Neale provided his expertise to replace an induction hob for my elderly mum, nothing was too much trouble; his service was quick and professional and he spent time to show my mum the controls and functions of the new appliance. Would highly recommend him as he is very polite and efficient to deal with.

We called Neale in as we had no electricity in our bathroom and the fan in the downstairs loo was intermittent. We were very happy with Neale's work and he corrected the faults quickly. We would certainly use Neale Brendon in the future and recommend him for any electrical work.

I called for an urgent installation of a new cooker, after my old gas hobs abandoned me. This was a non standard installation, because the cooker was a different size of the previous one and needed to fit between two units of my kitchen, which needed to be moved. I am very happy with the job - they have been responsive, organised, punctual and very reliable. I will definitely call them again in the future for small and big projects in my house!

We wanted an extension to the existing fence in a slatted contemporary style. After the initial visit to property to measure, Stuart arrived on the agreed date and two days later, gave us exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended and a job well done. Thanks lads.

Lewis and his team were amazing!! Before and after photos explain themselves. Very thorough, were very careful with our home, taping carpets and protecting our furniture. Isolating work to certain rooms, shutting doors and dusty labour confined to outside or the bathroom. They were very respectful cleaned up after themselves every day and were prompt. Lewis regularly checked in on the project throughout. Thank you so much we’re thrilled with the job and will be using Lewis’s firm again for work in the future. Thank you Kate & Andrew

I gave First Point a call and left an answerphone message and within 15 minutes, I had a call back and an appointment organised. Lewis came around on the Wednesday. I got a quote that night with a couple of options, arranged for them to come on the next Monday, paid for the top of the range boiler on Friday and the lads arrived on the Monday and removed the 20+ year old boiler and moved the new boiler to it's new home under the staircase, freeing up vital room in the bathroom for a shower, once the previous work has been completed. It was mostly done in a day, with the only problem being our house is so old, that there was 4ft thick walls to drill through, which took a lot longer than they expected. I would happily recommend First Point Plumbing to anyone, as the service has been exemplary.

Andy gave us a great price for installing an EV charger, some lights in the back garden and double checking some DIY work. Great guy to have around, polite, clean and gets on with the job. We had some issues linking the mobile app to the charger but Andy stayed with us while we rang the help desk and got it linked up. He wanted to make sure the unit wasn’t faulty. 100% recommend his services to anyone.

A fully detailed quote following a close inspection of a leaking flat roof. Short wait only to the job start, very hard working team cleared the roof and prepared for the new installation excellent attention to detail throughout the job with waste materials cleared each day. Result a beautifully finished fully weatherproof flat roof on garage and carport. An excellent job by a very professional team headed by Marc. We have recently had Greenhill Roofing carrying out necessary maintenance work on the main roof of our bungalow and prior to that they responded very quickly when we asked them to investigate a problem we were having with rainwater coming into our garage. A likely cause of the water ingress was identified on the flat roof above the garage and this was made watertight. Marc and Tommy carried out all the necessary work in a thoroughly professional manner and to a high standard with minimal disruption and leaving everything clean and tidy when completed. Both Marc and Tommy were friendly and helpful throughout and kept us informed as to what work was required. I could not have asked for a better service; after all the rain with my roof leaking; they came as soon as possible and sorted all the major problems out, plus made sure there was no water getting in before leaving.; not just done & leave like most. Photos were taken to show me all items of work carried out; so kind, helpful & pleasent. All items taken away as well. They have explained to me that as my house was built in the 70's & no major work has ever been required that next year it would be in my best interest to have the front of my roof checked over of which I will get them to do as I will always go back here first. If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would ...so a BIG THANK U

Superb service from an excellent roofer. Turned up on time, quickly to assess damage done by a tree to our roof. Back within the hour with replacement tiles fixing three separate holes in the roof. Very neat job and very reasonable cost. Would recommend them to anyone and will use again if we ever have another problem with the roof.
