I can not recommend this vet service highly enough. Wonderful team who obviously love their job. The care we received for our animals has been outstanding. We recently lost our beloved pooch Gypsy, a sad time. This was made a little easier by having a vet come to our home and support us and our sweet girl, during the end of her life. Today we received a sympathy card from them with pack of forget-me-not seeds....in Gypsy's name...so touching and thoughtful. Thank you for being the kind of vet, that puts animals and people first. X

Vet care at home were there when I needed them, they were amazing, so compassionate, caring and kind. They treated my Rex with the respect he deserved, they took their time and allowed him to feel comfortable with them before they began the procedure talking me through each step! They showed me such kindness once Rex was sleeping helping me settle him in his bed and giving me a hug with kind words before leaving! A very difficult job made easier to bear! Thank you lovely ladies from vet care at home, you were amazing!

Absolutely outstanding care! Kind, respectful and compassionate. I was worried that my Bullmastiff would be aggressive but I need not have been. He liked the lady vets very much. My poor old dog had come to the end of the road and the procedure to ensure that he passed peacefully was carried out with such skill and precision that he did not even flinch. The vet sedated him first before he had the final injection. He was completely peaceful and experienced only love and care. Highly recommended. Very reasonably priced.

Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.

Mr Matthew woodfield P&C:- Power & Control Ltd PV I've upgraded from an existing 6kw battery to a further 6kw battery to give me a total of 12kw storage for my solar Pv system. From start to finish the whole experience was very pleasant. Dan-thanks for being very thorough on what batteries that I needed for my solar system.They say everyday is a school day and I can honestly say it certainly was the things that I picked up on the conversations we had helped. We then have Jake and again he was very helpful nothing was a problem on coming back with the answers. Then we have the electrician (Ryan) the ambassador of the company 'very smartly dressed' contacted me on the way introducing himself and giving me an eta. His ethics and knowledge workmanship was second to none. All in all price comes into everything and PAC was the company who stood out for helpfulness,compasion,enthusiasm, and professionalism. Great service from Power & Control, from quotation through to install. Daniel was informative and quick to provide a quote when requested. This was also amended with no quibbles when I decided on a Hypervolt charger instead. Dan also arranged an install date very quickly - I only had to wait a couple of weeks from accepting my quote. Andy who installed the charger is a really nice guy. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and high quality workmanship. The Hypervolt looks great and I cannot fault the install - extremely neat! I would highly recommend.

Having recently been flooded we were having trouble getting the insurance company to send out an electrician, so decided to call our own. Leighton from DES came out the next day, was clear about what needed doing and liaised with Western Power for us. When the utility company had fixed their equipment Leighton came out again when he said he would and got our power back on, checked all the circuits and advised us on what we could and couldn’t use. He was great at problem solving, very thorough and professional at all times. I would have no problem recommending DES to anyone.

Had the team at DES install an Air Conditioning unit in my garden office in Derby, so pleased with the results, cool in summer heatwaves and toasty warm in winter. Install was hassle free and unit is really efficient.

Many thanks to Lee for his friendly approach and good nature. Electrical problems are not a problem at all when this pro is involved. This guy knows his stuff. The first time we had a short circuit with the switches. Lee came, replaced it and fixed it in a few minutes. I want to note that it was a weekend. The second time we had a broken electric cooker. We had nothing to cook on. Lee came, quickly figured it out, fixed it, advised what else needed to be done. And again everything works. Clean and fast work, clear approach and knowledge of his business. I recommend Lee and his team to everyone. Дякую друже Лі.👍

Hallam vets always do a brilliant job. The receptionists are always so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. The vets truly care and give really honest advice. I never feel rushed there and they have time for all my questions. A really trustworthy vets!

Really happy with the way all the staff treat me and my pet. Always polite, friendly and helpful to me. And caring, gentle and attentive to my cat! He's had a few teeth out recently and the care provided has been wonderful. They charge a fair price and seem to try hard to be reasonable and not excessive with fees. I'm also on their monthly pet plan and this gives a 10% reduction in any costs. Very happy! Just wish they had a bigger car park!

I cannot recommend Hallam Vets enough! My rescue whippet, Rupert, has been attending for over 5 years now, and the care and attention he’s received has been consistently outstanding. From general check-ups to dental care, an eye ulcer, a wrist sprain, and his regular flea, worming, and annual injections, they have always gone above and beyond for him. The reception staff are always so welcoming, and the clinic is spotless and well-organised, which immediately puts you at ease. The vets—Sarah, George, Lee, and others—are all so kind and attentive, even though Rupert is incredibly anxious and hates the vets! Special mention to Lee, who is brilliant at adapting to Rupert’s needs by occasionally doing his check-ups on the floor rather than the table which eases his anxiety, keeping him as calm as possible. Katie, one of the support staff, also deserves recognition—she is super lovely, informative, and always so helpful. Her warmth and dedication to her role is evident. There was one occasion when Rupert needed an urgent appointment, and I was amazed that they were able to book him in and see him within just 25 minutes of my call—such incredible service!, I was also tearful at the time as it’s awful to see your animal distressed and in pain and the receptionist was so lovely to me! and reassured me they’d get him sorted and seen asap. The vets are always informative, transparent about pricing, and clearly have a great ethical code, never pushing any sales or things the animal doesn’t need. They also introduced me to a gel for gums for Rupert’s anxiety during fireworks season, which has been a real game-changer for us, even though it’s a bit pricey - it’s worth it! I honestly can’t express enough how much I trust and appreciate Hallam Vets. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication to their patients’ well-being make them exceptional. I would trust them with my fur baby 100%! - and In fact he is booked in this week for Dental under general anaesthetic and I have compete faith and trust they will care for my little whippet beautifully and he will be just fine! We called Neale in as we had no electricity in our bathroom and the fan in the downstairs loo was intermittent. We were very happy with Neale's work and he corrected the faults quickly. We would certainly use Neale Brendon in the future and recommend him for any electrical work.

Neale provided his expertise to replace an induction hob for my elderly mum, nothing was too much trouble; his service was quick and professional and he spent time to show my mum the controls and functions of the new appliance. Would highly recommend him as he is very polite and efficient to deal with.

Neale was great from start to finish, he was able to provide advice on what options I have as well as a quote for the work very quickly and has done an excellent job of replacing my under cupboard kitchen lights. This Awful thing was lying around for are Wonderful, happy-go-lucky, playful little Patterdale to find and get extremely embedded in her tongue, mouth and cheek! We got to Bollington vet centre to be comforted and put at ease as are little puppy was taken care of immediately. We got a call shortly after saying are little Bonnie was OK and hook free. This place is amazing!I've used Bollington Veterinary practice over a few years & they're my first choice when seeking treatment for my pets(I currently have a cat). My cat has underlying health issues & needs regular treatment, visiting the vets once every three weeks or so & he just loves the vet(& I think the feeling is mutual!!).He always receives first class treatment & the vets are so good with him(he's an old boy & can be quite grumpy at times)& they always give him a general check over when I take him in.They're also very good at advising me on his treatment/s & any issues I should look out for regarding his health & listening to any of my concerns,no matter how trivial.Pricewise,they're not cheap but,no vets are & the prices seem around average for the treatment received. On a practical level,there is off road parking with room for quite a few cars & there is wheelchair parking & access should it be required. I would also like to say that ,I have recently turned up a couple of times at the wrong time & missed my appointments.However,the vets have been more than happy to accommodate us &,given that it was my error and not theirs,I really appreciated this. The ladies at reception are always very polite, cheerful and helpful both,in person & on the telephone ,even when the practice is extremely busy ..they never seem flustered,which is nice.Its always helpful to see a friendly face when I'm worried about my beautiful cat(& best friend). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bollington Veterinary Centre to anyone who is looking for the best care for their beloved animal,you won't regret it.There aren't enough stars to give them so 5 will just have to do!

Great staff caring and compassionate. Cared for our Yorkshire terrier and made her comfortable and happy for the last 3 years of her life…the knowledge and care is second to non! Geoff came to our home when it was time to let her go, it was an already awful day but made easier by the fact she wasn’t stressed and could fall asleep in in her own home surrounded by love. We are eternally grateful

Really impressed with the vets at Hartshorne. At other surgeries my cat is a terror and turns feral. A lion would be better behaved. But at Hartshorne vets they must put a spell on him. He's so calm and relaxed with the staff. I highly recommend this surgery if your cat is troublesome at the vets as they have worked wonders with mine.
