He is such a down to earth person and interacted very well we the bridal party as we were getting ready and also the groom and the guests. We had lots of fun with him taking random photos that you wouldn't even think of! We were laughing all day with him. We really couldn't have asked for a better photographer, we've had the photos back already after only 6 weeks, they are beautiful we are very impressed. We booked Carlo for our wedding in August 2022. We had previously been let down by two other photographers who turned out to be sub contracting our wedding day and acting as a middle man...something we did not sign up to. The main thing that appealed to us with Carlo was his ability to offer more than one service. He was our photographer and videographer and DJ.....he also offered drone footage which we liked the thought of. Carlo works very hard and tries to please everyone. I would have preferred more time with him prior to our wedding day but I appreciate he's very busy. We're happy with the service provided for the cost we paid. At time of writing this we have saw some teaser photos which we're happy with. We hope to receive all our photos and videos in a week or so. I would recommend Carlo to others.

Samantha is an incredibly talented wedding venue decorator! We cannot recommend her enough! We loved that we could go for an eco-friendly way to decorate our venue, there is no way we would be able to comfortably fit 60 glass vintage vases and 100 candlesticks in our own home!! I really love her sustainable approach to styling weddings. Samantha tailored our venue style to suit us and worked with us to bring our vision of our wedding to life. Our venue was transformed into a rustic vintage woodland, with lots of gorgeous fabrics, beautiful golden candlesticks (all child safe LED lights) and beautiful glass pieces. On the day of the wedding, she worked so quickly putting everything together. Having her as our stylist took so much stress out of our big day, she managed all the decoration, styling, set up and packing up next the day. It really makes such a big difference! As we had to pack up our own stuff (in such a tiny car!), manage other wedding tasks, and get ourselves down to the venue. Samantha did an amazing job, and everything looked so beautiful and elegant. Thank you so much for creating such a gorgeous wedding for us!

Samantha took the reins from us around a month before our wedding. She understood very quickly what we wanted but also added a lot of experience styling our marquee. Samantha's communication was excellent before our wedding and was a dream to have her coordinate the day. My husband and I were so pleased with how Sam styled the venue for our wedding ceremony and evening reception. From the day I contacted her to discuss about ideas that I had prior to the wedding, she was so helpful, patient and professional. Whenever I had any questions, she was friendly, approachable and responding to me very quickly. We'd highly recommend Willow and Rust weddings to any couples! We had so many compliments from our guests. She created beautiful centrepieces and backdrops. As we had our ceremony, drinks reception and evening reception at the same venue, she was happy to come back to the venue to rearrange all the decors and discussed everything with the venue staffs so we didn't need to worry about anything. We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Highly recommend her because of her organization skills, professionalism, and how pleasant she was to work with!

We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. Tor we thank you so much for all your hard work, time and just being fab! You are welcome at the farm any time :) xxx

From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. Not just for the couple but for the suppliers too! I would urge people to hire her and highly recommend Victoria as the lovely person she is and for the great services she offers!

Bespoke Weddings have really helped us out, our wedding would have never have happened so soon without them and the competition. From the initial meeting with Maria she has been very supportive with our situation and helpful with us going ahead with the wedding in 6 months time which is very encouraging. We've never felt any pressure to go ahead with the competition or other options given but it's nice they support local companies. I would recommend anyone to apply to the competitions as it could save you a huge amount and get you married sooner than you ever expected and change your life!

I was absolutely floored when I got the call that we had won the first part of the contest! Honestly, it's made having a wedding much more feasible for myself and my partner. Even better than that has been Holly as our wedding planner - she's gone above and beyond to help us plan the day, and answer any questions we have (and we definitely have a lot!). Review From the moment we got the call to say we had won round one of the wedding competition to the moment we woke up as husband and wife, Maria and Bespoke have been incredible. There is so much press on how stressful planning a wedding is but for us it has been the opposite, in fact it was rather a magical experience and we only had just over 4 months to get it all done! Maria was there on the day and made sure we had everything we needed and throughout the day she made sure we were happy, she was amazing and it was a blessing to have her as part of our day. The biggest thank you goes to Maria for her professional and passionate approach to planning our big day. She started as our planner but now she’s more like family.

We are at the early stages of planning our wedding but already feel well supported knowing Nicky is on the other end of the phone. Has been a massive help already to us. Jess and her team were amazing, they were friendly and so, so organised. Jess helped make the lead-up to our wedding run seamlessly, which meant we didn’t have all the stress of sorting everything out. As she is a wedding expert, she gave us great tips and advice about how best to set out our day, we wouldn’t have had a clue otherwise! On the day of our wedding, everything ran to time and went perfectly and she was a very calming presence for my husband when he was getting a bit stressed out. It was like a professional production and we could just relax and enjoy ourselves - we even forgot they were there sometimes! We would highly recommended hiring Jess to coordinate your wedding, it’s a no brainer really, you can have an amazing well-put together wedding and no stress!

My husband and I got married in July 2024, and utilised Jess’ on the day wedding coordination package - but what her and her team give you is so so much more than that! We booked a venue which required lots of different suppliers (separate caterer, bar company, linen hire, port-a-loos etc….) and in the run up to it I said to my husband that I really wanted someone I could hand everything over to in advance so I could enjoy the run up and not be worrying about coordinating everything! Luckily, I’d met Jess at an event before we were even engaged and so she was the first person I went to for this help. And I am SO glad we did! She goes above and beyond for you to make sure your day is special and runs smoothly. I’ll never forget that I’d planned to tie the tags onto our favours the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids, only to turn up and for them to have already been done by Jess and her team without even needing to have asked. We had drinks “tokens” to hand out to our evening guests and I went to ask Jess for these in the evening to hand them out, again to find that they’d taken care of it already. They were one step ahead always on the little details, and knowing there was someone we could go to on the day if needed (rather than people coming to me or the wedding party) was truly invaluable. After our wedding I asked my partner what’s the one “non negotiable” you’d recommend to other couples planning a wedding like ours and we both agreed that it would be Jess and her team. I know my sister is also recommending her to friends who are getting married soon too as she was equally impressed by her! If you're wondering "do I really need a wedding planner?" the answer is no - you don't need just a wedding planner, YOU NEED JESS! The easiest ever 5 stars. Jess was phenomenal - you will not find a safer pair of hands for the biggest day of your life! BEFORE WEDDING DAY We thought we could do it all but we were so SO wrong. 16mths before our big day we realised that wedding planning is someone's profession for a REASON & opted to find an 'on the day' planner since most of our vendors were already booked. My biggest regret is not getting Jess on board from the outset! We spoke with a number of wedding planners & at the end of back-to-back initial meetings, we didn't even need to discuss who the best fit was - it was obviously Jess. Jess was, of course, kind & congratulatory & immediately easy to get on with, but she was also focused & able to demonstrate her ability to deliver our dream day from the very first moments of meeting her. We knew that she would have everything in hand! Jess was our go to whenever we had a wobble or a question or needed to soundboard something. Nothing was too much & she always responded quickly & with results! She put us at ease every step of the way. The thing with wedding planning is that you don't know what you don't know, & that is where Jess is essential. She won't just people please - she'll give you honest advice/opinions to ensure your day runs smoothly & in line with your vision, & she will quickly identify any issues or gaps & will have solutions before you can even ask! ON THE DAY Knowing Jess was going to be there put us at ease in the lead up. On the day we both said that booking Jess was the best decision we made on MULTIPLE occasions! Nothing was an issue, she had everything under control, & had solutions to any issues without us even knowing there'd been an issue. There was literally not one thing we had to worry about on the day. Ultimately, Jess was both a friendly face on the day putting us at ease & also the most proficient organiser I've ever seen. She took command, made sure everything/everyone was where they needed to be, & did so in the kindest & most professional way without so much as breaking a sweat. She makes EVERYTHING look effortless! By the end of the day, we were devastated that she was leaving after having delivered our dream wedding day which, due to her sheer effort & skill, far exceeded our expectations & frankly blew us out the water. TIPS 1 - Don't book any old wedding planner, BOOK JESS! And do it sooner than later - don't be me, you can't do it all! 2 - If you're having a multi-day wedding, particularly with a pre-party, book Jess! We didn't & when it came to bite me in the backside she was there at the drop of a hat & sorted EVERYTHING out. Massive regret not just booking her from the outset! 3 - Communicate! Jess is incredible but she's not a mind reader, & she got to know us so well so that she could deliver the exact right aesthetic & atmosphere on the day. 4 - Trust Jess implicitly. There is a reason this is her profession. She delivers flawless weddings week in, week out. If you hand over the reins, you will NOT be disappointed! OVERALL Jess is one of the most organised people you will ever meet & you'll rarely have a question that she hasn't already thought of & answered - she goes above & beyond! She is also so incredibly kind & we like to think over the past couple of years has become a real friend, something we are so grateful for. Our day was flawless & it was entirely down to Jess. Booking Jessica Sharpe Weddings was one of our best decisions & if you are lucky enough to book her I know it will be yours too! TO JESS There are no words to actually express our gratitude. Lavinia and her brilliant team at Blackbrook House will provide you with the most unique and intimate wedding experience possible. When it came to choosing our venue we didn't want any kind of out of the box experience, simply picking and choosing from different packages, be it food, drink or decor/theme. Being the food- and wine lovers we are, we wanted to be sure that none of our guests would be anything less than amazed. We also wanted advice and someone, who could take our ideas and transform them to perfection. Add to that, had we a house big enough, we would have loved to have a wedding at home - it was supposed to feel like our space on the day, and it did! Blackbrook House was the only venue that was prepared to take on this challenge and exceeded our expectations when delivering more than we could have ever wished for. The venue is warm, homely, welcoming and simply a lovely place to be. In the many meetings we had with Lavinia, she was always one step ahead of us in terms of how our ideas could work and be put into reality. The decor was simple and understated, yet stunning. Steve excelled at delivering a truly spectacular meal, which the whole wedding party loved sharing in and made the day both formal and comfortably casual at the same time. On your special day you need to feel certain, that everything will run smoothly and without haste. Kenny ensures exactly that. His team of servers are both omnipresent, yet nowhere to be seen. Finally - if anything should go not quite as planned on the day, the team behind will fix it! We could go on forever, but hopefully we have said enough!

Dave was the best DJ we could’ve asked for! He went out of his way to make sure we had our Wedding reception the way we wanted it and kept the party going perfectly! Massively appreciate him taking videos of us all dancing as it was brilliant looking at them the next day to reflect on the night before! 100% recommend for any event not just a wedding!

David, Angela and Robert have been amazing from start to finish! A brilliant app to plan your wedding music and the team kept in contact throughout the whole planning process! Robert was our DJ for the night and although our wedding party wasn't huge, everyone had a great time and danced the night away! Great selection of music that catered for everyone. A huge bonus when Robert also sent over some beautiful photos and videos of the night which is so lovely as we were so busy enjoying ourselves we didn't take any of our own photos! We recently got married at Old Gore Barn in the cotswolds, and Amanda, our wedding stylist, was an absolute dream! I honestly can’t recommend her more if you are looking for a wedding stylist. Where to begin! Amanda really is one in a million. She helped plan our wedding and I don’t know what we would have done without her.
