We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Highly recommend her because of her organization skills, professionalism, and how pleasant she was to work with!

We hired Victoria for on the day coordination for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made during the whole planning process. She's detail oriented, passionate, and amazing to work with. No task is too big or small for Victoria, and the entire wedding ran so smoothly thanks to her help! We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. Tor we thank you so much for all your hard work, time and just being fab! You are welcome at the farm any time :) xxx

As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. Not just for the couple but for the suppliers too! I would urge people to hire her and highly recommend Victoria as the lovely person she is and for the great services she offers!

Samantha took the reins from us around a month before our wedding. She understood very quickly what we wanted but also added a lot of experience styling our marquee. Samantha's communication was excellent before our wedding and was a dream to have her coordinate the day. My husband and I were so pleased with how Sam styled the venue for our wedding ceremony and evening reception. From the day I contacted her to discuss about ideas that I had prior to the wedding, she was so helpful, patient and professional. Whenever I had any questions, she was friendly, approachable and responding to me very quickly. We'd highly recommend Willow and Rust weddings to any couples! We had so many compliments from our guests. She created beautiful centrepieces and backdrops. As we had our ceremony, drinks reception and evening reception at the same venue, she was happy to come back to the venue to rearrange all the decors and discussed everything with the venue staffs so we didn't need to worry about anything. Samantha is an incredibly talented wedding venue decorator! We cannot recommend her enough! We loved that we could go for an eco-friendly way to decorate our venue, there is no way we would be able to comfortably fit 60 glass vintage vases and 100 candlesticks in our own home!! I really love her sustainable approach to styling weddings. Samantha tailored our venue style to suit us and worked with us to bring our vision of our wedding to life. Our venue was transformed into a rustic vintage woodland, with lots of gorgeous fabrics, beautiful golden candlesticks (all child safe LED lights) and beautiful glass pieces. On the day of the wedding, she worked so quickly putting everything together. Having her as our stylist took so much stress out of our big day, she managed all the decoration, styling, set up and packing up next the day. It really makes such a big difference! As we had to pack up our own stuff (in such a tiny car!), manage other wedding tasks, and get ourselves down to the venue. Samantha did an amazing job, and everything looked so beautiful and elegant. Thank you so much for creating such a gorgeous wedding for us!

Wow what a duo! Emma and Rebecca were incredible from start to finish! We couldn’t have wished for better co-ordinators! They made us feel super relaxed right from our initial chat and that anything was possible when making decisions on our big day! The day was absolutely faultless which was all credit to E&R! If you want a stress free, beautiful wedding or event I can not recommend Emma and Rebecca enough! They are the most lovely ladies who are there to support from the first viewing to kicking you out at the end of the night. The thought of planning a wedding whilst living abroad was a scary prospect but thanks to Ivy House it was a wonderful experience. Where do I start?! Emma and the team were absolutely amazing from beginning to end! Emma could make sense of my rather vague descriptions of how I wanted things, the vision seemed clear in my head but it proved difficult trying to explain it. She knew exactly what to do to bring it to life and nothing was too much trouble. On the day she never stopped - she’s the extra bridesmaid/ best friend doing everything she could to help us and keeping us calm, the on the day coordinator seamlessly organising the supplier arrivals, personal chauffeur when we needed to move our car and slightly crazy looking lady running through the gardens so Chris would have a natural smile for the photos!! The dedication was another level! With me being rather OCD I didn’t know if I would be able to step back and enjoy the day fully without worrying about things but from the day before when we took all our things to set up I completely relaxed knowing everything was under control. Emma’s family were the perfect team and they couldn’t do enough for us but at the same time they felt like friends as they are so lovely and chilled. The day went so perfectly and we cannot thank Emma enough for her huge part in this. The only disappointment is that we can’t do the day all over again!!

Review From the moment we got the call to say we had won round one of the wedding competition to the moment we woke up as husband and wife, Maria and Bespoke have been incredible. There is so much press on how stressful planning a wedding is but for us it has been the opposite, in fact it was rather a magical experience and we only had just over 4 months to get it all done! Maria was there on the day and made sure we had everything we needed and throughout the day she made sure we were happy, she was amazing and it was a blessing to have her as part of our day. Bespoke Weddings have really helped us out, our wedding would have never have happened so soon without them and the competition. From the initial meeting with Maria she has been very supportive with our situation and helpful with us going ahead with the wedding in 6 months time which is very encouraging. We've never felt any pressure to go ahead with the competition or other options given but it's nice they support local companies. I would recommend anyone to apply to the competitions as it could save you a huge amount and get you married sooner than you ever expected and change your life!

Where to begin! Amanda really is one in a million. She helped plan our wedding and I don’t know what we would have done without her. We recently got married at Old Gore Barn in the cotswolds, and Amanda, our wedding stylist, was an absolute dream! I honestly can’t recommend her more if you are looking for a wedding stylist. She was always available, promptly assisting us with any questions or concerns we had. She had a cool, calm, and collected vibe that made us feel at ease during the entire planning process, and we knew we could trust her entirely with brining our vision to life. She had incredible suggestions for our day of how we could include our own sourced decor with her own collection and she just went above and beyond to think about every little detail of styling for the venue. Where do I even start with this incredible human?! Amanda is the kindest, most creative and inspirational wedding planner, stylist and coordinator. We were lucky enough to have Amanda involved in every aspect of our wedding and we are so thankful for her guidance and support. From our first initial emails, consultation meeting, final meetings and numerous messages (from me!), Amanda was nothing but helpful and supportive. On the day, it was a joy to have Amanda join my bridal prep in the morning, brining a sense of calm, style and humour. She ensured everything was on track and ensured that I was happy and prepared for when we moved to the venue. During the day, we had countless compliments about Amanda's efficiency and how friendly she was. Everything ran like clockwork, with no issues, and I am certain this was due to Superwoman Amanda. She also helped us to achieve the perfect champagne spray photo! The styling... Words fail me. Amanda took our ideas and colours and made it so much more. During our final design meeting, Amanda made detailed notes and offered suggestions for how to syle our venue. We were so confident in her abilities, we encouraged Amanda to do what she does best, and she did! Amanda created the classiest, cosiest, most elegant autumn vibes you could ever imagine. Our photographer, who had worked at the venue numerous other times, said it was the most beautiful she had ever seen it. I truly cannot recommend Amanda enough. She has a heart of gold and I feel so privaledge to have worked with such a creative and inspiring person. Fantastic set up by Maisy and Zac. Absolutely stunning! So grateful for the time they took to make my vision a reality. I must also comment on their excellent communication. Both of them kept in contact with me from booking to delivering, both on designs, any questions I had as-well as delivery times ect. A small, local business but smashing out numbers and balloons for so many venues and parties - it's like they're a huge company! I messaged style events to do a 40 light up display, the response and service was fast, a few weeks later I decided to add on my balloons, again wasn’t a problem, replied and we sorted the colours out very quickly. Then two days before I asked for a back drop… yes I know very indecisive person but they was able to accommodate this. They had contacted the venue and arranged times to set up, and they did it beautifully. I can honestly say I will be using them again, the professionalism and the communication made everything so easy. Thank you, the display and everything was perfect x
