Iv been scammed in the past with my wedding and I explained this in my messages and this lovely lady was so understanding and made me feel at ease straight away! Even on her holiday! Nothing was too much trouble and even managed to change the sequins last minute at my request! Tim came and set up such a nice bloke! Me and my partner was having a laugh with him about our own attempt at some balloons haha will defo be using their services in the future! Can’t recommend the company enough! We hired a bundle from Epic Events for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. From start to finish they were incredibly friendly and helpful - When I first enquired, they helped me choose the best displays for the space from the many options they have available - They gave us the option of changing from the LOVE light up letters to sooo many other options they had available, we chose our last name and it looked absolutely incredible 😍 - Communication was superb!! - Tim setting up and taking down was super friendly and efficient, and they fit it around our availability with the venue without any issues, super organised When I say I recommend this company and the fact their displays totally changed the space, I can't big them up enough! I just wish we'd thought of them earlier and used them to dress the entire venue and saved us a lot of stress for amazingly priced packages 💙 In our bundle we had: - Arcade machine (was a massive hit with our guests, they loved it!) - Sweet Cart (was really well stocked, even with guests continuously snacking throughout the day and night, we still had some left) - Greenery wall with balloon arch and Let's Party neon sign (amazing as a backdrop for wedding selfies, everyone loved it) - Moon gate with Happily Ever After neon sign (we put this behind our sweetheart table and was a really nice backdrop for professional pictures) - Mr & Mrs Asplin light up letters (we put this just in front of the stage and was the best backdrop for the dancefloor possible!) Thank you again Epic Events, you were amazing and will remember you for future events!

Couldn't recommend enough!! I got married 3 weeks ago today and leading up to the day Epic Events couldn't do enough, they were regularly checking in making sure they had everything i needed, that colours matched, going over foliage and so on! They are both so lovely, easy to talk to, down to earth and the room was absolutely stunning! The colours were beautiful and everything really was just perfectly done. Would highly recommend to anyone for any event.

Maria called me on Valentines day with the news that we had won a wedding venue after my partner and I had entered a competition. She has been helpful and supportive, providing us with the information required for the next steps. Anything support we need is offered, we just need to email or call. Myself and my partner won on a bespoke wedding competition last month. Now we are all booked in to the beautiful haycock manor in Peterborough for our wedding next year! The discount and saving we have received on our big day through bespoke weddings competition has made it possible for us to have our big day the way we always wanted to without the massive bill. I also would highly recommend Maria Napper one wedding coordinator from bespoke wedding as she is so lovely, friendly and already has helped me so much and really listened to what I want but with the budget I have and she’s made it all possible couldn’t thank her enough. Our experience so far has been great with Bespoke and can’t thank our wedding planner Nicole enough for her support. We never thought we’d hear anything back when entering the competition and then receiving a call to say we had won our venue costs for a venue of our dreams was amazing. We get married late 2026 but thanks to the quick responses from Nicole we have managed to secure the majority of our vendors through the competition at some amazing prices which has taken away so much stress so we can focus on the more sentimental details. Carolina arranged our wedding in Sicily in April 24. We aren't great planners (hence enlisting her help) and with very little guidance she quickly understood us as a couple and managed to source THE most beautiful venue that was absolutely suited to what we wanted, all within our budget. She was helpful, available when we needed her, and empathetic. She and her team conjured the most wonderful, memorable three days, and we are forever grateful to them all. Recommended! X

I would highly recommend Carolina to anyone planning a wedding in Italy. We saved so many hours of research because of her knowledge and experience. She was able to recommend some amazing suppliers that ticked all boxes. Our wedding day felt so relaxed because of her being there and everything was just perfect on the day.

After having a really bad experience with La Belle Bridal, I was very nervous about getting a new wedding dress but all I can say is Lauren made the whole appointment perfect for me. I can’t recommend The Wedding HQ enough! I found my dream wedding dress here after reaching out to them on a whim. I’d seen a gown I loved online but couldn’t find it on their website. Since The Wedding HQ stocked other Essence of Australia dresses, I messaged them just in case, and they had it! I booked an appointment straight after Christmas, and I couldn’t wait to see it in person. From the moment I walked in, the experience was incredible. I got emotional just seeing the dress on the hanger! I’d messaged beforehand about me being a wedding photographer, The Wedding HQ remembered this and knew I wanted something different because I see weddings all the time, and they didn’t disappoint. Lauren and the team were amazing, they listened to what I liked and even selected some dresses I might not have considered but ended up loving. It wasn’t my first bridal shop visit, so I already had an idea of my style, but their suggestions really helped me narrow things down. Lauren was so calm and encouraging throughout, and it was clear how much she loves what she does. Trying on wedding dresses can be nerve-wracking, but her kindness and patience made such a difference. What really stood out was how personal and thoughtful the whole experience was. The fact that The Wedding HQ is a family-run business is so evident, they truly care. Seeing wedding photos from their own family’s celebrations over the decades made it feel even more special. After trying on several dresses, I think I knew I had found the one, but I left to attend an elsewhere appointment later that day, nervous that I’d left my dress behind in the off the peg sale. Nothing else came close to how I felt in the dress from The Wedding HQ, I couldn’t stop thinking about it, nothing seemed to compare! At this point I just KNEW it was my dress. I just wanted to race back and buy my dress so I called the store but unfortunately theyd closed… until Lauren rung me and said she’d come all the way back from being almost home just so I could come back the same day with my entourage to say yes to the dress! I couldn’t believe her generosity! It was such a fun and exciting drive all the way back down to Mansfield to pick up my gown! Upon arrival Lauren was so excited to welcome me back to the bridal studio, and had me try it on straight away (I wasn’t sure if she’d want me to at the time) but she insisted so I could have THE moment. And what a moment it was! Plenty of tears when I retried the dress. And of course I then said YES TO THE DRESS. It was the best atmosphere and I didn’t feel rushed at all even over an hour after Lauren should’ve finished. I wrote my name on their bride wall, took photos in front of their “I said yes” wall, and soaked in every second. I bought my dress in the January ‘off the peg’ sale and was really happy with the price of the dress. The Wedding HQ went above and beyond for me, and I’ll never forget it. Supporting a small, family-owned business like theirs feels so meaningful, and it’s clear how much love they put into what they do. I genuinely felt like a part of the companies journey/story and i’m so glad that the amount I paid helps support a family business that’s been going for almost 10 years! Just visited the store today, my first ever wedding dress shopping experience so I was nervous/anxious but as soon as I walked in the girls were very inviting and friendly! Made me feel so at ease with it all! We had a little look around and picked out a few stunning dresses in all different styles, as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Went upstairs to find even more beautiful dresses everywhere! There is so so many to choose from I could have tried them all to be quite honest, went to the dressing room to try on and felt very comfortable in Lauren’s hands. Nothing was too much trouble at all, if I wanted sleeves adding or a belt popping on it was done straight away, honestly ladies if you’re getting married and you need a dress get to the weddinghq! I already cannot wait to get my dress back on when it arrives!!

We used White Petal for our wedding near Christmas 2024. They were a great lot to deal with and we always had quick responses to any questions or ideas we had. They dressed the ceremony room which included the chair covers, bows, candles, petals etc as well the evening venue room with all the table decorations, candles, wreaths and Christmas bits dotted around. We also hired the giant love letters for the dance floor.

We can’t thank you enough for how incredible you made our venue look on our wedding day. The whole place looked absolutely stunning and you brought our vision to life then exceeded it! From the bigger pieces including the flower arch to the finer details - everything looked perfect. We’ve received so many lovely compliments on the decor and just wanted to say thank you so, so much for your incredible work! Dominique is so approachable, professional and you can tell how much she genuinely cares about the service she is delivering. 10/10 would recommend as an events stylist.

Dominique was brilliant!!!! from meeting us at the venue a few months prior, to the morning of the wedding and even after, Dominique was great. She really listened to everything we wanted (and helped us along the way when we didn't have a clue :)) The ceremony room and the reception room looked absolutely stunning!! and at the end of the night she spoke with us asking how the day had gone whilst helping to clear everything away! Ellie at everything covered dressed our entire wedding and I can not express how incredible everything was, from the details in the ceremony to the finishing touches for our gift table. Ellie created exactly what we had imagined the rooms would look like, she was so professional and efficient throughout the whole process and made it so enjoyable to plan with her. Ellie and the team completed our venue and made it look stunning! We had some last minute bad weather but they were on hand straight away to advise and help. Ellie was a massive help in deciding on decor in the run up to the wedding and nothing was too much trouble. I kept changing and dithering and she was incredibly patient!! She has great taste and an eye for detail. The range of accessories and decor us huge and really great quality. Would definitely recommend for your special day!

I cant thank Ellie enough for her help with decorating the venue for our wedding. It was like a dream come true when I saw the room all dressed up. An absolutely stunning flower arch (which Ellie personalised to match the colour theme) spectacular centre pieces (again personalised to colour theme) and stylish table plan and name cards, all made the room look like a fairytale. We booked Ellie for our wedding in May. Ellie's communication leading up to the wedding was fab and she really undetstood what we wanted for our big day. We met Ellie the night before at the venue and she was lovely and friendly. Our ceremony room was beautiful and looked amazing with the chair hoods and broaches. The sweet cart was fab and went down well with all ages. A couple of things did get missed off and were missing for the wedding which i discussed with Ellie after and she kindly refunded me for those items. We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day.
