Sami Tipi & team wow ! What can i say amazing from day one to “yes we do day”. Jodie, Craig & team made it all easy, Beth knows just what you need & a mind of full helpfulness. The open days are so amazing we attended quite a few to get ideas & booked lots of those special extras for our amazing day. The team turned up on time & got started straight away making it all look so easy & fabulous. They put the Tipi up to our liking, all so helpful & friendly. The Tipi once it was up was stunning, made me cry happy tears of excitement. Nothing was ever too much trouble when I called the team to make changes or add on extras. Firstly, what a team there is at Sami Tipi! You guys were absolutely incredible! This company cannot do enough to help you out in your preparations. We hired a 2 pole sailcloth tent for our home wedding in June and it was absolutely perfect. The service allowed us to create the perfect layout, hire various items and then you are free to decorate in the style you wish to complement your items. There was always someone to contact when you needed to make an alteration right up to the day you need it. Super efficient and it was a pleasure to meet you all! Big thanks goes to the team who erected the tent for your hard work and efforts, you guys are really doing an awesome job going back and forth to different locations and also a big thanks to Beth for being so warm and friendly and for continually being there for us through the process. From the moment I enquired about a sail cloth tent for my wedding I felt I was in safe hands. I received emails with ideas and photos of other weddings which I found so useful. Then there was the open days which really allowed you to get excited and inspired. The planning meetings answered questions I didn’t even know I had to be able to make our day run as smooth as possible! I had complete confidence that everything was covered come the day. The construction team visited the site prior to the wedding and then on the day, I was so impressed with how efficient the team were at assembling the tent. Such a fabulous team that worked so hard to get our venue up and ready so we could get in to decorate. Communication was excellent. We also opted for day management and I can’t tell you how glad I am! Beth was so fantastic! I genuinely didn’t have to think of a thing, she kept everything running so smoothly without any hassle. Beth organised everything on the day to perfection and even did things that I had forgotten needed to be put out etc.. I can not encourage anyone thinking about it enough, you will not regret it. We found out about Sami Tipi after seeing a friend had used them for their wedding. When I got in contact with the team, from the very first email, everything has been amazing. Everything was dealt with so professionally and without hesitation. With only having 6 months to plan the wedding and after moving the venue at the beginning, everything has been a breeze for Beth and the team and they've all been amazing during every stage. Going to one of their open days just 2 months before our wedding was definitely worth it as it gave us a real insight into what our day would look like. Communication with Beth and then with Craig and the set up team was so easy and the team arrived and set up so quickly. We booked Make It Special Events for our wedding last August. I’d shopped around for a venue dresser and Make It Special were competitive and recommended by our wedding venue, Mythe Barn. I’m reviewing Instagram it was clear that they were regularly at the venue and knew how to create a beautiful setting. I’m quite a detailed person and had a very specific idea of exactly what I wanted - however after time working with Jo and Wendy on the proposal I had so much trust in their creative vision and eye for detail that I was open to their ideas and suggestions. Prior to the wedding day itself they created a mock-up of the table setting at their site in Atherstone. This was so useful as it gave me the opportunity to see in advance exactly how things would look and make changes. I know I’m biased but what they did on the day I believe to be one of the most beautiful settings I’ve seen at Mythe Barn. It was so classy and elegant and exactly what I’d wanted, if not better! Jo and Wendy are an absolute dream to work with - they are so hard working and have amazing creativity and attention to detail. I cannot recommend them highly enough - book them, you won’t regret it!

We absolutely loved our wedding at Hanbury, and we both honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day. Hanbury were in constant contact and no question was too small. The venue having 3 seperate rooms for each part of the day was a massive selling point for us. We got married here in March 2023 and had the most amazing day. The venue is stunning - private, very safe (for children), beautifully set up. All members of staff were absolutely great and bent over backwards to make everything as easy as possible, in both the build-up to the day and on the actual wedding day. Everything went as planned, the venue looked exactly how we wanted it to and all our guests continuously commented on how beautiful the venue was. Vicki was our wedding coordinator and she is amazing at what she does. Nothing was too much and we will really miss messaging her! Communication throughout the build-up was fantastic, emails and WhatsApp messages were responded to incredibly quickly, getting an appointment to visit for measuring up, or practising walking down the aisle was super easy to book. Everything was dealt with so efficiently and they really do go above and beyond to make your day perfect. Hanbury team, we are so grateful to you, for allowing us to have the most magical day of our lives take place at the Barns - we wish we could do it all over again!!! Thank you! x

We got married here in August and had a fantastic day. The venue is great - private, rustic and beautifully set up. All the staff were great and they made everything easy. We loved the ceremony room in particular, it was exactly what we were looking for. We were lucky to have had a beautiful sunny day, but this venue would have been amazing whatever the weather so we wasn't too worried about the chance of rain. The venue are absolutely top class at communication, which is one of the main things you want when planning your wedding. As a very indecisive and unorganised couple, we needed help so put our trust in Jess. Choosing Jess as our wedding planner was the best decision we ever made and enabled us to have the wedding of our dreams! Jess is so professional, organised and knowledgeable in every single department and we are so glad we hired Jess so early on in the planning. Jess has a wealth of amazing contacts and was always available to support us through the process. She is extremely hands on and provided a service that was worth every penny. Her and her team were phenomenal on the day and made sure everything went perfectly - she is also just a lovely person to spend time with whilst organising our big day! Jess and her team were amazing, they were friendly and so, so organised. Jess helped make the lead-up to our wedding run seamlessly, which meant we didn’t have all the stress of sorting everything out. As she is a wedding expert, she gave us great tips and advice about how best to set out our day, we wouldn’t have had a clue otherwise! On the day of our wedding, everything ran to time and went perfectly and she was a very calming presence for my husband when he was getting a bit stressed out. It was like a professional production and we could just relax and enjoy ourselves - we even forgot they were there sometimes! We would highly recommended hiring Jess to coordinate your wedding, it’s a no brainer really, you can have an amazing well-put together wedding and no stress!

Our daughter got married in June 2024 and we were very fortunate to have been recommended Jess by Kate from our marquee company (Special Event Tipis and Marquees). We had got quite far along the DIY planning route when I realised as MOB that I wanted to be able to enjoy the wedding day and the build up to it without being overwhelmed with everything. My husband was quite sceptical at first about why we needed a coordinator as we had everything booked. This was mainly because he hadn't quite grasped what was involved, but after meeting Jess he was onboard 110% and he, like the rest of us, thinks she is fantastic and money well spent. We engaged Jess for her 'on the day management' but this is truly much, much more than just 'on the day' management and is an absolute MUST if you are having a marquee wedding. She is an experienced professional who has a very calm approach to everything. She stepped in 6 weeks before the wedding and from then on we knew we were in safe hands. She gave us much needed advice on a whole host of things and made everything run smoothly. She expertly coordinated with all our suppliers - of which there were many and all of whom were brilliant! She and her team (hello & thank you to the other Jesses) came the day before the wedding and set up the marquee. We went along to give a hand, but she had everything covered. She even had a kettle & made us all a cuppa! They came to the church rehearsal and then went back to the marquee to continue with the set up which enabled me able to spend time with my daughter and our family and friends, stress free, the night before the wedding, which is something which I would not have been able to do without her being onboard. Unfortunately, the weather on the day wasn't great . After glorious sunshine the day before, in true Lake District style, it rained on the day. We were so confident and comfortable with Jess's advice that we trusted her to her to make the last minute decision if the drinks reception would be inside or outside. She, together with Fran from Holker Hall, managed this beautifully and our guests have said that they were quite pleased it rained as it enabled them to have a look around the beautiful Holker Hall. Jess and her team were very professional and at the same time warm and friendly and it genuinely comes across how much they love their work. We had the most fantastic & fun wedding party and all our guests have said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. I do believe we had the dream team of suppliers. Thank you so much Jess, it wouldn't have happened without you.

My husband and I got married in July 2024, and utilised Jess’ on the day wedding coordination package - but what her and her team give you is so so much more than that! We booked a venue which required lots of different suppliers (separate caterer, bar company, linen hire, port-a-loos etc….) and in the run up to it I said to my husband that I really wanted someone I could hand everything over to in advance so I could enjoy the run up and not be worrying about coordinating everything! Luckily, I’d met Jess at an event before we were even engaged and so she was the first person I went to for this help. And I am SO glad we did! She goes above and beyond for you to make sure your day is special and runs smoothly. I’ll never forget that I’d planned to tie the tags onto our favours the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids, only to turn up and for them to have already been done by Jess and her team without even needing to have asked. We had drinks “tokens” to hand out to our evening guests and I went to ask Jess for these in the evening to hand them out, again to find that they’d taken care of it already. They were one step ahead always on the little details, and knowing there was someone we could go to on the day if needed (rather than people coming to me or the wedding party) was truly invaluable. After our wedding I asked my partner what’s the one “non negotiable” you’d recommend to other couples planning a wedding like ours and we both agreed that it would be Jess and her team. I know my sister is also recommending her to friends who are getting married soon too as she was equally impressed by her! My husband and I booked with the Rustic Wedding Company for the flowers & venue styling for our wedding a few weeks ago at Dodford Manor Barn and we would 100% recommend them! Lesley & her team are so professional and talented in every aspect of what they do, bringing such a breadth of knowledge which made the planning process that much easier. The communication before the day was amazing, with regular emails, a zoom consultation and an in person appointment at their showroom. All of this together made us super comfortable that everything was going to be exactly as we dreamt our wedding would be. The in person appointment we had was the most helpful to us as I was worried about how everything would look together, but Lesley made & remade (and remade) our show table until we were entirely happy with it. She was so accommodating to my indecisiveness throughout, inputting her expert opinions where necessary. On the wedding day itself, the bouquets, buttonholes & corsages were delivered to Dodford Grange before the team headed to the venue to do the rest of the setup. The flowers were beyond anything I could have imagined, so much so that I got my bridal bouquet preserved after the wedding because I just couldn’t bear to watch it die! The venue setup was completely seamless and again, beyond my wildest hopes. Everything was utter perfection in every way. We had a mixture of hired & our own decorations and team rustic set it all up, moved things between the ceremony and breakfast and then came back the next day to take it all down. They took away all of the potential stress, which was absolutely worth every penny! Thank you so much for styling us the most perfect day!

The team at Rustic were so helpful from start to finish, they provided some really helpful expertise and guidance in the initial planning process and on the day did a brilliant job of dressing our venue for both the ceremony and the breakfast - I was stunned with how wonderfully everything came together on the day! Lesley and the Rustic team did a full style for our wedding at Hothorpe the Woodlands, including all of our flowers and they were amazing! The team took our vision and made it a reality, they incorporated all of our themes perfectly in to the decor. Our guests could not stop talking about how incredible everything looked. My bouquet was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen and I've made the decision to preserve some of the flowers in glass so that I can keep part of it forever. Where to begin! Amanda really is one in a million. She helped plan our wedding and I don’t know what we would have done without her. Not only is she incredibly good at what she does and thinks of everything she is also a wonderful person. She’s calm, intuitive, supportive and thoughtful all whilst being amazingly efficient. From zoom calls to site visits to being on site days before the wedding, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks and runs as best as it can. Having Amanda was one of the best decisions we made - we couldn’t recommend her more and are so grateful for everything she did and helped us with.

Where do I even start with this incredible human?! Amanda is the kindest, most creative and inspirational wedding planner, stylist and coordinator. We were lucky enough to have Amanda involved in every aspect of our wedding and we are so thankful for her guidance and support. From our first initial emails, consultation meeting, final meetings and numerous messages (from me!), Amanda was nothing but helpful and supportive. On the day, it was a joy to have Amanda join my bridal prep in the morning, brining a sense of calm, style and humour. She ensured everything was on track and ensured that I was happy and prepared for when we moved to the venue. During the day, we had countless compliments about Amanda's efficiency and how friendly she was. Everything ran like clockwork, with no issues, and I am certain this was due to Superwoman Amanda. She also helped us to achieve the perfect champagne spray photo! The styling... Words fail me. Amanda took our ideas and colours and made it so much more. During our final design meeting, Amanda made detailed notes and offered suggestions for how to syle our venue. We were so confident in her abilities, we encouraged Amanda to do what she does best, and she did! Amanda created the classiest, cosiest, most elegant autumn vibes you could ever imagine. Our photographer, who had worked at the venue numerous other times, said it was the most beautiful she had ever seen it. I truly cannot recommend Amanda enough. She has a heart of gold and I feel so privaledge to have worked with such a creative and inspiring person. Steph and Debs are just amazing. I’m so lucky I had them for my wedding, the venue I hired was rubbish and so were the staff but these lovely ladies turned it around and were able to cover all their mistakes on the day. My venue looked stunning after these ladies transformed it, nothing was too much trouble anything I asked if they did it and even better than I expected. The most lovely genuine ladies you will meet. They also decorated the church and stayed with me all day on the wedding from getting out the car at the church and fluffing my dress ready to walk down the isle to helping me on the coach in the evening. You won’t find better than Just Tickety Boo.

Wow, where do we even start with Just Ticketyboo? I can't recommend the team here enough, we truly have had the most magical experience with Steph and Jackie from start to finish! We had our very first meeting around 2 years before the big day - we were pretty clueless on how to plan a wedding but Steph was able to bring our visions to life perfectly and completely blew us away ❤️ She arranged our whole venue dressing, booked all of our suppliers (who were absolutely INCREDIBLE!!) and also did our full on the day management, which I'd 100% recommend. On our big day, Steph and Jackie turned up bright and early to start setting up, they took my smaller touches I.e favours, slippers, signs etc and took care of setting everything up perfectly. They made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time, took care of all the suppliers and timings etc on the day. They helped me into my wedding dress!! plus so much more & On top of all this, they were the kindest, most caring people to have there on your wedding day! They treated my husband and I amazingly and we truly felt blessed having them there for our whole day... right til the last person left! Even at the end of the night when I (may have..!) had one too many, there they were, still up and chatting away to me just as positive and happy as they were at the very start of the day.
