I went to Erika’s Beauty for my eyebrows and am really happy with the process and result! Erika was fantastic! She was so welcoming and very informative in how she explained the process for getting my eyebrows done with micropigmentation. Erika is very professional and an expert in her craft, and I highly recommend her! I’m looking forwarding to going back for the touch up and to see final results but am 100% confident in them already. Plus her salon is such a great place to be and the staff there are so lovely!

I've been visiting Erika's Beauty for years now and have had a number of treatments including, gel nail manicures, the Brightening Facial with Joanna, lash lift with Erika and brow lamination with Aiko, Erika and Adelina. All the staff are professional, friendly and do an excellent job - they are perfectionists in their fields and I always leave the salon feeling fantastic! Biggest praise to Erika who I trust with my eyebrows - she always does an impeccable job with my brow lamination and I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I called for an urgent installation of a new cooker, after my old gas hobs abandoned me. This was a non standard installation, because the cooker was a different size of the previous one and needed to fit between two units of my kitchen, which needed to be moved. I am very happy with the job - they have been responsive, organised, punctual and very reliable. I will definitely call them again in the future for small and big projects in my house!

From the moment we got in touch with Protecta they were amazing. Gregg was round the next day and was so helpful with finding our issue. I originally noticed M. Gregory of Protecta Pest Control (Gregg) from the advert on a parked car's window. Impressed by his credentials and the way my initial enquiry was handled, I added him to my contact list in case I needed his services. Came the day when I did! Alarmed at the sight of the tail-end of a rat as it disappeared from view when I lifted the access panel in my verandah decking to check something, I realised I may have a problem. Time to call Greg! Today he made a thorough inspection of the 32ft x 9ft area enclosed by my raised verandah. It required him to crawl on all fours. He found no sign of any droppings or nest, nor anything that would attract vermin to stay, and concluded there was no problem needing treatment. I was relieved to know that the rat I saw was simply a member of the wildlife community passing by and popping in to have a look before moving on. And I was perfectly prepared and happy to pay for Gregg's time and skill - but he wouldn't accept any payment. I was amazed and grateful for his expertise, care and courtesy.

Not all hero’s wear capes…….. some wear wear coveralls and a respirator. Gino came at very short notice after we had just moved into our new house and found we had a flea infestation. he is the ultimate professional, he explained absolutely everything he was going to do and clearly explained what we would Also have to do to make his visit as effective as possible. He sprayed and fumigated the house and again made sure we fully understood his aftercare advice. I haven’t seen a flea since and I would not hesitate to recommend his services and would definitely use him in the future. Amazing service, great guy would highly recommend. We have had an issue in our garage loft where rodents were getting in, I tried traps, baits blocking what I thought were entry points. All of this with no success. I called Urgent Pest Control after reading there Google reviews, Gino visited promptly to carry out a survey and set some traps, luckily whatever was in loft had left as the traps were empty after two weeks of being set. Gino returned today and installed gutter brushes and mesh. Would 100% recommend this company. Thanks again.

Ordered an inspection service as I suspected possible bed bugs. Was left slightly unsatisfied after the first visit as I did not think the service had been up to standard. I called up to let them know how I felt, and Gino was able to come round and resolve the issue, very throughouly inspecting the property and ensuring I was completely happy with the service. Thankfully no sign of bed bugs, but I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and friendliness in resolving the issue.

Had a very annoying rat problem with vermin running up and down the cavity walls of an old house. Chris from H& Co. did an excellent job over 3 visits laying poison, bait and traps in the affected areas and fitting a one-way valve in the sewer. Very pleased with the results as the scuttling noises are gone and the price was reasonable. Chris was excellent to deal with throughout always explaining his methods and what he'd found and pointing out areas that were more vulnerable or attractive to rats and suggesting solutions. Highly recommended!

Had a problem for several months and dealt with the council without success before we used H&Co's services. Chris was very friendly and identified the problem on a first visit. It only took few more visits to sort out the issue altogether. We received quotes from larger services and they are extortionate compared to H&Co. Chris is incredibly knowledgable about his craft and is very dedicated to his work. He was very responsive and keen to help. Just amazing… I could leave it at that to be fair. Never had any issues with rodents before, didn’t know what we were dealing with, spoke to Andy and within minutes he’d put our minds at rest, super informative, this was just over the phone and free advice. Highly recommend, had a rat causing havoc in the kitchen, Mason arrived the same day of calling and located a redundant drain pipe under the kitchen floor subsequently letting rats in from the sewer. He fit a non return valve the same day to prevent any new rats coming in and set some bits up inside to deal with anything already in.
