I have just swapped from an NHS dentist to Whitepeak , as having lost part of a heavily filled tooth couldn’t get an appointment for months . I was very impressed with my consultation with dentist Ms Shima Tai and then appointment with hygienist Mrs Carly Hall. I had everything explained to me very thoroughly and clearly in both instances and given excellent advice on how to maintain and improve the health of my teeth . The ‘Practice Plan’ ( which I have joined) was also explained clearly to me by another member of staff . A great first time experience. I will be highly recommending this dental practice to friends and family .

It must be about 20 years ago since I first became a patient at White Peak Dental Practice, and I’ve had consistently excellent treatment, all of which has been done in a sensitive and professional manner. Those of us who are nervous of some of the necessary procedures are accommodated with due account taken of whatever our particular needs may be, and the treatments and options available are explained carefully and patiently. Particular thanks to Sue, Sophie and Carla who work hard to make each visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible 😀

Friendly, professional staff. As a new patient Debs was very thorough in explaining all about the practice to me. First visit with the dentist, Zahra and her assistant was great. Very thorough examination & explanation on my mouth & teeth. I felt comfortable & able to ask questions without hesitation. A lovely dental practice.

The best practice around. Ive been a patient for many years at White Peak and they never fail to disappoint. My dentist Sue Watson is exceptional and so through when treating me. Carly the hygienist is equally as through and makes you feel very relaxed, as going to the dentists is not my favourite place. The reception team are welcoming when you arrive and are always very helpful. Debbie, who is not normally on reception today is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job and very complementary about the practice. I would highly recommend White peak to anyone looking for a practice.

Today I was seen by Joe and dental nurse Zoe. Thank you so much for the thorough and gentle care during my appointment. I really appreciate your professionalism, patience, kindness, and the time you took to explain everything so clearly. It meant a lot to me, especially as someone who feels quite anxious. You made the experience so much better than I expected—and even a nice one! I can see instant results and instantly feel more confident, I’m genuinely grateful for the care and results. A massive thank you to dentist Matt, he is brilliant. Had an upper wisdom tooth extraction this morning, the tooth was out in under 2 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing! Thank you to dental nurses Jo and Isla and Ruth for taking my x-ray and for all being so lovely and reassuring! Glendair is the best!

Cate as alway was fabulous and looks after my daughter so well. SETI was one of the best hygienist yet for my daughter with special needs, she was so good with her, kind and caring and did not rush her at all. In all this is the best dentist I have ever been to and am so glad I found it and decided that I would bring me and my family to this dentist. You have one of the best most kindest teams I have ever known for a dentist and service is top dog and so is all treatment. Thank you for all your hard work you do to make people feel cared for and at ease. 🥰

I had a rather extensive procedure carried out by Holly. I received superb treatment by Holly who was very friendly and informative throughout. I felt no discomfort whatsoever and I am really pleased with the result. Well done Holly

Absolutely superb dentist and lovely receptionists. I saw Mr Bola and as soon as I met him my dentist phobia was gone. Having not seen a dentist for 20 years my teeth are not in the best shape. I landed up having to contract this practice due to a nasty abscess. Thankfully it's being treated now and I look forward to coming back to get my smile back in good order. I have high functioning Autism and these things are not easy for me, but thanks to my best efforts to conquer anxiety and the wonderful treatment I received from everyone at Blagreaves Dental Practice I will never be afraid of the dentist again! The receptionist are very friendly and helpful, the dentist I saw really made feel at ease. He explains everything simply and shows you your X-rays ect, he is the best dentist I have ever seen. He was very happy to answer my questions and offer advice.

So impressed with my first experience at this dentist. The receptionists are very friendly and the waiting room has a calm relaxing atmosphere. After not going to the dentist for a while I was nervous as I knew I needed some treatment but the dentist made me feel so at ease and relaxed. I cannot recommend this place enough!

From entering the surgery ,you are always acknowledged and welcomed by the fabulous reception team,who whilst very friendly remain polite and professional at all times. The waiting areas are very clean and tidy as is the WC. I appreciate having reminders sent via text when my appointments are due and the fact you try and fit patients in when there has been a cancellation . I work full time and this is always taken in to consideration when I book appointments. Leaflets are displayed in the waiting area which contain information on different dental procedures ,these are available for patients to help themselves to. My dentist Maria always explains things clearly before starting treatment. I am a very nervous patient and she is good at keeping me calm. I have undergone a lot of procedures lately from tooth extraction to having an inlay fitted and have been extremely grateful for the level of care shown by every member of the team Thankyou

In the past I have had some traumatic experiences with dentists so I first went to Cavendish as they were welcoming nervous patients, throughout all my treatment everyone at the practice has been great. This last visit was for an appointment with Nicola who immediately puts me at ease and is friendly and informative. This time she was supported by Dave who is an absolute star and very efficient. Always a friendly greeting in reception when you arrive. Great service would highly recommend.

Been coming here nearly 40 years, never had problems. Kirsty is amazing on reception. And my hygienist Nicola is spot on, always makes me feel relaxed, especially around my nervous tooth 😇Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Clarkson was fantastic, made me feel comfortable, relaxed. She was bubbly and welcoming as well as efficient! I would definitely recommend her!

Having been told by a previous dentist that it would probably be difficult to remove the root of the tooth as it was near my sinus and there was little of the actual tooth left above the gum line, I self referred myself to Dr Zaki. I am so glad that I did. For the first time, I had pain free injections to numb the area and he managed to get the root out without it breaking and with little damage to the gum. He is very professional as are the rest of the staff (particularly the receptionists) and the practice is so well presented.

My story in short. I lived with a problem tooth for 4 years, for 4 years I had not eaten food with the left side of my teeth, for 4 years with pain, infections and torment. My dentist damaged my tooth even more and it became more problematic. Then another dentist caused me a huge trauma in my life after he tried to pull it out, even the anesthesia didn't catch me and until I screamed in pain he still tried to pull it out and finally stopped and left the tooth and sent me home like that with pain and huge trauma. After such a long time my dentist refused to pull it out and sent me to the clinic Steeple Grange Dental with Dr.Zaki Kudsi. Dr.Zaki Kudsi and the nurse are super great professionals, attentive, respectful and very kind-hearted people. For them, the patient is important and that the patient feels good and calm, they give everything of themselves and great care and attention. Even after my great trauma in life, they managed to make me feel comfortable during the procedure and in 2-3 minutes my tooth was extracted without any pain or tension. I simply have no words for these kind and professional people, all the best words on earth are too little for them if they were to be used. After 4 years in a dark corner with no way out in pain and suffering, Dr.Zaki Kudsi showed me the way out and the light, for which I thank him from the bottom of my soul. I wish him and the nurse to be very blessed. The gift of kindness, professional attitude and work they have is at the highest level I have ever seen,everything was so wonderful and peaceful during the procedure and the care after the procedure before they discharged me. I am just speechless these people are the best and greatest professionals I have ever seen. After 4 years with the huge thanks to Dr. Zaki Kudsi I finally started eating with my teeth on the left side of my mouth and I am so happy I am speechless. May God bless you a hundredfold and I wish you all the best in life. If you suffer from such trauma or if you are scared of dentists and procedures, I highly recommend Dr. Zaki Kudsi and his sister, they will make you feel super relaxed, they will take great care of you, the procedures will be quick and painless, and they will discharge you with care and a huge smile on their face. Really really happy with the professionalism of all the staff at Steeple Grange. I visited for a tooth extraction which was close to a sinus hence being referred by my own practice. The signposting about what was about to happen and what I needed to do after the treatment by the dentist and staff was brilliant. Once I was numbed up the tooth was out within a minute and the whole process was over in 10. The kind of service you want but don't necessarily get elsewhere. Many thanks

I can not praise the staff at this practice enough. They all seem to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I came in for an emergency appointment and was seen by Nish. Great dentist, receptionists always friendly and smiling even during busy times. Helpful when rearranging appointments. A special thanks to Abi who saw my autistic son today, explained everything to him in great detail and told him how things would feel before she did them which was so helpful.He’s not usually a fan of the dentist but he came out with a huge smile. My first visit to Amber Valley Dental and I was made to feel at ease right from seeing the receptionist. Nadia and her assistant were very kind and understanding of the Issues I have with my teeth. Nadia listened to my concerns and discussed a plan to start my cosmetic treatment. I felt comfortable and I found Nadia very easy to talk to.

This practice runs smoothly, not keeping you waiting too long past your appointment time. Since joining I’ve always had my teeth cleaned by the dentist at the end of my examination. And included in my examination fee. Upon my recent visit. This wasn’t the case. The dentist said I needed the hygienist to clean them which I needed to pay private for. Which is £55. This is very different to the £26.

The staff are always very welcoming and know how to treat patients with respect. Nadia my dentist and Leanne her dental assistant make you feel at easy. They listen to your concerns and give you breaks during treatment if you need them. They have become very special to me and they make you laugh which in turn puts you at ease. I have been going to this dentist for many years and would not change. Once you find a good dentist you stick with them.

I went to One80 dental as a new patient.The receptionist was very polite and helpful before and after my appointment. I saw David Murphy who explained everything with great clarity whilst putting me at ease and I found him to be very professional. Very happy with my 1st appointment.

My husband had a wonderful experience here. Service was top, equipment used was first rate and the the dentist was able to explain things no other dentist ever had. He normally hates going to the dentist so I’d say it was worth every penny - highly recommend!

I have been a patient of David Murphy for approximately 25 years & travel a fair distance for my appointments with him; this in itself speaks volumes. He explains every procedure, answers any questions I may have & puts me completely at ease which is no mean feat. Everyone I have met at 180 Dental has been extremely pleasant & professional so I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this practice to anyone.

I went to One80 Dental to have a root canal retreated that had become infected. This is a specialist treatment that not all dentists can do. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the treatment I received from the moment I checked in right through to having the root canal retreated. Nick, the dentist was brilliant. He was professional, efficient and explained the procedure to me in full as well as taking time to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend One80 Dental.

Attended practice for private treatment of white fillings. Cost was competitive compared to others I had contacted. Calm and relaxed waiting area for patients. Dentist looked after me very well as I was nervous about my treatment. Staff at reception very polite and easy to talk with.

I had a piece broken off a back tooth, no pain. They fitted me in very quickly. The Dentist and staff are all amazing. The dentist is very gentle and caring, he explains everything and gives options, not necessarily the most expensive.(As some dentists do). I would highly recommend them.

I cannot praise them highly enough. Smiling receptionists are very helpful. Dentists and assistants are very kind and patient. You are put at ease which can make visiting for treatment a pleasant and not a scary experience. Xx

Excellent service and treatment particularly as I'd arrived 24 hours ahead of my appointment! They fitted me in anyway to save me going back the following day which I was grateful for as I'm disabled. Always received excellent service.

Im almost losing hope to find dental clinic who can accommodate for my emergency case: extraction of my wisdom tooth. Almost all dental clinic sounds like hesitant to do oral surgery whenever I declare that Im currently taking blood thinner (pulmonary embolism case) My last on the list was Belper Dental Practice because it is too far from us, But yes like what other said the last is the BEST....😄❤️ From the receptionist (forgot to get the name I will update this review when I get her name) to the whole team was SUPERB!..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The receptionist got all my details and booked me immediately within this day. I came to the clinic and no less than 5min nurse Collie and Dr.Manuel attended me immediately. Nurse Collie was with Dr. Manuel when doing the oral surgery, she was very welcoming and guiding me throughout the oral surgery and making you feel you will be fine and safe.. 😄 I repeated to Dr. Manuel my case that im on Blood thinner (P. Embolism) Im looking to Dr. Manuel and his face is so calm like a Master of Tooth Fairy... 😄 .... he was so calm that you gonna know and feel that he knows exactly what he is doing.... Dr. Manuels hand is very light I didnt even felt that it was done .. Its like he is just getting white heads on my face, 😄 its done like that... 😄 it was all done I guess in less than 15min. Only just joined from the other practice - so far, excellent in most respects. Reception staff nice and welcoming. The spiral staircase up to floor 1 might be a problem for some people, I was fine. Maybe there's a lift Treatment from dentist Jess Young was great as ever. Only minor niggle is to be asked to pay for work yet to be carried out in a further appointment. Not great. Despite this, I'd recommend this practice.

I’ve just had root canal treatment- not the best way to spend an hour, but the whole experience was so positive. I had absolutely no pain at all, the dentist was quick, totally professional and super careful. I can highly recommend him for anyone who needs that kind of treatment The dental assistant was lovely too. All in all, a very positive experience!

Charlotte has been my dentist for many years and is without doubt an excellent one with so much knowledge and experience. She is always so helpful and kind and takes time to give me the attention my teeth need when I’m ready for my appointment. Abi the hygienist is also so lovely and takes time and care with my teeth.

I wouldn't usually leave a review for a Dentist, but High Peak Dental Care is truly fabulous, so I really had to... Mercedes contacted me about my father (who has early onset dementia) as he kept missing appointments. She was genuinely concerned and was even going to the trouble of calling him on the mornings of every appointments to help out. So when that didn't work and he still didn't arrive, she then contacted me through his GP practice to make sure he was ok! What an amazing caring lady she really is! Thank you Mercedes I really appreciate everything you have done, you're an absolute credit to the practice. Since taking my dad to his appointments, I've realised that the whole team is exceptional, reassuring, caring and sincere which is very rare these days. If this is your dental practice, you're very lucky to have them. 10/10 on every level.

I booked in to the practice for a check up, where I met Mr Usmaan Khan. Together, we agreed on a dental plan, which would address the problems I was experiencing from my NHS dental work quite a few years ago. The first thing that I noticed was how kind and gentle Usmaan was when he had to inject my mouth with the numbing liquid. Having had many injections from the NHS, I was surprised to feel hardly any pain and the numbness wore off far sooner than any other injections I have had. Just Amazing! I had quite a lot of dental work and all the time, Usmaan was really professional, whilst maintaining a good sense of humour. He really knows how to connect with his patients. I am very grateful to Mr Usmaan Khan and his dental assistants and would like to say a great big 'Thank you' to all of the staff at High Peak Dental Care.

Cannot praise the wonderful team at high peak dental care enough... They are so wonderful with us all. All the family are on a dental plan and they are so good with my children. My eldest has extreme fear and they are always so good with her and very supportive. All our visits always go as well as they can go. All the staff are just so lovely and it feels like a big family. Definitely 5 star worthy setting.
