I had Electrical Innovations out for a house alarm service. House alarm was beyond economical repair. I was given various options, went for the wireless system, provided with a quote and accepted. They turned up when they said they would, performed the job to the highest standard, took old alarm away and all the packaging from the new alarm. I was kept updated with arrival times via text message. Brad the technician cleaned up after himself, no mess was left. We were very impressed with the service provided. Once the alarm was installed, Brad went through everything with me, explained the settings and set up the app on our phones. Fantastic service, you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed. A totally professional company. From my initial contact with the company Ainsley sorted out a day and time for the repair of the kitchen extractor unit. Frazier arrived on time he was totally professional and polite unfortunately the kitchen extractor was not repairable. I ordered a new unit and again this was booked to be fitted. Sean arrived on time and fitted the unit he was fantastic professional and very polite. This company is the best in every way. Will definitely recommend this company , first class, and thank you . Fantastic work carried out by Stu, Frazer, Louis and the team. Solar Panels installed, nest thermostat, ring doorbell and a few other bits around the house. I cannot fault the standard of work and the professionalism and mannerism from all the guys was a stand out. Would definitely reccomend and will be using these guys for any future work needed. Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. Being New to the area, we chose Dan to fit our solar panels and new fuse board, so glad we did, Dan and his team did a great job, and always on the end of the line if needed, its nice to have a trusted tradesperson who can also reccomend others, wouldn't hesitate to reccomend

The team did a solar panel and battery installation for us. Very happy with the products and service. We had an issue with the inverter 6 months later which they came out and sorted at no extra charge, so excellent after sales care. I’m still excited to check how much energy we export back to the grid each day and some months our gas and electric bills are negative so the savings on our bills have been significant.

I have to say this firm lives up to its name Spot On. I am renovating an apartment and needed spotlights putting in the entire apartment . Dan was very reasonable with his quote and got the job done within a working day. Everything was done to an exceptional standard. James and team installed solar panels, an EV charger, a domestic hot water heating system, and a solar battery system for me last year. They were totally professional and extremely helpful… and really nice guys to boot! 😊 James did all the design and calculations to specify a system for me which has proved to be ideal - it operates at pretty much optimum for my particular circumstances and property. My property has 3-phase electrics and I didn't want the battery inside the house, so James spent time with me assessing both my needs and concerns and didn't just try to install a 'standard' or 'simple' system for me as some other firms wanted to do simply because it was easier for them. I thought the price James quoted was really competitive and I am very happy with the results. I'd recommend them to anyone, although I try not to in case they're too busy with other work if I need them to do some more work for me 😉 After all, if you all used them too I might have to wait a long time for them to have any availability for me! Obviously I'm just kidding - if you want an excellent, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional team then you can't do any better than Derbyshire Electrical Services Ltd.

I went through HyperVolt's website to look for approved installers and was connected to James who did a remote survey and explained everything involved with fitting an EV charger on a video call. James was attentive and listened to my concerns of making sure the installation was neat as I'll be looking at it every single day. Unfortunately, one of James' staff had an emergency on the day of the installation so we had to postpone. James made me aware as soon as he could and offered to come and complete the job at the weekend. I was in no rush as my EV was still on order so I suggested we do the following week instead as I don't like working weekends either! Jason did an excellent job at making the install look neat and answered any stupid questions I had along the way. Jason showed me how to use the HyperVolt app and made sure all the settings were configured correctly. Thanks James & Jason for doing a superb job at a reasonable price.

Like others I was connected to James through Hypervolt. Can honestly say James was quick to respond, dealt with a small issue with the case really well (Hypervolt supplied a unit with a label that couldn’t be removed and a small scratch). I’d have no hesitation recommending James.

Mark carried out a full rewire of our house. The minute he left after providing a quote, we knew we'd found our electrician. Mark gave us the confidence we needed to know he is an excellent electrician; he explained everything in detail and provided recommendations that were in our best interest and within our budget. He didn't try to up sell us or streer us wrong. Mark travelled every morning to our house which is a decent distance from his home. He communicated regularly with us when our input was needed. I visited a couple of times during the rewire and Mark left the house in a very tidy state; you can tell he truly cares about his work, his tools, and his customers. We used Mark for a full electrical rewire. As we were doing a full house renovation, we went through many electricians / quotes before choosing him (and we were very new to this). We chose Mark due to his professionalism and knowledge, as well as being friendly and approachable. He took time to answer any questions we had and gave us some very helpful tips. Nothing was ever too much and when we had last minute changes he was happy to accommodate. He was very careful with all the fixtures we provided, leaving the plastic covers on until we were ready to remove them post-renovation. We engaged with Mark to investigate a fault with our electrics which had been causing the fuses to trip. He completed a thorough diagnostic and took his time to ensure he identified the cause of the fault. He fitted us a new fuseboard and took considerable care to ensure he did a proper job and explained how it worked. Mark is both friendly and professional and we would have no hesitation recommending him.

Fantastic service! Rang late evening in a fluster because our new burglar alarm was going off and we didn’t have a code (just moved in!). Mark was so helpful and patient and talked us through how to disarm it. We will definitely be calling on his services once we have the code to reset it so he can put it back together!!!
