You dressed my Daughters wedding at Donington park Farmhouse 3.11.23 and WOW you are amazing at what you do and the venue looked absolutely beautiful. Such a professional company from the first communication to the big day. As this was a barn wedding we were not allowed real candles and was a little worried as I don’t like the artificial ones but I can honestly say you couldn’t tell they were stunning and so were your flowers the venue was beautiful, Thank you sooo much. Absolutely stunning place - course and greens were in amazing condition, pro shop and club house staff were very welcoming and the scenery whilst you play is glorious. It's a tough track where the heather will punish wayward shots, but not overly long so (if only I could putt!) birdie opportunities are there to be had.

The is one of the best courses in Nottinghamshire if not Uk. My son was having junior coaching lessons so I tried out the food and it was amazing thank you. I would love to play the course but the weather was evil. It’s definitely on my bucket list!

An excellent test of golf with great true running greens and fantastic day out. Practice facilities are good, driving range, chipping and putting. Not an easy track with plenty of heather, long grass off the fairways, but suits a long straight drive.

Would 100% recommend epic events for any party decor/ wedding decor. They transformed our beautiful wedding venue on 26.10.2024 with all the autumnal vibes they could! We hired a bundle from Epic Events for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. From start to finish they were incredibly friendly and helpful - When I first enquired, they helped me choose the best displays for the space from the many options they have available - They gave us the option of changing from the LOVE light up letters to sooo many other options they had available, we chose our last name and it looked absolutely incredible 😍 - Communication was superb!! - Tim setting up and taking down was super friendly and efficient, and they fit it around our availability with the venue without any issues, super organised When I say I recommend this company and the fact their displays totally changed the space, I can't big them up enough! I just wish we'd thought of them earlier and used them to dress the entire venue and saved us a lot of stress for amazingly priced packages 💙 In our bundle we had: - Arcade machine (was a massive hit with our guests, they loved it!) - Sweet Cart (was really well stocked, even with guests continuously snacking throughout the day and night, we still had some left) - Greenery wall with balloon arch and Let's Party neon sign (amazing as a backdrop for wedding selfies, everyone loved it) - Moon gate with Happily Ever After neon sign (we put this behind our sweetheart table and was a really nice backdrop for professional pictures) - Mr & Mrs Asplin light up letters (we put this just in front of the stage and was the best backdrop for the dancefloor possible!) Thank you again Epic Events, you were amazing and will remember you for future events!

If your thinking of hiring a back drop for your event DO IT! And make sure to come to EPIC EVENTS! Absolutely amazing, quick responders and a lovely couple! Iv been scammed in the past with my wedding and I explained this in my messages and this lovely lady was so understanding and made me feel at ease straight away! Even on her holiday! Nothing was too much trouble and even managed to change the sequins last minute at my request! Tim came and set up such a nice bloke! Me and my partner was having a laugh with him about our own attempt at some balloons haha will defo be using their services in the future! Can’t recommend the company enough! The back drop was gorgeous and everyone loved it! It was a real hit and such a cute photo prop! Everyone commented on it it really was the best addition to the party! Thankyou so much epic events! Couldn't recommend enough!! I got married 3 weeks ago today and leading up to the day Epic Events couldn't do enough, they were regularly checking in making sure they had everything i needed, that colours matched, going over foliage and so on! They are both so lovely, easy to talk to, down to earth and the room was absolutely stunning! The colours were beautiful and everything really was just perfectly done. Would highly recommend to anyone for any event.

We hired Victoria for on the day coordination for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made during the whole planning process. She's detail oriented, passionate, and amazing to work with. No task is too big or small for Victoria, and the entire wedding ran so smoothly thanks to her help! As a bride, I was truly able to unplug and focus on having the time of my life on the day, knowing she had it all handled. We can't recommend her enough!

From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. Not just for the couple but for the suppliers too! I would urge people to hire her and highly recommend Victoria as the lovely person she is and for the great services she offers!

We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. Tor we thank you so much for all your hard work, time and just being fab! You are welcome at the farm any time :) xxx

Ellie at everything covered dressed our entire wedding and I can not express how incredible everything was, from the details in the ceremony to the finishing touches for our gift table. Ellie created exactly what we had imagined the rooms would look like, she was so professional and efficient throughout the whole process and made it so enjoyable to plan with her. Ellie and the team completed our venue and made it look stunning! We had some last minute bad weather but they were on hand straight away to advise and help. Ellie was a massive help in deciding on decor in the run up to the wedding and nothing was too much trouble. I kept changing and dithering and she was incredibly patient!! She has great taste and an eye for detail. The range of accessories and decor us huge and really great quality. Would definitely recommend for your special day!

We booked Ellie for our wedding in May. Ellie's communication leading up to the wedding was fab and she really undetstood what we wanted for our big day. We met Ellie the night before at the venue and she was lovely and friendly. Our ceremony room was beautiful and looked amazing with the chair hoods and broaches. The sweet cart was fab and went down well with all ages. A couple of things did get missed off and were missing for the wedding which i discussed with Ellie after and she kindly refunded me for those items. Thank you for making our venue look exactly how we wanted it.

I honestly cannot express how highly I recommend everything covered! Originally booked for a wedding in 2020 which was cancelled due to covid, after another attempted and failed wedding, we finally got there! (Third time lucky!) So much changed in this time, the venue (twice), the decor, the items I hired (even to the point that the day before the wedding we were messaging about what decor we could add!) and honestly Ellie went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us! She even added extra covers on the day as the venue misunderstood the table plan and therefore we ended up with more chairs than expected! The covers, hoods, the most beautiful starlight curtain and she even added a beautiful ‘happily ever after’ sign which just added to the ambience! Thank you so much, I can’t have been an easy customer but nothing felt too much of an ask and she was so helpful and understanding! Thank you!

We rented our table runners, serviettes, place mats, wooden slices and cake stand from These Two Only. Laura was determined to get the absolute perfect colour to match our scheme, and she outdid herself! They matched perfectly, and our tables looked incredible. They were so easy to communicate with, especially as I kept changing my mind (sorry!), and suggested different pieces that I hadn't even thought of, but worked brilliantly with my vision. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

Not only is Lauren super friendly and approachable but she has an eye for what suits you and takes into consideration your likes and dislikes when selecting a dress! It's so hard trying to wonder what looks good on the hanger but Lauren knows each gown through and through. No pushy sales tactics and honesty throughout my appointment. She really knows her stuff!! I can’t recommend The Wedding HQ enough! I found my dream wedding dress here after reaching out to them on a whim. I’d seen a gown I loved online but couldn’t find it on their website. Since The Wedding HQ stocked other Essence of Australia dresses, I messaged them just in case, and they had it! I booked an appointment straight after Christmas, and I couldn’t wait to see it in person. From the moment I walked in, the experience was incredible. I got emotional just seeing the dress on the hanger! I’d messaged beforehand about me being a wedding photographer, The Wedding HQ remembered this and knew I wanted something different because I see weddings all the time, and they didn’t disappoint. Lauren and the team were amazing, they listened to what I liked and even selected some dresses I might not have considered but ended up loving. It wasn’t my first bridal shop visit, so I already had an idea of my style, but their suggestions really helped me narrow things down. Lauren was so calm and encouraging throughout, and it was clear how much she loves what she does. Trying on wedding dresses can be nerve-wracking, but her kindness and patience made such a difference. What really stood out was how personal and thoughtful the whole experience was. The fact that The Wedding HQ is a family-run business is so evident, they truly care. Seeing wedding photos from their own family’s celebrations over the decades made it feel even more special. After trying on several dresses, I think I knew I had found the one, but I left to attend an elsewhere appointment later that day, nervous that I’d left my dress behind in the off the peg sale. Nothing else came close to how I felt in the dress from The Wedding HQ, I couldn’t stop thinking about it, nothing seemed to compare! At this point I just KNEW it was my dress. I just wanted to race back and buy my dress so I called the store but unfortunately theyd closed… until Lauren rung me and said she’d come all the way back from being almost home just so I could come back the same day with my entourage to say yes to the dress! I couldn’t believe her generosity! It was such a fun and exciting drive all the way back down to Mansfield to pick up my gown! Upon arrival Lauren was so excited to welcome me back to the bridal studio, and had me try it on straight away (I wasn’t sure if she’d want me to at the time) but she insisted so I could have THE moment. And what a moment it was! Plenty of tears when I retried the dress. And of course I then said YES TO THE DRESS. It was the best atmosphere and I didn’t feel rushed at all even over an hour after Lauren should’ve finished. I wrote my name on their bride wall, took photos in front of their “I said yes” wall, and soaked in every second. I bought my dress in the January ‘off the peg’ sale and was really happy with the price of the dress. The Wedding HQ went above and beyond for me, and I’ll never forget it. Supporting a small, family-owned business like theirs feels so meaningful, and it’s clear how much love they put into what they do. I genuinely felt like a part of the companies journey/story and i’m so glad that the amount I paid helps support a family business that’s been going for almost 10 years! Thank you so much, Lauren and the whole team, you made this such a special moment in my wedding journey, and I’m forever grateful. You will never know how much the full experience meant to me. I can’t believe I finally have my dream gown! 🤍🤍🤍

After having a really bad experience with La Belle Bridal, I was very nervous about getting a new wedding dress but all I can say is Lauren made the whole appointment perfect for me. I ended up finding a dress which was completely different to what I originally thought I wanted, she made me feel so confident and happy in my own body and I feel beautiful in my dress. Dominique was brilliant!!!! from meeting us at the venue a few months prior, to the morning of the wedding and even after, Dominique was great. She really listened to everything we wanted (and helped us along the way when we didn't have a clue :)) The ceremony room and the reception room looked absolutely stunning!! and at the end of the night she spoke with us asking how the day had gone whilst helping to clear everything away! We used White Petal for our wedding near Christmas 2024. They were a great lot to deal with and we always had quick responses to any questions or ideas we had. They dressed the ceremony room which included the chair covers, bows, candles, petals etc as well the evening venue room with all the table decorations, candles, wreaths and Christmas bits dotted around. We also hired the giant love letters for the dance floor.
