aware as soon as he could and offered to come and complete the job at the weekend. I was in no rush as my EV was still on order so I suggested we do the following week instead as I don't like working weekends either! Jason did an excellent job at making the install look neat and answered any stupid questions I had along the way. Wayne and his team have seen to all our electrical needs over many years. They are responsive, professional and all really pleasant people to have in the house. Last week Wayne arrived on time (with a smile), wore a face mask and removed his shoes before entering the house. The job he did on this occasion was to fit 3 new LED light fittings perfectly and efficiently. Part of a previous job he did for us was to supply and fit an outside LED light which unfortunately stopped working after only a few months as it was faulty - no worries! a quick phone call to Wayne and he appeared the same day and replaced the faulty light, so we know that his after service is brilliant to. We would not choose anyone else to do any electrical work for us. He is very highly recommended.

Wayne was head and shoulders above the other specialist PV contractors we asked to quote to install solar panels and a storage battery. Wayne was able to answer all my questions during the quoting phase and he and his team were very diligent during the installation.
