We had the absolute pleasure of working with Claire for our wedding, and she was a joy to collaborate with from start to finish! The room styling was incredible and matched our energy perfectly. We knew we wanted pops of colour but were pretty relaxed about the rest—Claire took that vision and made it come to life effortlessly. She not only helped us bring everything together beautifully but also made the process completely stress-free, coordinating seamlessly with our other suppliers. My husband and I got married in August at Wildhive in Derbyshire. Village Green Events helped style the wedding and Laura, who was our contact, was amazing to work with! She leaves no stone unturned when it comes to her attention to detail and execution. Everything was so well thought out and her ability to foresee things you will need or might want is truly amazing. I went over my ideas with her and inspiration for what I was looking for and she ran with it and did an absolutely amazing job. Her communication is great too and she is quick to respond. We got married at Stretton Manor Barn in November 2024 and it truly was the most incredible day we could have asked for. The venue is absolutely beautiful and we knew from the moment we first visited that this was where we wanted to get married. The food was absolutely stunning and so many of our guests have mentioned this to us even after the day. The whole team working at Stretton Manor Barn are honestly what makes the day so special. All of our guests have said what an excellent venue Stretton Manor Barn was for our wedding in October 2024. How gorgeous the space and size was for our guests (about 70) and how amazing the food was! My husband was a little skeptical about the menu at first, as in a Bulgarian traditional wedding you would keep adding courses and fill up the table, but even he said he had nothing to worry about as everything was delicious and very filling. And even when some of our Bulgarian guests asked if they could keep their existing courses when the next came out, the staff were very kind and understanding to accommodate. Thank you so much to all the team for all your help on the day, and all the planning leading up to it, I wasn't worried about any of the timing of the day as I built from the suggested timeline they provided. Nothing was too much of an ask, all the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the turn around from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast was so smooth I'm not sure half our guests even realized it was happening while they were enjoying a drink outside. We couldn't recommend Stretton Manor Barn more highly, such beautiful views and venue, plus the layout meant that we never felt too lost in the space. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit outside and our photos just show how joyful the day was for everyone involved! Thank you again and all the best!

We hired Amanda for our Wedding in May 2024 as a wedding coordinator, and by far was probably the best decision we made during our planning. I honestly don’t know how our wedding would have taken place on the day without Amanda. Amanda set up all our props for our Wedding the day before / morning of, and then coordinated our day. Amanda really went above and beyond throughout the day, keeping the day on track and making sure it aligned to mine and my husband wishes. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and she really brought our vision to life. We honestly cannot say thank you enough and would absolutely recommend Amanda to anyone getting married. Where do I even start with this incredible human?! Amanda is the kindest, most creative and inspirational wedding planner, stylist and coordinator. We were lucky enough to have Amanda involved in every aspect of our wedding and we are so thankful for her guidance and support. From our first initial emails, consultation meeting, final meetings and numerous messages (from me!), Amanda was nothing but helpful and supportive. On the day, it was a joy to have Amanda join my bridal prep in the morning, brining a sense of calm, style and humour. She ensured everything was on track and ensured that I was happy and prepared for when we moved to the venue. During the day, we had countless compliments about Amanda's efficiency and how friendly she was. Everything ran like clockwork, with no issues, and I am certain this was due to Superwoman Amanda. She also helped us to achieve the perfect champagne spray photo! The styling... Words fail me. Amanda took our ideas and colours and made it so much more. During our final design meeting, Amanda made detailed notes and offered suggestions for how to syle our venue. We were so confident in her abilities, we encouraged Amanda to do what she does best, and she did! Amanda created the classiest, cosiest, most elegant autumn vibes you could ever imagine. Our photographer, who had worked at the venue numerous other times, said it was the most beautiful she had ever seen it. I truly cannot recommend Amanda enough. She has a heart of gold and I feel so privaledge to have worked with such a creative and inspiring person. Where to begin! Amanda really is one in a million. She helped plan our wedding and I don’t know what we would have done without her. Not only is she incredibly good at what she does and thinks of everything she is also a wonderful person. She’s calm, intuitive, supportive and thoughtful all whilst being amazingly efficient. From zoom calls to site visits to being on site days before the wedding, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks and runs as best as it can. We recently got married at Old Gore Barn in the cotswolds, and Amanda, our wedding stylist, was an absolute dream! I honestly can’t recommend her more if you are looking for a wedding stylist. She was always available, promptly assisting us with any questions or concerns we had. She had a cool, calm, and collected vibe that made us feel at ease during the entire planning process, and we knew we could trust her entirely with brining our vision to life. She had incredible suggestions for our day of how we could include our own sourced decor with her own collection and she just went above and beyond to think about every little detail of styling for the venue. On the big day, we were truly blown away with the attention to detail and scale that Amanda was able to achieve with a tight set up time. We had our guests and other suppliers commenting what an amazing job she had done and what a genuinely gorgeous person she is to work with. From initial enquiry to the day of the wedding, to tidying up after, Lesley and the team were incredible. The showroom and pre wedding meetings made the experience so much smoother being able to see our visions come to life. On the day, we never even noticed the team running around and setting up, and they pivoted seamlessly when we had to emergency change the table plan due to illness. The quality of the items, flowers and more really helped make our wedding day special. We really couldn’t recommend the Rustic Wedding Company any more, we would urge everyone to use them! My husband and I booked with the Rustic Wedding Company for the flowers & venue styling for our wedding a few weeks ago at Dodford Manor Barn and we would 100% recommend them! Lesley & her team are so professional and talented in every aspect of what they do, bringing such a breadth of knowledge which made the planning process that much easier. The communication before the day was amazing, with regular emails, a zoom consultation and an in person appointment at their showroom. All of this together made us super comfortable that everything was going to be exactly as we dreamt our wedding would be. The in person appointment we had was the most helpful to us as I was worried about how everything would look together, but Lesley made & remade (and remade) our show table until we were entirely happy with it. She was so accommodating to my indecisiveness throughout, inputting her expert opinions where necessary. On the wedding day itself, the bouquets, buttonholes & corsages were delivered to Dodford Grange before the team headed to the venue to do the rest of the setup. The flowers were beyond anything I could have imagined, so much so that I got my bridal bouquet preserved after the wedding because I just couldn’t bear to watch it die! The venue setup was completely seamless and again, beyond my wildest hopes. Everything was utter perfection in every way. We had a mixture of hired & our own decorations and team rustic set it all up, moved things between the ceremony and breakfast and then came back the next day to take it all down. They took away all of the potential stress, which was absolutely worth every penny! Thank you so much for styling us the most perfect day!

Where do I start?! Emma and the team were absolutely amazing from beginning to end! Emma could make sense of my rather vague descriptions of how I wanted things, the vision seemed clear in my head but it proved difficult trying to explain it. She knew exactly what to do to bring it to life and nothing was too much trouble. On the day she never stopped - she’s the extra bridesmaid/ best friend doing everything she could to help us and keeping us calm, the on the day coordinator seamlessly organising the supplier arrivals, personal chauffeur when we needed to move our car and slightly crazy looking lady running through the gardens so Chris would have a natural smile for the photos!! The dedication was another level! With me being rather OCD I didn’t know if I would be able to step back and enjoy the day fully without worrying about things but from the day before when we took all our things to set up I completely relaxed knowing everything was under control. Emma’s family were the perfect team and they couldn’t do enough for us but at the same time they felt like friends as they are so lovely and chilled. The day went so perfectly and we cannot thank Emma enough for her huge part in this. The only disappointment is that we can’t do the day all over again!!

Wow what a duo! Emma and Rebecca were incredible from start to finish! We couldn’t have wished for better co-ordinators! They made us feel super relaxed right from our initial chat and that anything was possible when making decisions on our big day! The day was absolutely faultless which was all credit to E&R! Emma and Rebecca were incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the wedding planning process and helped create our perfect vision. The decor looked stunning and the gorgeous grounds provided a beautiful scenery for our day. Our guests, (many of whom had never been to Calke Abbey before) were blown away with the venue. The ladies at Ivy House were superb. They took care of every detail and went out of their away to ensure everything was perfect for us. They went above and beyond making sure every detail was covered. With the beautiful location, extremely professional, thorough and helpful wedding planners and charming décor, it was simply a perfect day! My husband and I were so pleased with how Sam styled the venue for our wedding ceremony and evening reception. From the day I contacted her to discuss about ideas that I had prior to the wedding, she was so helpful, patient and professional. Whenever I had any questions, she was friendly, approachable and responding to me very quickly. We'd highly recommend Willow and Rust weddings to any couples! We had so many compliments from our guests. She created beautiful centrepieces and backdrops. As we had our ceremony, drinks reception and evening reception at the same venue, she was happy to come back to the venue to rearrange all the decors and discussed everything with the venue staffs so we didn't need to worry about anything. Samantha took the reins from us around a month before our wedding. She understood very quickly what we wanted but also added a lot of experience styling our marquee. Bespoke Weddings have really helped us out, our wedding would have never have happened so soon without them and the competition. From the initial meeting with Maria she has been very supportive with our situation and helpful with us going ahead with the wedding in 6 months time which is very encouraging. We've never felt any pressure to go ahead with the competition or other options given but it's nice they support local companies. I would recommend anyone to apply to the competitions as it could save you a huge amount and get you married sooner than you ever expected and change your life!

Coton House Farm was our perfect venue, even confirmed by all of our guests! There are far too many excellent features to this venue to mention here. Please go and have a look around and talk to their lovely staff. They are fully accessable venue so guide dogs and wheel chairs are welcome and everyone feels included equally. They helped to keep us organised in the planning phases and made sure everything was running smoothly and kept everyone warm in the heavy May rain. The rain wasn't a problem at all as there was plenty of space beneath the wooden shelter, outdoor heaters and wood burners were all turned on for us. All of our guests felt very comfortable here with plenty of spaces and secret areas for when you need a break. We didn't have to add much to the venue as it is so pretty. The Old Dairy Barn was an incredible space to be married in! The emotions of everyone were bouncing off of the walls and running high. So many details have already been catered to here and every guest felt so special coming here for our small wedding. Thank you so much Coton House Farm!
