We got married here in March 2023 and had the most amazing day. The venue is stunning - private, very safe (for children), beautifully set up. All members of staff were absolutely great and bent over backwards to make everything as easy as possible, in both the build-up to the day and on the actual wedding day. Everything went as planned, the venue looked exactly how we wanted it to and all our guests continuously commented on how beautiful the venue was. Vicki was our wedding coordinator and she is amazing at what she does. Nothing was too much and we will really miss messaging her! Communication throughout the build-up was fantastic, emails and WhatsApp messages were responded to incredibly quickly, getting an appointment to visit for measuring up, or practising walking down the aisle was super easy to book. Everything was dealt with so efficiently and they really do go above and beyond to make your day perfect. Hanbury team, we are so grateful to you, for allowing us to have the most magical day of our lives take place at the Barns - we wish we could do it all over again!!! Thank you! x

We absolutely loved our wedding at Hanbury, and we both honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day. Hanbury were in constant contact and no question was too small. We got married here in August and had a fantastic day. The venue is great - private, rustic and beautifully set up. All the staff were great and they made everything easy. We loved the ceremony room in particular, it was exactly what we were looking for. We were lucky to have had a beautiful sunny day, but this venue would have been amazing whatever the weather so we wasn't too worried about the chance of rain. The venue are absolutely top class at communication, which is one of the main things you want when planning your wedding. They respond to emails quickly, answer questions efficiently and do everything they can to make your day special. Thanks Hanbury!

Wow, where do we even start with Just Ticketyboo? I can't recommend the team here enough, we truly have had the most magical experience with Steph and Jackie from start to finish! We had our very first meeting around 2 years before the big day - we were pretty clueless on how to plan a wedding but Steph was able to bring our visions to life perfectly and completely blew us away ❤️ She arranged our whole venue dressing, booked all of our suppliers (who were absolutely INCREDIBLE!!) and also did our full on the day management, which I'd 100% recommend. On our big day, Steph and Jackie turned up bright and early to start setting up, they took my smaller touches I.e favours, slippers, signs etc and took care of setting everything up perfectly. They made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time, took care of all the suppliers and timings etc on the day. They helped me into my wedding dress!! plus so much more & On top of all this, they were the kindest, most caring people to have there on your wedding day! They treated my husband and I amazingly and we truly felt blessed having them there for our whole day... right til the last person left! Even at the end of the night when I (may have..!) had one too many, there they were, still up and chatting away to me just as positive and happy as they were at the very start of the day. Steph and Debs are just amazing. I’m so lucky I had them for my wedding, the venue I hired was rubbish and so were the staff but these lovely ladies turned it around and were able to cover all their mistakes on the day. My venue looked stunning after these ladies transformed it, nothing was too much trouble anything I asked if they did it and even better than I expected. The most lovely genuine ladies you will meet. They also decorated the church and stayed with me all day on the wedding from getting out the car at the church and fluffing my dress ready to walk down the isle to helping me on the coach in the evening. We hired Amanda for our Wedding in May 2024 as a wedding coordinator, and by far was probably the best decision we made during our planning. I honestly don’t know how our wedding would have taken place on the day without Amanda. Amanda set up all our props for our Wedding the day before / morning of, and then coordinated our day. Amanda really went above and beyond throughout the day, keeping the day on track and making sure it aligned to mine and my husband wishes. We recently got married at Old Gore Barn in the cotswolds, and Amanda, our wedding stylist, was an absolute dream! I honestly can’t recommend her more if you are looking for a wedding stylist. She was always available, promptly assisting us with any questions or concerns we had. She had a cool, calm, and collected vibe that made us feel at ease during the entire planning process, and we knew we could trust her entirely with brining our vision to life. She had incredible suggestions for our day of how we could include our own sourced decor with her own collection and she just went above and beyond to think about every little detail of styling for the venue. On the big day, we were truly blown away with the attention to detail and scale that Amanda was able to achieve with a tight set up time. Where to begin! Amanda really is one in a million. She helped plan our wedding and I don’t know what we would have done without her. Not only is she incredibly good at what she does and thinks of everything she is also a wonderful person. She’s calm, intuitive, supportive and thoughtful all whilst being amazingly efficient. From zoom calls to site visits to being on site days before the wedding, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks and runs as best as it can. Having Amanda was one of the best decisions we made - we couldn’t recommend her more and are so grateful for everything she did and helped us with.

I can't recommend Liz enough. From start to finish the service was amazing. The amount of time & effort put in really did shine through, our reception looked stunning. Flawless venue dressing provides the dressing for my mum's wedding. Liz was super helpful and gave so many ideas which we hadn't thought of. Liz went above and beyond on the day and made the occasion so special. The room looked beautiful.

I found Liz and Flawless Venue Dressing online and reached out to her decorate for my uncle's 60th birthday. Having reached out to other vendors, who dilly-dallied, Liz was fantastic! She responded quickly and asked for my suggestions and within the day we had a general idea for the décor. Liz also accommodated all of our last minute changes (including an increased number of chairs and a decorative easel). Moreover, due to a mishap in transit, one of the decoration items was damaged, so she added a new element ad hoc and it was amazing. When Liz came to do the final checks, we had to remove the balloons (as my uncle is allergic to latex) and she once again obliged and also adjusted the decorations to account for the balloons! It was a fantastic experience working with her and her prices are very reasonable! 100% recommend and will call on her services again should we ever host another event as large as this!

My husband and I got married in July 2024, and utilised Jess’ on the day wedding coordination package - but what her and her team give you is so so much more than that! We booked a venue which required lots of different suppliers (separate caterer, bar company, linen hire, port-a-loos etc….) and in the run up to it I said to my husband that I really wanted someone I could hand everything over to in advance so I could enjoy the run up and not be worrying about coordinating everything! Luckily, I’d met Jess at an event before we were even engaged and so she was the first person I went to for this help. And I am SO glad we did! She goes above and beyond for you to make sure your day is special and runs smoothly. I’ll never forget that I’d planned to tie the tags onto our favours the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids, only to turn up and for them to have already been done by Jess and her team without even needing to have asked. We had drinks “tokens” to hand out to our evening guests and I went to ask Jess for these in the evening to hand them out, again to find that they’d taken care of it already. They were one step ahead always on the little details, and knowing there was someone we could go to on the day if needed (rather than people coming to me or the wedding party) was truly invaluable. After our wedding I asked my partner what’s the one “non negotiable” you’d recommend to other couples planning a wedding like ours and we both agreed that it would be Jess and her team. I know my sister is also recommending her to friends who are getting married soon too as she was equally impressed by her! Thank you Jess and team for helping to make our day so perfect, we genuinely couldn’t have done it without you!

If you're wondering "do I really need a wedding planner?" the answer is no - you don't need just a wedding planner, YOU NEED JESS! The easiest ever 5 stars. Jess was phenomenal - you will not find a safer pair of hands for the biggest day of your life! BEFORE WEDDING DAY We thought we could do it all but we were so SO wrong. 16mths before our big day we realised that wedding planning is someone's profession for a REASON & opted to find an 'on the day' planner since most of our vendors were already booked. My biggest regret is not getting Jess on board from the outset! We spoke with a number of wedding planners & at the end of back-to-back initial meetings, we didn't even need to discuss who the best fit was - it was obviously Jess. Jess was, of course, kind & congratulatory & immediately easy to get on with, but she was also focused & able to demonstrate her ability to deliver our dream day from the very first moments of meeting her. We knew that she would have everything in hand! Jess was our go to whenever we had a wobble or a question or needed to soundboard something. Nothing was too much & she always responded quickly & with results! She put us at ease every step of the way. The thing with wedding planning is that you don't know what you don't know, & that is where Jess is essential. She won't just people please - she'll give you honest advice/opinions to ensure your day runs smoothly & in line with your vision, & she will quickly identify any issues or gaps & will have solutions before you can even ask! ON THE DAY Knowing Jess was going to be there put us at ease in the lead up. On the day we both said that booking Jess was the best decision we made on MULTIPLE occasions! Nothing was an issue, she had everything under control, & had solutions to any issues without us even knowing there'd been an issue. There was literally not one thing we had to worry about on the day. Ultimately, Jess was both a friendly face on the day putting us at ease & also the most proficient organiser I've ever seen. She took command, made sure everything/everyone was where they needed to be, & did so in the kindest & most professional way without so much as breaking a sweat. She makes EVERYTHING look effortless! By the end of the day, we were devastated that she was leaving after having delivered our dream wedding day which, due to her sheer effort & skill, far exceeded our expectations & frankly blew us out the water. TIPS 1 - Don't book any old wedding planner, BOOK JESS! And do it sooner than later - don't be me, you can't do it all! 2 - If you're having a multi-day wedding, particularly with a pre-party, book Jess! We didn't & when it came to bite me in the backside she was there at the drop of a hat & sorted EVERYTHING out. Massive regret not just booking her from the outset! 3 - Communicate! Jess is incredible but she's not a mind reader, & she got to know us so well so that she could deliver the exact right aesthetic & atmosphere on the day. 4 - Trust Jess implicitly. There is a reason this is her profession. She delivers flawless weddings week in, week out. If you hand over the reins, you will NOT be disappointed! OVERALL Jess is one of the most organised people you will ever meet & you'll rarely have a question that she hasn't already thought of & answered - she goes above & beyond! She is also so incredibly kind & we like to think over the past couple of years has become a real friend, something we are so grateful for. Our day was flawless & it was entirely down to Jess. Booking Jessica Sharpe Weddings was one of our best decisions & if you are lucky enough to book her I know it will be yours too! TO JESS There are no words to actually express our gratitude. You are truly the best in the business & delivered a day that we will never ever forget & we know it would not have been possible without you. Jess and her team were amazing, they were friendly and so, so organised. Jess helped make the lead-up to our wedding run seamlessly, which meant we didn’t have all the stress of sorting everything out. As she is a wedding expert, she gave us great tips and advice about how best to set out our day, we wouldn’t have had a clue otherwise! On the day of our wedding, everything ran to time and went perfectly and she was a very calming presence for my husband when he was getting a bit stressed out. It was like a professional production and we could just relax and enjoy ourselves - we even forgot they were there sometimes! Lesley and the Rustic team did a full style for our wedding at Hothorpe the Woodlands, including all of our flowers and they were amazing! The team took our vision and made it a reality, they incorporated all of our themes perfectly in to the decor. Our guests could not stop talking about how incredible everything looked. My husband and I booked with the Rustic Wedding Company for the flowers & venue styling for our wedding a few weeks ago at Dodford Manor Barn and we would 100% recommend them! Lesley & her team are so professional and talented in every aspect of what they do, bringing such a breadth of knowledge which made the planning process that much easier. The communication before the day was amazing, with regular emails, a zoom consultation and an in person appointment at their showroom. All of this together made us super comfortable that everything was going to be exactly as we dreamt our wedding would be. The in person appointment we had was the most helpful to us as I was worried about how everything would look together, but Lesley made & remade (and remade) our show table until we were entirely happy with it. She was so accommodating to my indecisiveness throughout, inputting her expert opinions where necessary. On the wedding day itself, the bouquets, buttonholes & corsages were delivered to Dodford Grange before the team headed to the venue to do the rest of the setup. The flowers were beyond anything I could have imagined, so much so that I got my bridal bouquet preserved after the wedding because I just couldn’t bear to watch it die! The venue setup was completely seamless and again, beyond my wildest hopes. Everything was utter perfection in every way. We had a mixture of hired & our own decorations and team rustic set it all up, moved things between the ceremony and breakfast and then came back the next day to take it all down. They took away all of the potential stress, which was absolutely worth every penny! Thank you so much for styling us the most perfect day!

Wow! Lesley took my vision and turned it into reality!! The flowers and decoration was better than I could ever have imagined - absolutely insane!! We were absolutely blown away by the flowers Lesley and her team created, not to mention the tables and decor they did - it really did make the day incredible!!
