Excellent service of the boiler, thoroughly checked under legislation, all seems fine ready for winter. Reasonably priced and local, happy to give advice on a small radiator problem that I fixed myself. Certainly recommend so far.

We used Etta for installation of 2 new radiators. Fantastic service and detailed surveying of the best way to complete the job. Costs were detailed and upfront. Fantastic communication from Steve and the guys who came to do the job were spot on. Steve has also taken out of hours phone calls to get my heating system back up and running after a valve failed(not related to the installation). Highly recommend using Etta.

We would highly recommend Etta. They have been looking after our central heating for some years now but this winter the boiler reported a fault and stopped working. Our system is old with various alterations and accessibility problems which meant that the cause of the problem took a lot of finding. However, Etta's excellent heating engineers were not to be defeated. Although the boiler was failing to work it was actually the pump that was at fault. We now have a fully working system with a new pump. Thank you Etta for getting to the bottom of the problem and not jumping to conclusions and unnecessarily replacing the boiler.

I have used Etta Plumbing for my boilers annual service for the past 3 years and have this week had to call them as my boiler developed a problem leaving me with no heating / hot water when temperatures were well below freezing. I thought there would be no hope of getting an engineer out quickly but they managed to get out to fix the boiler the same day despite evidently being extremely busy. I can't fault their service or the helpfulness of Jim or Marc.

A new baxi boiler installed by Lee and his team, excellent work carried out from the quote to paying the bill, they arrived on time and left the house as they found it, and not forgetting Chris who turned up a few days later at the drop of a hat to tidy up the brick work, fantastic job..👍

Woodward Plumbing & Heating Ltd., provided a completitive quote, broken down and easily understood. Ian recommended two types of combi-boiler, illustrating the pro's and con's of each and we decided on his advice on the best combi for size of our property. When it came to installation, Ian made sure we were prepped on what to expect, time frames and he was always courteous and a good listener. Arriving as agreed 1st thing, and putting in 2 full days work. The work was completed within the 2 days, to a very high standard, and we were confident to leave Ian & Steve alone in our home to get on with their work. There was zero mess afterward, and I believe Ian & Steve take great pride in the craftmanship and the quality of their work. There are others out there who bamboozle and try it on, we got 3 quotes and Ian Woodward's gave us the confidence to choose his company above the other two, who were ok but didnt instill confidence. Overall, as you can read, we are very happy to recommend Ian Woodward Plumbing & Heating.

We had a sizeable and lengthy project which Adams Gale helped immensely with. Their knowledge and advice was absolutely fantastic. Thack helped us so much with everything including a new water system and underfloor heating, and was always on hand. They always arrive when promised, which in itself is a rarity, and their time and professionalism sets them aside from others. Their respect for our home and the quality of their work really stood out and for this reason we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They fitted a boiler when they said they would and it was unfortunate that the existing motorised valve packed up a couple of hours after they left. However, they came back and sorted it out without issue. The area was left cleaned up and the old boiler was left for the scrap man (which disappeared the next morning)

The initial home survey with Ed was very helpful. The company came highly recommended to me by family members and their neighbours. Unfortunately though, I've had to take off a star due to the two hour delay to the time the engineers were scheduled to install my new boiler. I was told they would be with me between 8.45 and 9.15. I rang the company at 9.30 to ask for an update when they hadn't turned up, but they could only tell me that the engineers probably had to get parts and would be on their way, but I wasn't given any time. It would be better if the engineers can provide an update on their scheduled arrival as I had to take time off work and they were two hours late, arriving at 10.45. Also my toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom was left broken! On a positive, the boiler is working and my house is lovely and warm!

Just had an annual gas safety check last week and a new boiler installed today. The workmanship was completed to a high standard. Ivan and Oliver are both patient and nice, they answered all the questions we asked professionally. Not to mention the safety check completed by Ebony. Everyone we met is so helpful and brilliant. We are happy with the service. Would highly recommend.

APH were brilliant from start to finish. We needed a new boiler and Ed one of their guys came out to our house, went through various boilers and prices, he was very helpful and not pushy in the slightest. We had a think about it and decided to book in and got a slot within 2 days, 2 plumbers came out fast,friendly and very professional within 2 hours new boiler was in cleaned up after themselves. We cannot highly recommend this company enough with how good they have been. Also they were the cheapest around. Within half hour a courtesy call was made to thank us on prompt payment and ask if we were satisfied with the job and if the lads were great. Obviously they were. Even got a free calender🤣 happy days. Thanks to all APH for you work, will be using these guys again.

Simon attended to repair a serious leak above the dining room ceiling. Access proved to be quite difficult but Simon worked round the problem, identified the source of the leak and sorted everything out for us very professionally, keeping damage and mess to an absolute minimum and charging a very fair price for the work. This is the second time Simon has done work for us and I can't recommend him highly enough. A really nice guy and an honest and expert tradesman.

Just wanted to say thank you to Jamie and team. Had a very unpleasant job of trying to work out what was blocking outside pipe leading from toilet. Guys worked hard and did a great job. Family now very happy to have a toilet upstairs that works.
