After a miserable Friday night with no electrics and sockets tripping on a regular basis phoned Andy early on a Saturday morning. No problem be with you shortly. True to his word and he spotted the culprit ( the computer socket ) Tested everything and even had a look at another faulty light switch. A really nice guy who took the time to explain things and at a reasonable rate. Definately a name for any further work.

I went through HyperVolt's website to look for approved installers and was connected to James who did a remote survey and explained everything involved with fitting an EV charger on a video call. James was attentive and listened to my concerns of making sure the installation was neat as I'll be looking at it every single day. Unfortunately, one of James' staff had an emergency on the day of the installation so we had to postpone. James made me aware as soon as he could and offered to come and complete the job at the weekend. I was in no rush as my EV was still on order so I suggested we do the following week instead as I don't like working weekends either! Jason did an excellent job at making the install look neat and answered any stupid questions I had along the way. Jason showed me how to use the HyperVolt app and made sure all the settings were configured correctly. Thanks James & Jason for doing a superb job at a reasonable price.

James and team installed solar panels, an EV charger, a domestic hot water heating system, and a solar battery system for me last year. They were totally professional and extremely helpful… and really nice guys to boot! 😊 James did all the design and calculations to specify a system for me which has proved to be ideal - it operates at pretty much optimum for my particular circumstances and property. My property has 3-phase electrics and I didn't want the battery inside the house, so James spent time with me assessing both my needs and concerns and didn't just try to install a 'standard' or 'simple' system for me as some other firms wanted to do simply because it was easier for them. I thought the price James quoted was really competitive and I am very happy with the results. I'd recommend them to anyone, although I try not to in case they're too busy with other work if I need them to do some more work for me 😉 After all, if you all used them too I might have to wait a long time for them to have any availability for me! If I could give more than 5* I would. Neale did a great job of updating our old security light to a sleek modern one. He worked efficiently and with great attention to detail taking time to set it up even in sunshine but insisted that he would call back if needed. We would highly recommend Neale and will not hesitate to call him if needed in future

Wayne and the guys were amazing, even our dog liked them. Had solar panels and battery fitted. The installation was clean and looks great and were saving more than quoted even with our poor weather. Can't recommend enough.

Wayne and his team have seen to all our electrical needs over many years. They are responsive, professional and all really pleasant people to have in the house. Last week Wayne arrived on time (with a smile), wore a face mask and removed his shoes before entering the house. The job he did on this occasion was to fit 3 new LED light fittings perfectly and efficiently. Part of a previous job he did for us was to supply and fit an outside LED light which unfortunately stopped working after only a few months as it was faulty - no worries! a quick phone call to Wayne and he appeared the same day and replaced the faulty light, so we know that his after service is brilliant to. We would not choose anyone else to do any electrical work for us. He is very highly recommended.

These guys have done a number of different jobs for me over the last 6 months - upgrading consumer box, installing a charger for my electric car, transformed my lounge with recessed lighting and installed a number of light fittings - all done very professionally, with great design and careful workmanship and always cleaned up after their work. Wayne was head and shoulders above the other specialist PV contractors we asked to quote to install solar panels and a storage battery. Wayne was able to answer all my questions during the quoting phase and he and his team were very diligent during the installation. From the outset I felt they were doing their very best for us, rather than a smash and grab - which was the impression I got from the other contractors we approached. Importantly it was Wayne I spoke to, rather than someone from 'sales'. Everything was well explained and after a few weeks of operation I'm really very happy with our system. If you are considering a solar-powered system then you won't be disappointed with Wayne. I'm glad we chose an electrician passionate about his craft rather than a 'pop-up' solar installation company that just want to get in and out.

I needed a electrical supply running into my garage so that i could have a Pod Point electrical car charger installed along with lighting and sockets, problem being that the garage is remote from the house. Electrical Innovations came up with a solution and liaised with Pod Point to ensure the solution was acceptable ie the charger had a sufficient supply . The work was carried out in a day by a team of 4 who all turned up with all the materials required to complete the work; they arrived on time, worked diligently while being friendly at all times. Work completed with no issues. I would definitely recommend Electrical Innovations for any size project you require doing, they are timely in their responses to your requests and undertaking the work; basically they do what they say they will do and will not mess you about.

Electrical Innovations were sub contracted by Heatable Ltd to install solar panels and storage battery. Installation happened on 24 April 2025. The date was fixed well in advance. I was advised on the probable schedule, including scaffold erection. The schedule was kept. 4 person installation team came early and worked hard until the task was completed. I was expecting significant overflow of work for the following day and was ever so pleases that it did not happen. The team worked without any demand on me. The site was left tidy. Obviously this applies to battery installation as I have not been to the roof. Yes I have no hesitation in giving this company 5 star.

Fantastic work carried out by Stu, Frazer, Louis and the team. Solar Panels installed, nest thermostat, ring doorbell and a few other bits around the house. A fantastic team. All through the installation process their time keeping was spot on. We had good advice about where kit could be positioned. The engineers were fantastic during the installation. They worked like Trojans. They were very courteous. When our autistic son came home from school at noon sick, we asked if their site radio could be turned off. This was done straight away. But they also then worked in near silence. We were so pleased with their attitude. Most importantly the job looks fantastic and works really well. We are very very happy.

Although he was extremely busy on the day I called him, he booked me in that evening, the work ended up being more than expected but Patrick was committed to see it through. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and gave sound advice with do's and don'ts. Health and safety practices are very important to Patrick, which made me feel confident in his work. Patrick recently did some work for me, after damage was done to some lighting in my house following a botched furniture delivery.
