My husband and I were so pleased with how Sam styled the venue for our wedding ceremony and evening reception. From the day I contacted her to discuss about ideas that I had prior to the wedding, she was so helpful, patient and professional. Whenever I had any questions, she was friendly, approachable and responding to me very quickly. We'd highly recommend Willow and Rust weddings to any couples! We had so many compliments from our guests. She created beautiful centrepieces and backdrops. As we had our ceremony, drinks reception and evening reception at the same venue, she was happy to come back to the venue to rearrange all the decors and discussed everything with the venue staffs so we didn't need to worry about anything. Samantha took the reins from us around a month before our wedding. She understood very quickly what we wanted but also added a lot of experience styling our marquee. Samantha's communication was excellent before our wedding and was a dream to have her coordinate the day. Looking back we don't know what we would have done without her and wouldn't hesitate in recommending her for planning, styling and coordinating services. Wow what a wedding venue, we had our day on 17/11/24 and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Victoria and the whole team went above and beyond for us to make our day perfect. From the moment we first came to see the venue, all the way through booking and the many many emails back and forth during the planning process, the team made sure we felt special all the way through. Even though it rained it down ALL day the venue was stunning and the orangery is so perfect that the photos came out perfectly. We honestly can't thank you enough. A really lovely wedding in a truly gorgeous setting! I came here with my partner for a friends wedding, and also stayed in the lodges the night after. The venue was beautifully decorated and spacious. It has a beautiful courtyard for photos to be taken after the reception. The food for the wedding breakfast and the evening was delicious with plenty to go around. The lodges themselves were nice and clean, with a comfy bed to rest after dancing all evening. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant in the morning was also delicious with lots of options. The views from the restaurant out onto the lakes were also stunning. After my experience as a guest I would definitely recommend booking your wedding here. If you’re a guest going to stay, then look forward to it!

It was my first time photographing a wedding at Foxtail last week, and I must say, it was nothing short of amazing. The building itself were the weddings take place are great, loads of natural light and atmosphere , blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. as we explored the grounds, I was treated to so many great spots to take the Bride & Groom which provided the perfect backdrop for their couple photos. the staff were also fantastic too, very professional and on the ball making sure all the guest were well looked after. If you're looking for a top class wedding venue, this could be the one!

We got married here on 16th May 2024 and Hanbury Barns was the most perfect venue for us! It has everything we could have asked for and the staff were so attentive and friendly. Kayleigh was our wedding coordinator and she was just perfect for us. Nothing was ever too much to ask for and she made us feel so at ease throughout the whole process. The venue is beautiful and immaculate and despite the torrential rain all day, it was just so perfect for us. It is a fully accessible venue with no steps which was ideal for some of our family members with mobility issues. The accommodation in the pods was beautiful and so clean and well kept too. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was and everyone had such an amazing day. I will be recommending this venue to everyone and anyone! We got married at Hanbury Wedding Barn recently. We honestly had the best time. We first went to Hanbury in 2022 in the summer. It was shortly after we got engaged. The moment we first met the staff, we noticed how kind they are. Throughout the entirety of the wedding process, from contacting them to arrange our visit, to meeting them for the first time, to wedding planning and to the actual day, we were right in thinking that they are kind. The staff are also very informative, very knowledgeable, understanding and fantastic at their jobs. We had Georgia as our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. She was fantastic and we can't thank her and the venue enough for everything that they have done for us. Georgia was with us on the day of the wedding aswell, and she was really good at her role. She was good with making sure that everything came together. She was good with the timeline and making sure everything ran smoothly. She was informative with what was going on and she put no pressure on us. Me, michael, my mum, my dad, my now husbands dad and step mum, the maid of honor and the bridesmaids all commented on how fantastic she was. Georgia is such a credit to the barns. We also loved how spacious the barns is. You have lots of space for people to spread out and for a nice amount of decor. There's also plenty of space for entertainment aswell. We loved how each room has its own function and purpose. Communication was great between us and the barns. They were good with replying to emails and answering phone calls. They also provided meetings for us so we can update each other where we were all at with the wedding planning process. We can't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. It was perfect. Thank you lots to everyone who has worked at Hanbury since we first met you. If you are thinking of coming here for a visit if you have just got engaged, we can highly recommend this for you and you won't regret it.

I couldn’t be happier with the balloon decorations and selfie pod for my son’s 21st birthday! From start to finish, Lacey was professional, creative, and detail-oriented. My husband and I got married in August at Wildhive in Derbyshire. Village Green Events helped style the wedding and Laura, who was our contact, was amazing to work with! She leaves no stone unturned when it comes to her attention to detail and execution. Everything was so well thought out and her ability to foresee things you will need or might want is truly amazing. My partner and I got married at the West Mill on Saturday the 6th of July and it was nothing short of incredible. Everything went absolutely perfectly and I cannot fault anything from start to finish with our wedding. From initial conversations to the day itself, the staff were incredibly passionate and communicative with their approach. No questions were ever an issue, and the day went so smoothly. My husband and I booked with the Rustic Wedding Company for the flowers & venue styling for our wedding a few weeks ago at Dodford Manor Barn and we would 100% recommend them! Lesley & her team are so professional and talented in every aspect of what they do, bringing such a breadth of knowledge which made the planning process that much easier. The communication before the day was amazing, with regular emails, a zoom consultation and an in person appointment at their showroom. All of this together made us super comfortable that everything was going to be exactly as we dreamt our wedding would be. The in person appointment we had was the most helpful to us as I was worried about how everything would look together, but Lesley made & remade (and remade) our show table until we were entirely happy with it. She was so accommodating to my indecisiveness throughout, inputting her expert opinions where necessary. On the wedding day itself, the bouquets, buttonholes & corsages were delivered to Dodford Grange before the team headed to the venue to do the rest of the setup. The flowers were beyond anything I could have imagined, so much so that I got my bridal bouquet preserved after the wedding because I just couldn’t bear to watch it die! The venue setup was completely seamless and again, beyond my wildest hopes. Everything was utter perfection in every way. We had a mixture of hired & our own decorations and team rustic set it all up, moved things between the ceremony and breakfast and then came back the next day to take it all down. They took away all of the potential stress, which was absolutely worth every penny! Thank you so much for styling us the most perfect day!

Lesley and the Rustic team did a full style for our wedding at Hothorpe the Woodlands, including all of our flowers and they were amazing! The team took our vision and made it a reality, they incorporated all of our themes perfectly in to the decor. Our guests could not stop talking about how incredible everything looked. We love nature and wanted a colourful, meadow-like vibe for our relaxed spring wedding. We also wanted stylists who could make the most of our lovely but relatively small venue. Finally, we wanted to be confident that our wedding day would look beautiful without having to stress about it or do anything ourselves. Sass absolutely nailed it on all three points. Working with them was a dream from start to finish. They were very flexible and creative, had a lot of options, and were easy to communicate and plan with. They created very effective moodboards so we could see that they fully understood what we were asking for. Their quote was detailed and fully broken down so we could see what every element cost. If we had wanted to do any of it ourselves, we could've easily adjusted the plan thanks to their honest and transparent approach. (However, we were so pleased with their vision that we just stepped back and let them do their thing.) We also got to visit their showroom and see multiple different styling options. They changed things before our eyes to suit our preferences, had example flowers and signage, mock table layouts, the whole shebang. They also met with us at the venue to plan things, and liaised with staff at the venue to make sure everything ran smoothly. We felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process thanks to their careful approach. As for the big day itself - everything was absolutely perfect. Walking into the venue was like walking into a dream. The flowers were stunning, the decor was gorgeous. Everything was exactly as we wanted, better than we imagined. We received countless compliments from our guests. One guest, who is a professional event planner, was stunned to hear what we had spent on the flowers and styling, as she expected the cost to be higher. Our bridesmaids kept their bouquets while we took the rest of the flowers home - and despite driving over an hour in a very hot car, they lasted beautifully and adorned our home for a week afterwards, which was a lovely treat. Thank you Emily and Fran for making our day look like a fairytale!

The Hidden Hive will forever be a special place for us and the help from all involved at the venue really allowed us to make it our day. No request was too much and solutions were always given if there was anything that couldn't be done. The venue itself is beautiful even on an overcast spring day. Having the ceremony and reception all at one site really allowed for the place to become apart of the day. The venue allowed us to bring a number of personal touches to the day, on top of the 5 cars full of decorations we did ourselves, we had multiple classic cars displayed, a tandem bicycle, doves, and alpacas! The venue assisted with the band we had on our day and the caterers and bar team were all top notch. Everyone working felt a part of the day which gave a great atmosphere to which we couldn't have had without!

The ceremony room is stunning and the tipis for your reception are just beautiful and in the middle of the most gorgeous grounds!! It’s a gem of a wedding venue !!

We have just used The Hidden Hive for our daughters wedding and am pleased to say it was an amazing day. The venue itself is beautiful with loads of space all in your private area. Dani who is event manager really knows her stuff and as such made everything about the day easy. This venue is defo worth a visit if your planning an event and can guarantee it definitely has the WOW factor.

We hired Amanda for our Wedding in May 2024 as a wedding coordinator, and by far was probably the best decision we made during our planning. I honestly don’t know how our wedding would have taken place on the day without Amanda. Amanda set up all our props for our Wedding the day before / morning of, and then coordinated our day. Amanda really went above and beyond throughout the day, keeping the day on track and making sure it aligned to mine and my husband wishes. Where to begin! Amanda really is one in a million. She helped plan our wedding and I don’t know what we would have done without her. Where do I even start with this incredible human?! Amanda is the kindest, most creative and inspirational wedding planner, stylist and coordinator. We were lucky enough to have Amanda involved in every aspect of our wedding and we are so thankful for her guidance and support. From our first initial emails, consultation meeting, final meetings and numerous messages (from me!), Amanda was nothing but helpful and supportive. On the day, it was a joy to have Amanda join my bridal prep in the morning, brining a sense of calm, style and humour. She ensured everything was on track and ensured that I was happy and prepared for when we moved to the venue. During the day, we had countless compliments about Amanda's efficiency and how friendly she was. Everything ran like clockwork, with no issues, and I am certain this was due to Superwoman Amanda. She also helped us to achieve the perfect champagne spray photo! The styling... Words fail me. Amanda took our ideas and colours and made it so much more. During our final design meeting, Amanda made detailed notes and offered suggestions for how to syle our venue. We were so confident in her abilities, we encouraged Amanda to do what she does best, and she did! Amanda created the classiest, cosiest, most elegant autumn vibes you could ever imagine. Our photographer, who had worked at the venue numerous other times, said it was the most beautiful she had ever seen it. I truly cannot recommend Amanda enough. She has a heart of gold and I feel so privaledge to have worked with such a creative and inspiring person.
