Caroline visited me for the first time on Wednesday and WOW, what a difference, simply a superb job. When I walk into my bathrooms its like waking into a 5* hotel the way all the towels, flannels, and toilet paper are presented. The porcelain and chrome shine like new, the only trouble is I don't want to use them, for fear of making a mess! Caroline is the ultimate professional, very pleasant, super efficient and exceptionally efficient. I feel so lucky to have been made one of her clients. Fantastic value for money.

End of tenancy clean. They did an excellent job getting the property back to a good condition to hand back to the Landlord that evening. They were very thorough, very competitive and the staff very friendly. I selected them as a local privately owned company with no prior knowledge of them. I would recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services in the Derby area.

We use MT Cleaning Services, and they are fantastic! Maria is incredibly easy to work with—she responds so quickly, making it super convenient to coordinate everything over WhatsApp. We initially hired them for a top-to-bottom deep clean of our new home before moving in, and they were brilliant. They worked flexibly within the tight timeframe between our house completion and the arrival of the removal company. The team did an amazing job, tackling everything from the fridge and oven to deep carpet cleaning, and Maria’s attention to detail is impeccable. Since then, we have been using their services for a weekly clean, and they are incredibly reliable. It’s been three months now, and we have zero complaints—just consistently great service. We wanted a large resin drive cleaned & Tim gave us a reasonable quote. He arrived on time, addressing our concerns in a polite manner. On the date agreed he was on time & worked efficiently, keeping everything clean. He returned a few days later to apply a biocide. We highly recommend T & G Cleaning Services.

A fantastic service. They turned up on time and did a great job cleaning out all the gutters. Prices were very reasonable too. We then had all our upvc windows, frames etc and conservatory cleaned. We've been using Poppies for over a year now. Tracey and Paula have been absolutely brilliant and we've not had a bad experience yet. Any feedback is always addressed promptly and we've never had a day be missed - they always find a way to cover sickness or holidays which is really great for us! We have three cats and a very(!) lively dog so I bet our house is not exactly a dream client house but our regular cleaners have always been amazing with our pets and very patient. Thank you!
