Like others I was connected to James through Hypervolt. Can honestly say James was quick to respond, dealt with a small issue with the case really well (Hypervolt supplied a unit with a label that couldn’t be removed and a small scratch). I’d have no hesitation recommending James.

James and team installed solar panels, an EV charger, a domestic hot water heating system, and a solar battery system for me last year. They were totally professional and extremely helpful… and really nice guys to boot! 😊 James did all the design and calculations to specify a system for me which has proved to be ideal - it operates at pretty much optimum for my particular circumstances and property. My property has 3-phase electrics and I didn't want the battery inside the house, so James spent time with me assessing both my needs and concerns and didn't just try to install a 'standard' or 'simple' system for me as some other firms wanted to do simply because it was easier for them. I thought the price James quoted was really competitive and I am very happy with the results. I'd recommend them to anyone, although I try not to in case they're too busy with other work if I need them to do some more work for me 😉 After all, if you all used them too I might have to wait a long time for them to have any availability for me! Obviously I'm just kidding - if you want an excellent, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional team then you can't do any better than Derbyshire Electrical Services Ltd.

The team did a solar panel and battery installation for us. Very happy with the products and service. We had an issue with the inverter 6 months later which they came out and sorted at no extra charge, so excellent after sales care. I’m still excited to check how much energy we export back to the grid each day and some months our gas and electric bills are negative so the savings on our bills have been significant.

Contacted at ~5pm on Sunday evening with description of a shared neutral issue impacting two lights in our house. Definitive Electrical arrived at 9am the following morning (today) and fixed the issue in about 45 minutes. I can't remember the names but they were efficient, polite, friendly and careful with possessions/property. One of the easiest interactions I've had with a contractor from start to finish. A totally professional company. From my initial contact with the company Ainsley sorted out a day and time for the repair of the kitchen extractor unit. Frazier arrived on time he was totally professional and polite unfortunately the kitchen extractor was not repairable. I ordered a new unit and again this was booked to be fitted. Sean arrived on time and fitted the unit he was fantastic professional and very polite. This company is the best in every way. Will definitely recommend this company , first class, and thank you . Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. Had 10 solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall3 battery fitted by Electric innovations , whole process was seamless from start to finish , was kept upto date on the installastion timings etc , arrived 8.30am and was all done dusted logged in to the app at 3.30pm by Ben and his team , since the work has been completed i have received various follow up emails and conversations to make sure i was happy with the work completed and if i needed any further assistance . I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company , very professional approachable and local , this is the second job they have done for me after installing my car charger 2 years ago as well. Top work lads !!

Mark is a really nice chap. He turned up exactly when arranged, even confirmed by text on the morning. I needed two light fittings replacing, along with a light switch that had started playing up. Mark did a perfect job, supplying the new fittings and even a couple of bulbs. He's friendly, efficient, knows his job, and I would happily recommend him to anyone who needs any electrical work.

Mark carried out a full rewire of our house. The minute he left after providing a quote, we knew we'd found our electrician. Mark gave us the confidence we needed to know he is an excellent electrician; he explained everything in detail and provided recommendations that were in our best interest and within our budget. He didn't try to up sell us or streer us wrong. Mark travelled every morning to our house which is a decent distance from his home. He communicated regularly with us when our input was needed. I visited a couple of times during the rewire and Mark left the house in a very tidy state; you can tell he truly cares about his work, his tools, and his customers. We used Mark for a full electrical rewire. As we were doing a full house renovation, we went through many electricians / quotes before choosing him (and we were very new to this). We chose Mark due to his professionalism and knowledge, as well as being friendly and approachable. He took time to answer any questions we had and gave us some very helpful tips. Nothing was ever too much and when we had last minute changes he was happy to accommodate. He was very careful with all the fixtures we provided, leaving the plastic covers on until we were ready to remove them post-renovation. Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.

Great service from Power & Control, from quotation through to install. Daniel was informative and quick to provide a quote when requested. This was also amended with no quibbles when I decided on a Hypervolt charger instead. Dan also arranged an install date very quickly - I only had to wait a couple of weeks from accepting my quote. Andy who installed the charger is a really nice guy. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and high quality workmanship. The Hypervolt looks great and I cannot fault the install - extremely neat! I would highly recommend.
