We recently used Ian Foster to carry out a service on our boiler at our offices at Cocoon Vehicles. Ian turned up when he said and provided an excellent and professional service. He explained what he was doing, as he was working and provided all the paperwork in order to keep the landlord happy. The price was excellent and it has been lovely to support a local business. In Dec 23, Gavin quoted both for repairing or replacing a leaking kitchen tap and both quotes were very reasonable. I found him to be friendly and professional. We contacted Clear Plumbing Solutions regarding a leaking toilet. Gavin was very helpful and called around the next day. He was able to quickly identify the problem and wasted no time in getting it fixed. We found Gavin to be a very pleasant person to deal with. Excellent service provided by Gavin. Installed two new radiators and moved one of them. He turned up to quote when he said he would, quoted a very reasonable price a couple of days later. Fitted them , no mess, extremely friendly definitely would recommend without hesitation.

Contacted Heat Safe Gas Services for a boiler service. James's team came out when they said they would. They found a couple of issues and sorted them out with no drama. They then left the boiler working and looking like brand new. Professional, thorough, reasonably priced and also took great pride in ensuring we were happy with what they had done for our own peace of mind. See you next year gents 👍

I have been using Heat Safe Gas Services to service and maintain the boiler and central heating system at my elderly mum's home for approximately 2 years. In this time I have found James to be friendly, polite, trustworthy, efficient and above all reliable. All his work has been carried out to a high standard and is reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend as both myself and my mum have been more than satisfied with the great service that James has provided.

provided excellent service when our boiler broke in February. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using again. Thanks also to Dave who fitted the new radiators we also had installed at the same time excellent service all round.

Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

We've used Buxtons for a number of years, for business premises and home jobs alike. They've always been fantastic - clean, tidy, professional, on time and reliable. When my elderly mother recently had a fall and needed a bath removing and shower fitting, they were the only plumbers I'd trust for the job.
