Lucky came the same day I contacted him to check what part was required for my dripping tap and was back within 48 hours to mend it. the job was done expertly and I can’t recommend him enough .

Lucky and Son fitted a 17ft (5m by 3m) by 10ft metal garage which required bolting to the ground. Also, the garage assembly required 100s of screws to be fitted. They provided a professional quality service, fitting the garage exceptionally, preceded by a quick prompt honest transparent quote. All this was carried out with humility and character. I called for an urgent installation of a new cooker, after my old gas hobs abandoned me. This was a non standard installation, because the cooker was a different size of the previous one and needed to fit between two units of my kitchen, which needed to be moved. I am very happy with the job - they have been responsive, organised, punctual and very reliable. I will definitely call them again in the future for small and big projects in my house!

Simon's helped me with a lot of work on my new home, from fitting flooring, and sorting out the electrics to devising and creating the most ingenious storage solution for my outdoor gear - I cannot recommend him enough. He's really approachable so I don't feel stupid asking questions, and his experience and knowledge means that he's able to come up with ideas and solutions I wouldn't even have considered. He always explains why he's recommending what he suggests, I've never had anyone beat him on quotes and I've always been impressed with the quality of his work. My gear room now looks more like a Swiss Chalet than a Sheffield basement!

Simon did a great job putting up a curtain pole for a heavy thermal door curtain. He is professional and friendly and made sure that I was happy with the job. He also did a short repair of a light fitting, which was very good of him, as I had not arranged this in advance. I'll definitely be asking Simon when it's time to start on that ever-increasing list of jobs that need attention.

Simon has installed an electric radiator in my elderly parents house. He gave us wonderful service and piece of mind. It was nice to know i could rely on Simon to provide such trustworthy service during these difficult times. He prioritised work ahead of other jobs due to their vulnerability, at his own doing without prompting. He is now fixing up their tired kitchen and no doubt will be able to assist further in the future. Tradesmen like this are hard to find, it's just a shame I can't keep him a secret !

A fantastic job was done fitting a replacement shower at incredibly short notice and despite some unforseen issues with the fit, it was all dealt with on the day with no fuss. Had a new kitchen fitted and plastering done to walls. Service from Level Best was first class from beginning to end. Every aspect of work carried out to perfection, plumber and electrician visits co-ordinated effectively, achieving smooth running and the place was tidied up as much as possible each day. Also, Dan's expertise on what accessories to buy was invaluable. Price was very fair.

Its my honest review about Mr. Colin. Mr. Colin is very Honest , Friendly , Professional , Punctual, Hard working and Dedicated with the work. I was planning to get a Decking in my back garden for a size of 6m x 3.6m. I contacted Mr. colin over the phone , arranged to view the area and provided me a quote. Albert has been absolutely fantastic in the service he has provided. We have had all external windows, doors and patio doors mastic’d. Two broken extractor fans replaced, a set of patio doors readjusted and a new lock, fitted new blinds and a new shower screen. I would highly recommend Benvale Home Maintenance - Ben was happy to tackle a variety of issues in our house including fitting a dishwasher, a complicated problem with fitting a cooker hood, putting up blinds and basically anything else we asked him to help with. No job is too much for him he just gets on with sorting everything and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.
