Chris at Hector's Electrics Limited was good enough to come and do the replacement of our EV charger at short notice. Courteous, meticulous and extremely professional in his methods he made a very clean and smart job of the install, corrected a serious and potentially dangerous fault from a previous contractor, and provided full small works certification within days. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Chris was excellent from the start, very thorough and detailed. Very professional and respectful. Didn't quite work out, but that's life, but nevertheless, he was courteous and polite and very understanding of my circumstances. Only thing is that the quote was good at the very start, that's all! We have just had a 7.0kw Solar PV system installed with 16 panels, Luxpower hybrid inverter, battery storage, water diverter and a Myenergi Zappi car charger, the system has been up and running now for a couple of weeks and we cant believe how much energy we are producing, one day last week the system started to produce from about 5:30am ! until about 9:00pm absolutely brilliant, we produced 51kw total that day..wow..the system has exceeded our expectations, From the initial consultation with Roger ( Make your energy ) producing a detailed report of energy expectations and equipment options for the most efficient system for our requirements and roof size, Chris and his team have been very professional and extremely knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, Chris even did a roof survey with a drone and pointed out a couple of cracked tiles , which he had replaced, we were informed at every stage of timescales for the scaffolders and roofers who again were very professional, The quality of the installation was excellent a very neat job, Jordan who did most of the installation was very knowledgeable and friendly, Chris even bought a skip bag for the rubbish, We would highly recommend to use Chris and his team for Solar PV installation, and cant wait for some more sun !! ...

I had Electrical Innovations out for a house alarm service. House alarm was beyond economical repair. I was given various options, went for the wireless system, provided with a quote and accepted. They turned up when they said they would, performed the job to the highest standard, took old alarm away and all the packaging from the new alarm. I was kept updated with arrival times via text message. Brad the technician cleaned up after himself, no mess was left. We were very impressed with the service provided. Once the alarm was installed, Brad went through everything with me, explained the settings and set up the app on our phones. Fantastic service, you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed. A totally professional company. From my initial contact with the company Ainsley sorted out a day and time for the repair of the kitchen extractor unit. Frazier arrived on time he was totally professional and polite unfortunately the kitchen extractor was not repairable. I ordered a new unit and again this was booked to be fitted. Sean arrived on time and fitted the unit he was fantastic professional and very polite. This company is the best in every way. Will definitely recommend this company , first class, and thank you . Fantastic work carried out by Stu, Frazer, Louis and the team. Solar Panels installed, nest thermostat, ring doorbell and a few other bits around the house. I cannot fault the standard of work and the professionalism and mannerism from all the guys was a stand out. Would definitely reccomend and will be using these guys for any future work needed. Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. We called Neale in as we had no electricity in our bathroom and the fan in the downstairs loo was intermittent. We were very happy with Neale's work and he corrected the faults quickly. We would certainly use Neale Brendon in the future and recommend him for any electrical work.

Neale provided his expertise to replace an induction hob for my elderly mum, nothing was too much trouble; his service was quick and professional and he spent time to show my mum the controls and functions of the new appliance. I has no power in my downstairs sockets.. Paul & Gavin came to my rescue and found faults on the downstairs sockets, boiler electric and wall lights. Once they had found these they quickly and safely got the electric back on.Very professional and lovely guys. Thank you..Highly recommended.

Having phoned around for several quotes to fit my Ring security camera/light, Tony was by far the most competitive. His workmanship is excellent and after fitting the system, he went above and beyond, by helping me to set it up. I would highly recommend him and will certainly be calling on him again for future electrical jobs. Besides all that, he is a really nice guy.

I would highly recommend this company Loscoe Electrical; they have undertaken an array of electrical work for me in my house renovation projects from electrical work for Bathroom, Kitchen, mood lighting, outside lighting, fans, etc. I have had other companies previously work on my home and this company absolutely outperforms them. We are in the process of moving house, and needed our EV charger removed from our old property. Contacted Loscoe Electrical, my husband had long seen their van around and always commented on how clean and professional it looked, so was the first person he contacted. Came back to us super fast with a quote and date and we booked in. Removal of the charger was super fast and efficient, really friendly and got the job done efficiently! Would defenietly recommend in future. Shame we are moving out of area otherwise we would have asked them to install our new charger.
