We have used Wayne & Sarah for years now to help with pests at our business. I can't recommend the guys enough! Wayne is so knowledgeable and informative, knows exactly how to tackle every situation and will always go the extra mile to help. Sarah is also just fantastic, always so helpful and accommodating in getting us in on their busy schedule. As I say, cannot recommend enough!

The service we received from Pest Master was great from start to finish. Wayne was highly professional, reassuring and friendly. We had moved into the property and found that rats had been staying for quite some time. With Wayne's expert knowledge and patience we were able eradicate the rats and future protect our home. Having any rodent in your home can be quite upsetting and distressing I would highly recommend Pest Master for their help and support.

At a time of crisis with mice in the garage and car port (and getting inside the car) PestMaster proved to be prompt, helpful and effective at sorting it out. Their cost covered 3 visits to make sure we were happy and all the equipment required. Well worth it and good value. Not only that Wayne sorted out an extra barrier to put at the bottom of the garage doors to seal them from mice getting in for minimally extra cost.Excellent service. Would highly recommend their service instead of putting random bits of over the counter bait which kills slowly and indiscriminately.

Great service from Power & Control, from quotation through to install. Daniel was informative and quick to provide a quote when requested. This was also amended with no quibbles when I decided on a Hypervolt charger instead. Dan also arranged an install date very quickly - I only had to wait a couple of weeks from accepting my quote. Andy who installed the charger is a really nice guy. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and high quality workmanship. The Hypervolt looks great and I cannot fault the install - extremely neat! I would highly recommend.

Mr Matthew woodfield P&C:- Power & Control Ltd PV I've upgraded from an existing 6kw battery to a further 6kw battery to give me a total of 12kw storage for my solar Pv system. From start to finish the whole experience was very pleasant. Dan-thanks for being very thorough on what batteries that I needed for my solar system.They say everyday is a school day and I can honestly say it certainly was the things that I picked up on the conversations we had helped. We then have Jake and again he was very helpful nothing was a problem on coming back with the answers. Then we have the electrician (Ryan) the ambassador of the company 'very smartly dressed' contacted me on the way introducing himself and giving me an eta. His ethics and knowledge workmanship was second to none. All in all price comes into everything and PAC was the company who stood out for helpfulness,compasion,enthusiasm, and professionalism. Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.

Was just by chance was with my builder and notice wasps going in and out a couple holes in the mortar and was told by the builder I have a wasps nest. Called up next morning and chris came out same day and sorted the issue. I was told they may be angry for couple hours not being able to go back home and there was an increase of activity at that point but after checking the angry residents after their eviction they disappeared in less than an hour. Very happy as they started making their way up the wall cavity coming into the bathroom which I hadnt realised as thought maybe because window been left open and they got in that way. Highly recommend Chris. Thankyou Chris.

Highly recommend you give Derby Wasp Control a call. My wife and I try never to harm any creature great or small but we had wasps nesting above our bedroom window in the soffit. We hoped they would move on, but they just increased in number and we started to hear them getting inside, above the bedroom ceiling. Don't wait like we did. Chris arrived very quickly, explained clearly what he would do, and what I should expect afterward, providing safety instructions. He happily answered my questions, gave reassurance, and within a matter of hours the wasps were gone. Chris was very knowledgeable and experienced, and charged a very reasonable price. A pleasure to deal with! Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service. I chose to contact Chris solely down to the numerous 5 star reviews on Google. We had a wasp nest growing larger each day in the apex of our roof. He came the same day after calling in the morning and was very knowledgeable and informed us of the process etc. Faultless service, we are so pleased to be able to open windows and sit in the garden again!

Used Adam Hemsley electrical when my elderly father was experiencing an electrical fault in his home whilst I was at work and unable to get there. Adam attended promptly and managed to sort out the electrical fault that had left my father without power, which he depends on as he has multiple health and mobility issues. Adam also provided information on how we can resolve the issue to prevent further outages. Adam is extremely competent and also friendly. He made sure my father was comfortable and safe and made sure I was fully informed about the situation.

I’ve been using Adam Hemsley for around five years since my previous electrician retired and I’ve been very impressed. He sticks to his quotes and you know exactly what you’re paying for. Fast and efficient turnout, no dramas or shocks ( pun intended) There have two occasions when I’ve needed him quick at commercial properties, one being a hairdressers he attended straight away. Rang them at 10am spoke to Mark who was superb from the start gave me the detail and answers i needed. So rang back up booked it for next day very competitive price then he found the time to get to my house same day and my ‘wasps’ were gone when i got home!! Couldnt fault this company simply amazing service and should i ever need their help again i will 110% be ringing them.

I had Electrical Innovations out for a house alarm service. House alarm was beyond economical repair. I was given various options, went for the wireless system, provided with a quote and accepted. They turned up when they said they would, performed the job to the highest standard, took old alarm away and all the packaging from the new alarm. I was kept updated with arrival times via text message. Brad the technician cleaned up after himself, no mess was left. We were very impressed with the service provided. Once the alarm was installed, Brad went through everything with me, explained the settings and set up the app on our phones. Fantastic service, you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed. A totally professional company. From my initial contact with the company Ainsley sorted out a day and time for the repair of the kitchen extractor unit. Frazier arrived on time he was totally professional and polite unfortunately the kitchen extractor was not repairable. I ordered a new unit and again this was booked to be fitted. Sean arrived on time and fitted the unit he was fantastic professional and very polite. This company is the best in every way. Will definitely recommend this company , first class, and thank you . Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. Fantastic work carried out by Stu, Frazer, Louis and the team. Solar Panels installed, nest thermostat, ring doorbell and a few other bits around the house. I cannot fault the standard of work and the professionalism and mannerism from all the guys was a stand out. Would definitely reccomend and will be using these guys for any future work needed.
