I had a number of jobs building up and was having trouble finding someone who was prepared to tackle everything I needed. Ben was recommended by a number of friends and I wasn't disappointed. Jobs included replacement of an integrated fridge and freezer, loft access with ladder, bathroom extractor fan replacement and external gutters cleaned including disassembly of downpipes where necessary to remove years of crud build up. Clear pricing, reliable and kept me informed of progress throughout. I would highly recommend Pinfold and I'm sure this isn't the last time I'll call on Ben for ongoing work.

Ben was an absolute star from start to finish. Punctual and honest from the beginning. My job presented more issues than when he first started. Didn't phase him, just went to get more materials and carried on. He didn't make any money on the materials and used his trade discount as well. I would highly recommend Ben, I'll be sure to use him again for anything i need doing in the house. Thank you Ben :)

Ben is a top guy who is multi-skilled and has great attention to detail. Easy to chat to and felt at ease that he did things thoroughly in our new build annexe (blinds, doors, windowsills, trim etc). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again. See you soon!

From start to finish Lee has been, friendly, helpful & communicative throughout. His standard of work is high, he really cares about doing a good job & that the customer is satisfied. He sorted out the fencing in my garden & I couldn't be happier with the result. I was very happy with the price too. Lee has just completed a package of work for me on a rental property including Painting throughout, new bath panel, resealing the bath/shower, new sink waste, boxing in some pipework and replacing the banister. Lee turned up when he said he would and kept me updated with regular progress updates. Using Lee has saved me a lot of time and hassle by not having to get multiple trades in - I gave him the list, he gave me a price, and he got on with it. I will definitely use Lee again and would highly recommend him.

I recently had Lee come over to fit our huge TV to the wall on Christmas Eve. He was not only punctual but also a really nice guy who took the time to ensure everything was set up perfectly. He was meticulous about keeping the space tidy, cleaning up after himself before leaving. On top of that, his pricing was very fair for the quality of work he provided. Lucky and Son fitted a 17ft (5m by 3m) by 10ft metal garage which required bolting to the ground. Also, the garage assembly required 100s of screws to be fitted. They provided a professional quality service, fitting the garage exceptionally, preceded by a quick prompt honest transparent quote. All this was carried out with humility and character. Ben recently completed several jobs around the house for me (ranging from installing a new dishwasher to repairing an old wooden window frame, grouting the hearth tiles to repairing a kitchen cabinet door). I would highly recommend Benvale Home Maintenance - Ben was happy to tackle a variety of issues in our house including fitting a dishwasher, a complicated problem with fitting a cooker hood, putting up blinds and basically anything else we asked him to help with. No job is too much for him he just gets on with sorting everything and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.
