Its my honest review about Mr. Colin. Mr. Colin is very Honest , Friendly , Professional , Punctual, Hard working and Dedicated with the work. I was planning to get a Decking in my back garden for a size of 6m x 3.6m. I contacted Mr. colin over the phone , arranged to view the area and provided me a quote. He came on time as agreed , surveyed the area and understood my budget. He shopped around for me to get the best quality material to meet my budget. He plans his work methodically and executes it preciously as per the design. He kept me updated with every stage of work ( Removal , Frame work , Fitting and Painting ). I am overall Happy and Impressed with his work. He surpassed all my expectation. It's difficult nowdays to find trades man like Mr. Colin. I highly recommend Mr. Colin and will use him for my next Job.

I was looking for a new plastic Cupola Vent for the stables but Andy at Melbourne Property Services said that I wouldn't be pleased with a plastic one but to go for a bespoke wooden one, which I did. They have just completed the job and it looks amazing. Andy arranged for the cupola to be made, scaffolding erected and the cupola to be fitted and finished with a lead top and painted in white. Andy's fitter, Dan, was a true craftsman with meticulous attention to detail when fitting it into the roof. This is the 2nd project they have done for my family, both excellent. Can highly recommend.

I recently had Lee come over to fit our huge TV to the wall on Christmas Eve. He was not only punctual but also a really nice guy who took the time to ensure everything was set up perfectly. He was meticulous about keeping the space tidy, cleaning up after himself before leaving. On top of that, his pricing was very fair for the quality of work he provided. Lee has just completed a package of work for me on a rental property including Painting throughout, new bath panel, resealing the bath/shower, new sink waste, boxing in some pipework and replacing the banister. Lee turned up when he said he would and kept me updated with regular progress updates. Using Lee has saved me a lot of time and hassle by not having to get multiple trades in - I gave him the list, he gave me a price, and he got on with it. Lucky and Son fitted a 17ft (5m by 3m) by 10ft metal garage which required bolting to the ground. Also, the garage assembly required 100s of screws to be fitted. They provided a professional quality service, fitting the garage exceptionally, preceded by a quick prompt honest transparent quote. All this was carried out with humility and character. I am compelled to share my excellent experience with Robert the Handyman. He was recently able to fit numerous fittings for our baby's bedroom and put together a toy at short notice, working well after hours with precision, care, and timeliness. We had been struggling to find a handyman who was available to fit the fittings for our baby's bedroom, as it was a relatively small job and most handymen were booked up weeks in advance. We were also keen to have the fittings fitted as soon as possible, as we were expecting our baby to arrive any day. Robert was able to come to our house the very next day, even though it was after hours. He worked quickly and efficiently, and fitted all of the fittings perfectly. He also put together a toy for our baby that we had been struggling to assemble. Robert was very professional and friendly, and he went above and beyond to help us. He is a highly skilled handyman, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Albert has been absolutely fantastic in the service he has provided. We have had all external windows, doors and patio doors mastic’d. Two broken extractor fans replaced, a set of patio doors readjusted and a new lock, fitted new blinds and a new shower screen. 2 absolute professionals from pricing the job, explaining what they would be doing, how long the work would take and the work they carried out. We were recommended to this company by friends and their workmanship was second to none. 2 rooms redecorated, 3 walls painted, 1 wall papered, woodwork and doors glossed in each room. Then tiled a splashback. Prepped everything first, then undercoated before applying 2 coats to finish. Cleaned up everyday and also when finished. All at a reasonable price. My wife and I would highly recommend them and will be looking to use them again when we decorate our bedrooms.

I chose to ask Dave and Caroline to do work on my house on the strength of their reviews, I was not disappointed! Initially the paths were jet washed at a third of the price 'requested' by a previous contractor, holes in floor tiles were repaired, wallpapering done, gutters cleared and the porch painted. This time, the kitchen was refurbished, with new wall tiles, worktops, sink, taps, hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The finish was excellent, I noticed that Caroline was shaving 'dust' off a wall tile in order to ensure a correct fit and Dave simplified the intricate 'Heath Robinson' under sink plumbing. Dave and Caroline went beyond expectations, both worked late to make sure that I was not inconvenienced and all with a cheerful attitude. I was thrilled with the result, and will ask them to return to plan and execute changes to the bathroom. Thank you to you both for such a fantastic job and for the tea, soup and hot buttered toast!
