Although he was extremely busy on the day I called him, he booked me in that evening, the work ended up being more than expected but Patrick was committed to see it through. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and gave sound advice with do's and don'ts. Health and safety practices are very important to Patrick, which made me feel confident in his work. Patrick recently did some work for me, after damage was done to some lighting in my house following a botched furniture delivery. I can honestly say Patrick goes above and beyond, has a big heart, and I am grateful to him. Patrick's work is impeccable, I would not even think about using another Electrician, as I have a very good relationship with him. Patrick came out to my elderly Mum who was in great distress on New Year's Eve at 6pm! Everything fixed by 6.30. Reasonable prices and extremely professional. There was a storm and he even bought little waterproof socks to cover his wet shoes. Cannot praise him highly enough :)

Joseph’s Electrical installed a new Consumer Unit to the house, another consumer unit to the garage along with a new socket ring main, external IP Rated Socket Outlet, 20W Floodlight and Festoon Lights on PIR’s and a separate supply to an outside cabin. Excellent service and installation, we will be using them again.

Joe moved 2 light switches for me and his work colleague fitted 3 new LED tubes in the loft. Work was done efficiently and they left their working space clean and tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend.

James and team installed solar panels, an EV charger, a domestic hot water heating system, and a solar battery system for me last year. They were totally professional and extremely helpful… and really nice guys to boot! 😊 James did all the design and calculations to specify a system for me which has proved to be ideal - it operates at pretty much optimum for my particular circumstances and property. My property has 3-phase electrics and I didn't want the battery inside the house, so James spent time with me assessing both my needs and concerns and didn't just try to install a 'standard' or 'simple' system for me as some other firms wanted to do simply because it was easier for them. I thought the price James quoted was really competitive and I am very happy with the results. I'd recommend them to anyone, although I try not to in case they're too busy with other work if I need them to do some more work for me 😉 After all, if you all used them too I might have to wait a long time for them to have any availability for me! Obviously I'm just kidding - if you want an excellent, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional team then you can't do any better than Derbyshire Electrical Services Ltd.

I went through HyperVolt's website to look for approved installers and was connected to James who did a remote survey and explained everything involved with fitting an EV charger on a video call. James was attentive and listened to my concerns of making sure the installation was neat as I'll be looking at it every single day. Unfortunately, one of James' staff had an emergency on the day of the installation so we had to postpone. James made me aware as soon as he could and offered to come and complete the job at the weekend. I was in no rush as my EV was still on order so I suggested we do the following week instead as I don't like working weekends either! Jason did an excellent job at making the install look neat and answered any stupid questions I had along the way. Jason showed me how to use the HyperVolt app and made sure all the settings were configured correctly. Thanks James & Jason for doing a superb job at a reasonable price.

Great service from Power & Control, from quotation through to install. Daniel was informative and quick to provide a quote when requested. This was also amended with no quibbles when I decided on a Hypervolt charger instead. Dan also arranged an install date very quickly - I only had to wait a couple of weeks from accepting my quote. Andy who installed the charger is a really nice guy. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and high quality workmanship. The Hypervolt looks great and I cannot fault the install - extremely neat! I would highly recommend.

Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.

Great experience start to end with P&C, they installed an EV charger for me at short notice after British Gas (via Hive) estimated 6-7 weeks just to complete a pre-install survey, never mind actually doing the install! Called me within a couple of hours of callback request via their website, did a survey via Whatsapp video call within 24 hours of first contact, arranged install for the following week. Install went very smoothly on the day, installer listened to all my requests and quickly proposed the install method best suited to my premises. Very quick and neat job, very happy with the results, would recommend Power and Control to anyone looking for a domestic EV charger install.

Tony fitted down lights in bathroom and disconnected bedroom light. He was professional, clean, kind and polite won’t hesitate to have him back again.

Having phoned around for several quotes to fit my Ring security camera/light, Tony was by far the most competitive. His workmanship is excellent and after fitting the system, he went above and beyond, by helping me to set it up.
