The guys at KAM on Derby Road are always friendly, efficient and trustworthy. I've been going to them for about 3 years now for an MOT and service and they always do a great job. They even were able to see my car within an hour when my tire was punctured. I'm always happy with the work they do and will continue using their services in the future.

I took my car at very short notice to have my front tyres changed. The customer service was excellent . This was completed I had my car back within a few hours. (Obviously tyres had to be ordered) They did the job I asked them to do with no uncomfortable sell up. I was so impressed that I booked my car in for a MOT Such a friendly service. Called & spoke to Dave over the phone & then dropped in to discuss work required for two vehicles that needed servicing, he went through all the mileage/time recommendations for each vehicle from the manufactures and wasn’t looking to upsell at all. We decided on the work to be carried out & booked them in! All worked carried out without any issues & would therefore highly recommend! 👏👏

Brilliant garage, me and my partner have been here numerous times for MOT and general repairs- they even took my car for three days in a row to solve an unexplainable noise and still didn’t charge me for the first few things they ordered that didn't work! Had a brilliant service from Mick recently. My car had been standing for a few years so I didn't have high hopes for it getting back on the road, however, he carried out an MOT and gave me an honest assessment of the work that needed doing before he went ahead with the necessary repairs/a service. Mick even collected and returned my car which I wasn't expecting and it was all done within the same day. The week after I managed to sell it in great condition which was the best result I could have hoped for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mick and the team. Their level of transparency and friendliness, in my humble opinion, is really rare from a garage.

This is the first time taking my car here for it's MOT after deciding to change long standing garages due to their unprofessionalism. Paul and his team were outstanding. I needed new brake pads before setting off on a 2 hr journey. Paul went above and beyond to get the parts and help his team fit them with less than 24hrs notice on a bank hol weekend I can't thank them enough. First time I have used them, service was good and staff polite and friendly,I had an exhaust problem they sorted it as I thought it was a loose bracket.and the price was very reasonable, will be using them again,ps pity they can't reopen the fuel ⛽ outlet as sandiacre could do with a local one.

Excellent service. 2 hours from home and a puncture but the team did an amazing job and managed to repair said puncture saving me money (Kwikfit had quoted £179) and a repair job with TRS was just under £34 so I was delighted and so grateful for the team coming to my rescue! Speedy service, excellent customer care and cost efficient, you couldn’t ask for anything more 🙏🏻

Brilliant service. My Meriva would not start but rather than go for the worse option, they went through the fault stages and it was the alternator that needed replacing. There were some complications, but Adam kept me informed all the way through, and the problem was resolved. I was impressed with the staff and the care of my car. I would highly recommend TRS and the staff. I will go there for my MOT soon.

Absolutely amazing! First time driver, new to owning a car and the lads there are so helpful, went in needed a full service but my car had a bulb & electric issue too so they did it all at once - only took a few hours, competitive prices and all round made my experience so much better, 10/10!
