After having a really bad experience with La Belle Bridal, I was very nervous about getting a new wedding dress but all I can say is Lauren made the whole appointment perfect for me. I ended up finding a dress which was completely different to what I originally thought I wanted, she made me feel so confident and happy in my own body and I feel beautiful in my dress. I previously had and lost a dress through another boutique going under so was very nervous and apprehensive about going through the whole search for a brand new dress again….The ladies at the Wedding HQ we’re fantastic, friendly and made me feel so at ease. The experience was warm, relaxing and fun and the ladies were all so accommodating and helped me feel absolutely fabulous and I found my perfect dress. Thank you! xx

Just visited the store today, my first ever wedding dress shopping experience so I was nervous/anxious but as soon as I walked in the girls were very inviting and friendly! Made me feel so at ease with it all! We had a little look around and picked out a few stunning dresses in all different styles, as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Went upstairs to find even more beautiful dresses everywhere! There is so so many to choose from I could have tried them all to be quite honest, went to the dressing room to try on and felt very comfortable in Lauren’s hands. Nothing was too much trouble at all, if I wanted sleeves adding or a belt popping on it was done straight away, honestly ladies if you’re getting married and you need a dress get to the weddinghq! I already cannot wait to get my dress back on when it arrives!!

I can’t recommend The Wedding HQ enough! I found my dream wedding dress here after reaching out to them on a whim. I’d seen a gown I loved online but couldn’t find it on their website. Since The Wedding HQ stocked other Essence of Australia dresses, I messaged them just in case, and they had it! I booked an appointment straight after Christmas, and I couldn’t wait to see it in person. From the moment I walked in, the experience was incredible. I got emotional just seeing the dress on the hanger! I’d messaged beforehand about me being a wedding photographer, The Wedding HQ remembered this and knew I wanted something different because I see weddings all the time, and they didn’t disappoint. Lauren and the team were amazing, they listened to what I liked and even selected some dresses I might not have considered but ended up loving. It wasn’t my first bridal shop visit, so I already had an idea of my style, but their suggestions really helped me narrow things down. Lauren was so calm and encouraging throughout, and it was clear how much she loves what she does. Trying on wedding dresses can be nerve-wracking, but her kindness and patience made such a difference. What really stood out was how personal and thoughtful the whole experience was. The fact that The Wedding HQ is a family-run business is so evident, they truly care. Seeing wedding photos from their own family’s celebrations over the decades made it feel even more special. After trying on several dresses, I think I knew I had found the one, but I left to attend an elsewhere appointment later that day, nervous that I’d left my dress behind in the off the peg sale. Nothing else came close to how I felt in the dress from The Wedding HQ, I couldn’t stop thinking about it, nothing seemed to compare! At this point I just KNEW it was my dress. I just wanted to race back and buy my dress so I called the store but unfortunately theyd closed… until Lauren rung me and said she’d come all the way back from being almost home just so I could come back the same day with my entourage to say yes to the dress! I couldn’t believe her generosity! It was such a fun and exciting drive all the way back down to Mansfield to pick up my gown! Upon arrival Lauren was so excited to welcome me back to the bridal studio, and had me try it on straight away (I wasn’t sure if she’d want me to at the time) but she insisted so I could have THE moment. And what a moment it was! Plenty of tears when I retried the dress. And of course I then said YES TO THE DRESS. It was the best atmosphere and I didn’t feel rushed at all even over an hour after Lauren should’ve finished. I wrote my name on their bride wall, took photos in front of their “I said yes” wall, and soaked in every second. I bought my dress in the January ‘off the peg’ sale and was really happy with the price of the dress. The Wedding HQ went above and beyond for me, and I’ll never forget it. Supporting a small, family-owned business like theirs feels so meaningful, and it’s clear how much love they put into what they do. I genuinely felt like a part of the companies journey/story and i’m so glad that the amount I paid helps support a family business that’s been going for almost 10 years! Thank you so much, Lauren and the whole team, you made this such a special moment in my wedding journey, and I’m forever grateful. You will never know how much the full experience meant to me. I can’t believe I finally have my dream gown! 🤍🤍🤍

Not only is Lauren super friendly and approachable but she has an eye for what suits you and takes into consideration your likes and dislikes when selecting a dress! It's so hard trying to wonder what looks good on the hanger but Lauren knows each gown through and through. No pushy sales tactics and honesty throughout my appointment. She really knows her stuff!! I would highly recommend The Wedding HQ to any future bride... Only downside is I can only shop here once!!! Thanks Lauren!! Xxxx
