Had a new kitchen fitted and plastering done to walls. Service from Level Best was first class from beginning to end. Every aspect of work carried out to perfection, plumber and electrician visits co-ordinated effectively, achieving smooth running and the place was tidied up as much as possible each day. Also, Dan's expertise on what accessories to buy was invaluable. Price was very fair.

I've used Level Best since 2017 when during a thunderstorm one Sunday evening I discovered rainwater pouring in from above my kitchen window and door. That left me blindly trying to find a tradesman to assess the issue and fix it. Fortunately, Level Best were on hand to offer sound advice, practical solutions and reasonable prices. I've since had many jobs carried out by Level Best from roofing works, re-pointing, floor joist repairs, lintels replaced and most recently a bathroom remodel, all of which have been done to the same high standards of craftsmanship, and with a professionalism that is second to none. So much so that I am already planning my next project with Level Best. If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and professional company to assist with any and all aspects of building work, who will turn up when they say they will, not try to get you to have more work done than is necessary, whilst charging a fair and reasonable rate, then you won't go wrong with Level Best. I honestly can not recommend them enough. Superb job done every time.

I chose Johan because of his great reviews - and they are all well deserved. I needed a new front door fitting into the existing frame with new fixtures and fittings. He did a brilliant job, despite the frame not being exactly square. He was prompt, reliable, skilled and knowledgable, and he kept me informed of everything he was doing. Highly recommended.

Johan recently completed some work for us to locate the source of a water leak in our downstairs WC and repairing water damage to our internal walls and timber work. We are very pleased with the job that Johan has done for us and he was really good at explaining things to us as he was doing the work. Johan was very prompt in responding to my request and skilled in many areas. I requested him to decorate my downstairs loo. He made me a bespoke boxing in of pipework which was removable incase of any future plumbing problems, with tiling and decor. I was pleased with all his work and although I thought his day rate was high once I considered the skill and time involved I realised this was a fair price for the work undertaken. He did also give me a time frame in which it would be completed minimum to maximum which is unusual for workmen. This took him 2 days and am pleased with the result.

I contacted Johan regarding boxing in my old fireplace and making a bespoke stud wall to cover under the stairs and create a media section. He was extremely professional, kept me upto date on times and days and discussed design ideas taking onboard my needs. The finished products exceeded all my expectations, the craftsmanship was simply superb and the cost was extremely reasonable, given the attention to detail, and skills involved. If you want a professional job then I would highly recommend Johan. I'm definitely retaining his number for future works.

Albert was recommended to me through a friend. He fitted 7 internal doors over 2 days. His work was of a very good quality and the price was spot on. He also cleaned up as he was working which isn't always the case when having work done. I will definitely use Albert again in the future.

Albert has been absolutely fantastic in the service he has provided. We have had all external windows, doors and patio doors mastic’d. Two broken extractor fans replaced, a set of patio doors readjusted and a new lock, fitted new blinds and a new shower screen. Albert is a perfectionist and his work is always completed to a very high standard. What a lovely man! Thank you Albert, we have found the perfect handyman for any future work 😊

Would highly recommend Rob to anyone as he can turn his hand to many things and is trustworthy and reliable. Recently had my loft insulated and boarded and there was minimal disruption or mess. Rob reused the old boards where possible to keep the cost down and has also repaired a hole in the ceiling. Thanks to Rob and Charlie for their hard work.

I am compelled to share my excellent experience with Robert the Handyman. He was recently able to fit numerous fittings for our baby's bedroom and put together a toy at short notice, working well after hours with precision, care, and timeliness. We had been struggling to find a handyman who was available to fit the fittings for our baby's bedroom, as it was a relatively small job and most handymen were booked up weeks in advance. We were also keen to have the fittings fitted as soon as possible, as we were expecting our baby to arrive any day. Robert was able to come to our house the very next day, even though it was after hours. He worked quickly and efficiently, and fitted all of the fittings perfectly. He also put together a toy for our baby that we had been struggling to assemble. Robert was very professional and friendly, and he went above and beyond to help us. He is a highly skilled handyman, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Ben did a brilliant job for us repairing our leaking gutters which had been poorly installed. He was also incredibly helpful offering advice for other issues we had with the house. I wouldn't hesitate in using Benvale again or recommending to friends and family.

Ben recently completed several jobs around the house for me (ranging from installing a new dishwasher to repairing an old wooden window frame, grouting the hearth tiles to repairing a kitchen cabinet door). I would highly recommend Benvale Home Maintenance - Ben was happy to tackle a variety of issues in our house including fitting a dishwasher, a complicated problem with fitting a cooker hood, putting up blinds and basically anything else we asked him to help with. No job is too much for him he just gets on with sorting everything and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.

Ben has done a wonderful job on refreshing our walk in shower cubicle, removing and replacing all the old grout,re-grouting and resealing. He was recommended to us by a friend and we have not been disappointed. Very professional, cleared away all evidence of a very messy job we are very satisfied, our bathroom looks as new again.

Simon did a great job putting up a curtain pole for a heavy thermal door curtain. He is professional and friendly and made sure that I was happy with the job. He also did a short repair of a light fitting, which was very good of him, as I had not arranged this in advance. I'll definitely be asking Simon when it's time to start on that ever-increasing list of jobs that need attention.

Simon has installed an electric radiator in my elderly parents house. He gave us wonderful service and piece of mind. It was nice to know i could rely on Simon to provide such trustworthy service during these difficult times. He prioritised work ahead of other jobs due to their vulnerability, at his own doing without prompting. He is now fixing up their tired kitchen and no doubt will be able to assist further in the future. Tradesmen like this are hard to find, it's just a shame I can't keep him a secret !

I’m very pleased with the work Simon has done in my home, and I highly recommend his services. He initially did a tricky job in my bathroom that involved both joinery and plumbing. He quickly identified the causes of the issue, clearly explained the repairs needed, and followed this up with a written estimate. During the work, he kept me well informed and did a thorough job to a high standard. Needless to say, I had no hesitation in booking him for other jobs - he came up with a straightforward solution to sort out a damp issue and did a top job of fitting skirting boards. Whilst doing the work, he pointed out an issue that needed a gas fitter and helped with a contact. He is friendly, trustworthy and works very efficiently. Its my honest review about Mr. Colin. Mr. Colin is very Honest , Friendly , Professional , Punctual, Hard working and Dedicated with the work. I was planning to get a Decking in my back garden for a size of 6m x 3.6m. I contacted Mr. colin over the phone , arranged to view the area and provided me a quote. He came on time as agreed , surveyed the area and understood my budget. He shopped around for me to get the best quality material to meet my budget. He plans his work methodically and executes it preciously as per the design. He kept me updated with every stage of work ( Removal , Frame work , Fitting and Painting ). I am overall Happy and Impressed with his work. He surpassed all my expectation. It's difficult nowdays to find trades man like Mr. Colin.
