Excellent service. 2 hours from home and a puncture but the team did an amazing job and managed to repair said puncture saving me money (Kwikfit had quoted £179) and a repair job with TRS was just under £34 so I was delighted and so grateful for the team coming to my rescue! Speedy service, excellent customer care and cost efficient, you couldn’t ask for anything more 🙏🏻

Brilliant service. My Meriva would not start but rather than go for the worse option, they went through the fault stages and it was the alternator that needed replacing. There were some complications, but Adam kept me informed all the way through, and the problem was resolved. I was impressed with the staff and the care of my car. I would highly recommend TRS and the staff. I will go there for my MOT soon.

As I said to them today, KAMs were the first garage in 7 years who didn’t give me bad vibes or patronise me as a woman. Would 100% recommend to other women who have had negative experiences elsewhere. All the work done same day and the communication was clear and helpful. Friendly and efficient guys too. My wife recommended KAM services after she had good service here. Since then I have had 2 services and MOT,s both times had exceptional service, this week I popped in for abit of advice on a vibration on exhaust, they had a Quick Look and told me what the problem was and to get part from main dealer and they would sort, They did exactly that, No waiting about quick efficient really genuine guys doing a great Job, So good that my wife my self and my son all now use them for our car repairs and servicing. Amazing garage, Ashley has been extremely helpful with a lot of issues with a recently purchased van. Fair, honest, and we've been using KAM over the years (beeston and nuthall Rd) and have never had any complaints. Very busy but would highly recommend if you can get a slot!

Absolute gem of a guy, fixed a good price and sticks to it even if there’s a few more problems. He’s helped out on a few of my cars, servicing is excellent and I always have my repair work done here. Does exactly what he says, even shows you the removed parts and the new ones before fitting. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

First time I used Stapleford Autocentre and I was desperate to find a reliable place at short notice after being let down by the larger garages. Really pleased - a competitor (rhyming with Click Flit) had told me that I needed new disc and pads all around - over £1000 worth of work. I was suspicious as none of the brake sensors had tripped. Halfords told me that the work didn't need doing. The customer service was also excellent - both Caroline and Kai were brilliant. Thank you both. I will be returning when the brakes do eventually need doing

I took my car in to get new brake discs and pads, and a temporary fix for another issue they found while replacing the parts. The lads there are very polite, professional and down to earth. Had a few other issues they had to ring me up to ask about and they sorted me out with some extra stuff for free to help me out which I very much appreciated. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

Great customer experience, called this morning about a slow puncture and got booked in for 4pm. There was no waiting after turning up; my car was straight in to be worked on, bang on time. Was in and out in 20 mins. Appreciate will be busier at times but their system seems very efficient. The people were friendly and professional. They explained all the options clearly. Thanks guys.
