Chris was very responsive to my request for a wasp nest issue, and arrived to my house within the same day. He was friendly upon meeting and clearly explained to me the whole process. The service was quick and the results fairly immediate. I would definitely recommended his services to others.

Rats. Weird things, but however much we appreciate their intelligence they're not good house guests. Chris really helped calm my partner with his relaxed authority and reassurance, and making us aware this is never a quick fix, which is vitally important. I'm certain the rats have moved on (or died) now but would have no hesitation in calling Musca at any time in the future.

I’ve recently had to use Chris due to having mice in my kitchen cupboards and loft. If you ever find yourself in the same situation then I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.He visited my house four times in total,the first three times two weeks apart and then the last time left it a month just to make sure that the mice had gone.He’s reliable and reasonable and he’d be the first person I’d call if I ever have any more problems in the future.

Ben & his team are fantastic. We are in the process of buying a house, so for our peace of mind we wanted to have the electrics checked. Ben & his team were fantastic, they had no problem going through my estate agents and was out quicker then we expected (which we are very happy about!). Wayne and the guys were amazing, even our dog liked them. Had solar panels and battery fitted. The installation was clean and looks great and were saving more than quoted even with our poor weather. Can't recommend enough.

Wayne was head and shoulders above the other specialist PV contractors we asked to quote to install solar panels and a storage battery. Wayne was able to answer all my questions during the quoting phase and he and his team were very diligent during the installation. From the outset I felt they were doing their very best for us, rather than a smash and grab - which was the impression I got from the other contractors we approached. Importantly it was Wayne I spoke to, rather than someone from 'sales'. Everything was well explained and after a few weeks of operation I'm really very happy with our system. If you are considering a solar-powered system then you won't be disappointed with Wayne. I'm glad we chose an electrician passionate about his craft rather than a 'pop-up' solar installation company that just want to get in and out.

Wayne and his team have seen to all our electrical needs over many years. They are responsive, professional and all really pleasant people to have in the house. Last week Wayne arrived on time (with a smile), wore a face mask and removed his shoes before entering the house. The job he did on this occasion was to fit 3 new LED light fittings perfectly and efficiently. Part of a previous job he did for us was to supply and fit an outside LED light which unfortunately stopped working after only a few months as it was faulty - no worries! a quick phone call to Wayne and he appeared the same day and replaced the faulty light, so we know that his after service is brilliant to. We would not choose anyone else to do any electrical work for us. He is very highly recommended.

Following an illness my house was very much in need of a tidy and deep clean. 2 lovely ladies from Poppies came and spent a few hours bringing it up to standard, I thought the price charged was very reasonable. We then booked them in to come once a fortnight to do a general clean of the ground floor and do not regret it. Anna (and occasionally Karen) are pleasant and hard working. They are always on time and best of all are flexible so that they can accommodate my husband who works from home. Even though I am now slowly getting better this is the best decision we have made recently and I look forward to seeing them regularly.

We've been using Poppies for over a year now. Tracey and Paula have been absolutely brilliant and we've not had a bad experience yet. Any feedback is always addressed promptly and we've never had a day be missed - they always find a way to cover sickness or holidays which is really great for us! We have three cats and a very(!) lively dog so I bet our house is not exactly a dream client house but our regular cleaners have always been amazing with our pets and very patient. Thank you!

I have been using Poppies for a number of years now for both home and office and we have always found them reliable, professional, honest and trustworthy. A fantastic service. They turned up on time and did a great job cleaning out all the gutters. Prices were very reasonable too. We then had all our upvc windows, frames etc and conservatory cleaned. We had an issue with pigeons getting under the solar panels, Matt came and installed spikes to stop them, amazing job very neat can hardly see them. As we obviously couldn’t see what he was doing and how it looked to make sure we were happy and knew what had been done he took pictures to show us during and after completion. While up on the roof Matt drew our attention to an issue we had with the roof vent, he very kindly sorted that out for us to, saving us a lot of money as having scaffolding erected again would have cost us a lot. Matt is a kind and friendly guy, fabulous customer service, highly recommend this company.

Since we lost our cat, we had evidence of mice in our garage but we couldn’t tell if they’d been in recently or not. As an animal lover, I wanted the situation to be handled sensitively. As a Father of two young children, I wanted it handled quickly, safely and permanently. Matt from MSD Pest Control was able to determine that the activity was recent and advised that our visitors were field mice. He was honest and advised me away from my plan to capture them as they would only return or potentially die on the return journey. Matt laid bait boxes and conducted weekly check ups. He assessed potential access points and installed preventative treatment on our garage at a very fair price. Our next door neighbour was also impressed and asked for the same services. Great communication, service and workmanship. I highly recommend.

I used Pride pest control to sort out an issue with ants inside my house. Pete came and explained in detail what methods he was going to use and showed me the product he was using. 5 days since, and they've disappeared. He said itl take time to work and even contacted me a few days after to see how things were. Very happy with the level of service. I Will definitely recommend and use again if needs be.

Pete is so informative and has great response times. Most recently we needed to deal with two wasps nests in our flat roof before it could be replaced - Pete came out the same day to treat the nests, offered to come back FOC if further treatment was needed and we've had no issues since. Pete came because we had a bees nest in bottom of a tree near our house, right near our entence. He got the job done although it wasn't a easy job. He's very efficient and friendly we would definitely recommend. Thanks Pete we can now have our bbq.

I had Electrical Innovations out for a house alarm service. House alarm was beyond economical repair. I was given various options, went for the wireless system, provided with a quote and accepted. They turned up when they said they would, performed the job to the highest standard, took old alarm away and all the packaging from the new alarm. I was kept updated with arrival times via text message. Brad the technician cleaned up after himself, no mess was left. We were very impressed with the service provided. Once the alarm was installed, Brad went through everything with me, explained the settings and set up the app on our phones. Fantastic service, you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed. Had 10 solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall3 battery fitted by Electric innovations , whole process was seamless from start to finish , was kept upto date on the installastion timings etc , arrived 8.30am and was all done dusted logged in to the app at 3.30pm by Ben and his team , since the work has been completed i have received various follow up emails and conversations to make sure i was happy with the work completed and if i needed any further assistance . I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company , very professional approachable and local , this is the second job they have done for me after installing my car charger 2 years ago as well. Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. Was just by chance was with my builder and notice wasps going in and out a couple holes in the mortar and was told by the builder I have a wasps nest. Called up next morning and chris came out same day and sorted the issue. I was told they may be angry for couple hours not being able to go back home and there was an increase of activity at that point but after checking the angry residents after their eviction they disappeared in less than an hour. Very happy as they started making their way up the wall cavity coming into the bathroom which I hadnt realised as thought maybe because window been left open and they got in that way. Absolutely fantastic service. I chose to contact Chris solely down to the numerous 5 star reviews on Google. We had a wasp nest growing larger each day in the apex of our roof. Explained expectation that treatment should solve problem, but if any signs of ongoing wasp activity to call back and would return as part of service included in original price. Adam Hensley Electrician was highly recommended to me by Wakefield Driveways who built my new extention. I needed 6 ceiling kitchen lights and two security lights outside. Adam was prompt reliable and explained the work he was doing for us. I was very impressed with his work. Additionally recently the electrics suddenly cut off throughout our home. I telephoned Adam Hensley and requested an urgent call out. Adam arrived that day. Fixed the problem temporary and agreed to put in an entire electric fuse box for the entire house at a fair and competitive price. Adam was punctual and professionally completed this significant job in one day. Adam also repaired some existing electoral sockets free. I could not recommend this company highly enough they made my home safe again. Polite, friendly, professional and reliable.
