James cedar clad my house and removed an internal door and plastered this. Both he and Sarah were an absolute delight to deal with. Reliable, honest and professional. James’s attention to detail and quality of work is evident and he takes great pride in his work. We are thoroughly delighted with the end result and would highly recommend JB to anyone. Highly recommend! I’ve visited Jess at Alma twice now and had a fantastic experience both times - the salon is lovely and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Jess listened to exactly what I wanted for my cut and colour and did an amazing job! I’ll definitely be back!

I have been using Jess for a few years , I highly recommend her. Jess goes above and beyond. Everytime I go I feel like I'm having a treat, when I have my hair washed it's like a mini head massage, which is fantastic. The salon is very modern, clean and everyone is very friendly and welcoming . Sometimes I can't decide what I want doing with my hair , Jess talks through different ideas, colours and cuts which would suit my face structure, fashion trends etc . I travel from Yorkshire, 1.30hr drive since moving up north as I don't trust anyone else! Well worth the long drive . Thank you Jess

Beautiful salon with calming decor. Got my hair cut here by the lovely Jodie. She is so accommodating, understanding and did a beautiful job of my hair, just what I wanted!🥰 I had a nice cup of peppermint tea too! I am very happy I found this salon after not knowing where to get my hair cut for a while. l will definitely be coming back

My daughter and I have both had our hair done by Jodie at The Hair Retreat recently. We are really happy with the results!! She gave us some great tips too, which I really appreciated. It’s such a lovely, calm salon, we both felt comfortable there. Easy, free parking. Jess and Jodie are both so friendly and put you at ease. We are booked to come again soon.

It was my first time photographing a wedding at Foxtail last week, and I must say, it was nothing short of amazing. The building itself were the weddings take place are great, loads of natural light and atmosphere , blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. as we explored the grounds, I was treated to so many great spots to take the Bride & Groom which provided the perfect backdrop for their couple photos. the staff were also fantastic too, very professional and on the ball making sure all the guest were well looked after. If you're looking for a top class wedding venue, this could be the one!

Wow what a wedding venue, we had our day on 17/11/24 and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Victoria and the whole team went above and beyond for us to make our day perfect. From the moment we first came to see the venue, all the way through booking and the many many emails back and forth during the planning process, the team made sure we felt special all the way through. Even though it rained it down ALL day the venue was stunning and the orangery is so perfect that the photos came out perfectly. We honestly can't thank you enough. My husband and I got married in August at Wildhive in Derbyshire. Village Green Events helped style the wedding and Laura, who was our contact, was amazing to work with! She leaves no stone unturned when it comes to her attention to detail and execution. Everything was so well thought out and her ability to foresee things you will need or might want is truly amazing. Can’t thank Claire and the team enough for all they did to help decorate and set up our wedding. Breathtakingly Beautiful… Emily & Fran did all of our styling & floristry. The flowers were truly out of this world beautiful. The colours were just beautiful. We love nature and wanted a colourful, meadow-like vibe for our relaxed spring wedding. We also wanted stylists who could make the most of our lovely but relatively small venue. Finally, we wanted to be confident that our wedding day would look beautiful without having to stress about it or do anything ourselves. Sass absolutely nailed it on all three points. Working with them was a dream from start to finish. They were very flexible and creative, had a lot of options, and were easy to communicate and plan with. They created very effective moodboards so we could see that they fully understood what we were asking for. Their quote was detailed and fully broken down so we could see what every element cost. If we had wanted to do any of it ourselves, we could've easily adjusted the plan thanks to their honest and transparent approach. (However, we were so pleased with their vision that we just stepped back and let them do their thing.) We also got to visit their showroom and see multiple different styling options. They changed things before our eyes to suit our preferences, had example flowers and signage, mock table layouts, the whole shebang. They also met with us at the venue to plan things, and liaised with staff at the venue to make sure everything ran smoothly. We felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process thanks to their careful approach. As for the big day itself - everything was absolutely perfect. Walking into the venue was like walking into a dream. The flowers were stunning, the decor was gorgeous. Everything was exactly as we wanted, better than we imagined. We received countless compliments from our guests. One guest, who is a professional event planner, was stunned to hear what we had spent on the flowers and styling, as she expected the cost to be higher. Our bridesmaids kept their bouquets while we took the rest of the flowers home - and despite driving over an hour in a very hot car, they lasted beautifully and adorned our home for a week afterwards, which was a lovely treat. Thank you Emily and Fran for making our day look like a fairytale!

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. I would definitely contact Simon again and would recommend them to others who need a roof repair. Thank you Simon and the team.

Simon came and gave me a price to replace ridge tiles, repoint the chimney, fix a new chimney cowl and replace the lead flashing The crew who came to do the job were brilliant and kept me informed.
