In the past I have had some traumatic experiences with dentists so I first went to Cavendish as they were welcoming nervous patients, throughout all my treatment everyone at the practice has been great. This last visit was for an appointment with Nicola who immediately puts me at ease and is friendly and informative. This time she was supported by Dave who is an absolute star and very efficient. Always a friendly greeting in reception when you arrive. Great service would highly recommend.

I was a nervous patient, but Megan was great at reassuring me and making me feel confident. Initially she came up with a plan of treatment, and talked me through each step and why it was needed. At each consultation she explained what she would be doing and how she would do each thing. I never felt anything other than a little discomfort, there was no pain. I am grateful for the care she took and feel thankful to be able to access such professional care. This is a truly exceptional practice, and I hope they will be around for many years so that I can continue to get such great care !

Attended practice for private treatment of white fillings. Cost was competitive compared to others I had contacted. Calm and relaxed waiting area for patients. Dentist looked after me very well as I was nervous about my treatment. Staff at reception very polite and easy to talk with.

Excellent service and treatment particularly as I'd arrived 24 hours ahead of my appointment! They fitted me in anyway to save me going back the following day which I was grateful for as I'm disabled. Always received excellent service.

Very good dentist, it just annoys me when you arrive on time and need to wait 20-30 mins for your appointment, which has happened to me on a couple of occasions.

After ten years, I needed to address an old crown and a missing front tooth. I contacted Park Dental Practice, feeling nervous about both the procedure and the potential costs, as it had been over a decade since my last dental visit. However, Sofia at Park Dental was excellent. They conducted a thorough examination, including x-rays, and clearly explained all treatment options and costs. I was given a flexible appointment plan, allowing me to proceed at my own pace. My first two appointments have been positive, with courteous and professional staff. I highly recommend Park Dental for their transparent,professional approach.

Sophia is the best dentist I have ever had, very passionate and understanding. An actually goes through techniques, instead of just telling you what to use. Absolutely amazing and her assistant was lovely and helpful as well!!

From entering the surgery ,you are always acknowledged and welcomed by the fabulous reception team,who whilst very friendly remain polite and professional at all times. The waiting areas are very clean and tidy as is the WC. I appreciate having reminders sent via text when my appointments are due and the fact you try and fit patients in when there has been a cancellation . I work full time and this is always taken in to consideration when I book appointments. Leaflets are displayed in the waiting area which contain information on different dental procedures ,these are available for patients to help themselves to. My dentist Maria always explains things clearly before starting treatment. I am a very nervous patient and she is good at keeping me calm. I have undergone a lot of procedures lately from tooth extraction to having an inlay fitted and have been extremely grateful for the level of care shown by every member of the team Thankyou

Absolutely superb dentist and lovely receptionists. I saw Mr Bola and as soon as I met him my dentist phobia was gone. Having not seen a dentist for 20 years my teeth are not in the best shape. I landed up having to contract this practice due to a nasty abscess. Thankfully it's being treated now and I look forward to coming back to get my smile back in good order. I have high functioning Autism and these things are not easy for me, but thanks to my best efforts to conquer anxiety and the wonderful treatment I received from everyone at Blagreaves Dental Practice I will never be afraid of the dentist again! So impressed with my first experience at this dentist. The receptionists are very friendly and the waiting room has a calm relaxing atmosphere. After not going to the dentist for a while I was nervous as I knew I needed some treatment but the dentist made me feel so at ease and relaxed. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Mr Bola recommended a small treatment behind my top front teeth. I had it done because I had ground my dentine away & my front teeth were virtually clear at the bottom. I’m so happy as it looks like I’ve got a new smile, my bottom jaw is having to sit further back to allow my jaw to shut. Mr Bola warned it might take 3 months to get used to it, or I might even want it removed, but no….I’m now thinking what other great work he can do without too much trauma. Thank you

Very informative and gentle hygienist, made me comfortable and answered my questions. Would definitely reccomend and I travel over 30 minutes for these appointments because I won't go anywhere else.

Having been told by a previous dentist that it would probably be difficult to remove the root of the tooth as it was near my sinus and there was little of the actual tooth left above the gum line, I self referred myself to Dr Zaki. I am so glad that I did. For the first time, I had pain free injections to numb the area and he managed to get the root out without it breaking and with little damage to the gum. He is very professional as are the rest of the staff (particularly the receptionists) and the practice is so well presented.

I can not praise the staff at this practice enough. They all seem to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I came in for an emergency appointment and was seen by Nish. He really made me feel at ease and got me out of pain. His nurses Ramona and Hanna made me feel relaxed as I was quite anxious when I came in. Thank you again Steeple Grange

Really really happy with the professionalism of all the staff at Steeple Grange. I visited for a tooth extraction which was close to a sinus hence being referred by my own practice. The signposting about what was about to happen and what I needed to do after the treatment by the dentist and staff was brilliant. Once I was numbed up the tooth was out within a minute and the whole process was over in 10. The kind of service you want but don't necessarily get elsewhere. Many thanks

Steeple Grange is a very professional smartly presented dental practice. Dentist Nick Thorburn is the best dentist I have ever had and I'm in my 50s so I've had a few. His manner, the way he explains every detail of your treatment puts you at ease immediately and his work is just the best. I've never been happier with my dental care and would certainly recommend the practice and Nick to anyone.
