Jono, Rob and Paul, a very personable team that work together well. Their work is to a very high standard with a level of detail second to none. Jono was the only roofer that looked at the existing detailing and offered a solution, most just wanted to use plastic where ours and the adjoining roof next door are aluminium trimmed. A lot of thought went into the fall and drainage of the roof, resulting in a slight redesign which offered better drainage. I would recommend Amber Flat Roofing to all and already have passed details to two neighbours, who are seeking quotes.

They were very professional and friendly. The work was done to a very high standard and what they quoted was carried out. I am absolutely delighted with my new flat roof they have given me peace of mind. Although they planned to do it in two days due to weather it took three. Their cleaning up of the old roof was fantastic they did it very well leaving no waste behind. I totally recommend their services.

My flat roof was in a bad way and leaking badly. I had a few quotes which varied from £700 upwards. Some of the quotes appeared to be ridiculous and unrealistic. I finally made my choice of Jono and partners. What personable gentlemen. They came to my home and quoted me for the job and scaffolding. This was given in writing which made me feel comfortable in their practices, proving that they were not afraid to put money where their mouth is. Trust was both ways as no money was requested upfront. They trusted me to pay on completion and i trusted them to do a fantastic job. Scaffolding went up and in two days a new flat roof was under way. I asked Jono for proof of work by means of photos from start to finish. Jono delivered everything I asked and I was shocked at the state of my crumbling roof. After a full day's work my roof had been transformed accompanied with new facias. I was ecstatic with the end result as Jono delivered on his promise. For anyone reading this don't look any further. Your choice is Jono. You want a good job then I suggest you give him a call. I had two cowboys before Jono as there are too many people out there to take your money. Fortunately Jono is legitimate and honest restoring my faith in tradesmen.

Dean came to trim an out of control hedge I share with a neighbour, he did such a good job I asked if he could clear my garden of weeds and brambles, wow! Every invader gone, everywhere tidied and at a fair price. Top service.

I was very pleased with the work Jonathan and his team did for me. Jonathan responded to my initial query quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. John and his brother have worked miracles in our overgrown garden. He came to take a look as I saw him doing a brilliant job on a neighbours garden and asked if he could give us a quote.John suggested work that I hadn't considered but I'm so glad I took a leap of faith. They have worked so hard over two days and have been so precise, they are perfectionists. When they had finished transforming our garden they cleared everything away leaving the garden really tidy. John and the team were excellent. We had a change in circumstances that meant changing the quote and work schedule which was all worked through and consulted over. The garden clearance and removal of ivy and weeds left the place looking like a whole new garden. The team went above and beyond, were honest what they could and couldn’t do and even gave some helpful advice on what to do next to maintain it. Definitely use these guys again.

Lee has done a number of jobs at our property, the latest (Oct 2020) being rebuilding/repointing our 2 chimneys and rebuilding part of an existing extension (which had been bodged previously by someone else). We will definitely use Lee again when we next need building or roofing work done. He's open and honest about what needs to be done, does work to a high standard and for a fair price.

This was a thoroughly professional job Lee reroofed my small galley kitchen in a very limited space. He reset the roof at the correct angle, replaced all the rotted interior , fitted a new Velux window and removed and replaced the plastering on the external walls. All work was skillfully performed and fitted in with existing external piping, and he explained everything to me as he proceeded. It still looks good and does a good job, even in the extremes of weather we have had. I highly recommend.

Great to have the job done by professionals who take great pride in the quality of their work. The main job was replacing the lead flashing around the chimney of our Victorian terrace but they also replaced the flaunching which had been done very poorly recently by someone else, repaired some roof battens and replaced some slates. All work was of an excellent standard and Lee's lead work is outstanding. They were punctual, very polite and friendly and worked hard. Highly recommended.

We had a leak on an old tiled roof above our bathroom. Lee responded quickly to my message and came to look. He identified the problem and took photos to help explain what work needed doing. He told me what the options were and his quote was very reasonable. The job was finished to the highest standard, well repointed, good quality replacement tiles and felt. He was polite in dealing with us and our neighbour. Lee cleared away all the rubble after the job was done. This is the second time that he has done work for us, I would definitely recommend him as a reliable, honest, knowledgable and professional builder.

As a visitor to the UK I had been struggling to find somewhere to get my hair cut and coloured. But from the moment I walked into the salon Ashley and the staff made me so welcome and they were determined to fit me in somewhere during my stay in the area. Megan has done a wonderful colour and cut that even my husband commented!! Ashley also called me back as a cancellation came in so I could also get my brows done. Went to try this hair salon with high hopes but was left underwhelmed. Loved the friendly customer service from the moment I first walked in and the nice touch of being offered sparkling water while waiting for my stylist. The stylist was very friendly too and good at understanding and being able to execute the desired result I wanted. However the reason why I only gave 4 stars and not 5, is it felt like I was being squeezed into a tight time slot and the service felt a bit rushed, and a bit lacking. I was not offered to have my hair styled at the end, which I’ve grown to expect from many other stylists of a similar price point as a complimentary part of the service. The stylist who did my hair dried it in a way that didn’t feel like a professional technique, just wafting the hair dryer around, not using a brush, so I didn’t even get the volume from a nice professionally done blow dry. Left with hair that just fell flat rather than having that special “fresh from the hair salon” feeling. In my opinion when you’re paying for a professional to do your hair, you would want to walk out having it look a bit better than any other day. If anything I feel like I have a better hair drying technique at home. For this reason, I doubt I would go back.

I had a wash and blow dry booked in with Chris - it was such a relaxing and positive atmosphere, Chris was so attentive and listened to my thoughts about styling my hair, as well as giving me suggestions and tips on how to style my hair in the future. Simon was recommended by my sister and husband. I had a problem with the ridge tiles, he came along quoted me a price and a week later the ridge tiles were replaced by an excellent team, also solved a further issue for me. I would definitely use Ark Roofers again.

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. I would definitely contact Simon again and would recommend them to others who need a roof repair. Thank you Simon and the team.

James came out to fix a leak from our roof of unknown origin. Arrived exactly when he said he would for the quote, and exactly when he said to do the work. Really nice guy, took a video to show the problem and how he fixed it. Cant recommend enough. Will be keeping his number for any future roofing needs.

Have used Team Morley on several occasions, for new fencing and fencing repairs. They also undertook a project to remove an old decking area and replace that area and renew an old paved with a new patio of decorative slabs. As well as being very good value they do an excellent job, very courteous and exceptionally good at cleaning up on completion. Will use again without hesitation.
