I have used DPC on a number of occasions and always found the service and price to be great. The first time was to fit a new boiler and install a new larger radiator. All the work was done on time, as arranged and no mess at all. The second visit was to fix a heating system leak, service the boiler and to fit new thermostatic valves. Again all done efficiently and quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend DPC to anyone.

Lovely salon with lovely stylists, we had the junior stylist do my 5 year olds hair, her first trip to the salon and she was insanely excited. She was made to feel very special and it was a great experience. Then down stairs for a slice of gorgeous victoria sponge cake. Perfect girl day.

No.10 Derby is absolutely amazing! I've had my hair dyed and cut by them twice now and both times have been wonderful. Staff are really caring. Prices are worthwhile. Hair has come out amazing both times.

Love this place. Not for my dad cut, but my kids wash/cut/style/extension things. Lucy is brilliant and looks after them so well. The coffee is also amazing! Highly recommended

What a lovely place to be in. I can't believe how very clean & welcoming this place is. It's has probably best rated toasty sandwiches and coffee in the whole town. BUT to top it all up, it has great hair saloon with very talented and professional staff. Well laid out, over three floors, the place has coffee on the ground floor with outdoor seating, hair saloon on other 2 floors laid out in 5 seperate rooms to give extra privacy and attention for customers. Great place to visit. Most certainly, I will come back as the freshly made toasty with a hint of baltic flavour is calling on my senses to enjoy it again. Highly recommended. It's worth a visit.

Would highly recommend Rob to anyone as he can turn his hand to many things and is trustworthy and reliable. Recently had my loft insulated and boarded and there was minimal disruption or mess. Rob reused the old boards where possible to keep the cost down and has also repaired a hole in the ceiling. Thanks to Rob and Charlie for their hard work.

Bobby-man-can maintenance has done a lot of work for us. We are DIY disasters and find that whenever we ask for a quote, there is never a job too big or too small. Everything has been carried out to a high standard. One of the largest jobs to be carried out was the insulation and boarding out of our entire loft. Bobby-man-can maintenance is trusted and reliable. We have always found his quotes very competitive. Would not hesitate to recommend and would use time and again.

I am compelled to share my excellent experience with Robert the Handyman. He was recently able to fit numerous fittings for our baby's bedroom and put together a toy at short notice, working well after hours with precision, care, and timeliness. We had been struggling to find a handyman who was available to fit the fittings for our baby's bedroom, as it was a relatively small job and most handymen were booked up weeks in advance. We were also keen to have the fittings fitted as soon as possible, as we were expecting our baby to arrive any day. Robert was able to come to our house the very next day, even though it was after hours. He worked quickly and efficiently, and fitted all of the fittings perfectly. He also put together a toy for our baby that we had been struggling to assemble. Robert was very professional and friendly, and he went above and beyond to help us. He is a highly skilled handyman, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Here are some specific things that I appreciated about Robert's service: He was available at short notice, even though it was after hours. He worked quickly and efficiently, but also took the time to do a good job. He was very professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to help us, by assembling a toy for our baby that we had been struggling to assemble. I would definitely recommend Robert the Handyman to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional handyman.

I went to Erika’s Beauty for my eyebrows and am really happy with the process and result! Erika was fantastic! She was so welcoming and very informative in how she explained the process for getting my eyebrows done with micropigmentation. Erika is very professional and an expert in her craft, and I highly recommend her! I’m looking forwarding to going back for the touch up and to see final results but am 100% confident in them already. Plus her salon is such a great place to be and the staff there are so lovely!

I would highly recommend Erika’s Beauty. Zoe is amazing and works magic with my hair! She takes the time to listen to what I want, offers professional advice and always takes time and care with my highlighted hair. Erika offers excellent and professional skin care advice. As someone who was nervous about having some treatments I was very quickly reassured by Erika’s knowledge and expertise. Adelina does a fantastic job of my lash extensions, her attention to detail is amazing. She always goes above and beyond to get the look I hope to achieve. I have been attending the salon for a few years now and I receive a first class service every time. If you’re thinking about visiting the salon you won’t be disappointed!

I first visited Erika at her old salon in 2019 to have my eyebrows micro bladed and also powder brow mixed which have lasted over 5 years. I visited Erika again last week in December 2024 to get a touch up of powder brow and slight micro blading and I couldn't be happier. She is extremely talented and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable in her beautiful salon. The aftercare was explained very well and I have received many lovely comments since having them done. I will certainly visit again in the future for more treatments and my eyebrows done again.

Had a deluxe facial with neck and shoulder massage with Hannah , she even did an arm and hand massage . This whole experience was divine , lovely relaxed room , treated very well and beautiful smelling products. Definitely worth a visit! 100% recommendation!!

Always cheers me up being pampered here. Girls are all lovely and highly efficient with all treatments offered. I am not very mobile but they happily cope offering all my treatments downstairs. Also do a much appreciated foot massage treatment for my husband. Would never go anywhere else!

Have never had a bad experience at the salon. All the staff are super friendly and very efficient in everything they do. I am not as mobile as I was when I first began going there, but they go out of their way to make sure I can still get the treatments I want comfortably and safely. Breathtakingly Beautiful… Emily & Fran did all of our styling & floristry. The flowers were truly out of this world beautiful. The colours were just beautiful. Emily & Fran spent so much time & effort creating everything for our wedding day at Thorpe Gardens. I remember walking down the aisle and thinking wow … I can’t actually believe how amazing this all is. Emily & Fran are amazing! By the time we got to confirming our choices for the styling and floristry I was struggling to make any decisions but Emily listened to everything and managed to somehow pull everything we had in our heads into a masterpiece. Emily & Fran! Thank you so so much for everything you did for us for our wedding in July. You some how magically turned the jumble in my head, to everything and more than we could have ever imagined for styling our wedding day. We love nature and wanted a colourful, meadow-like vibe for our relaxed spring wedding. We also wanted stylists who could make the most of our lovely but relatively small venue. Finally, we wanted to be confident that our wedding day would look beautiful without having to stress about it or do anything ourselves. Sass absolutely nailed it on all three points. Working with them was a dream from start to finish. They were very flexible and creative, had a lot of options, and were easy to communicate and plan with. They created very effective moodboards so we could see that they fully understood what we were asking for. Their quote was detailed and fully broken down so we could see what every element cost. If we had wanted to do any of it ourselves, we could've easily adjusted the plan thanks to their honest and transparent approach. (However, we were so pleased with their vision that we just stepped back and let them do their thing.) We also got to visit their showroom and see multiple different styling options. They changed things before our eyes to suit our preferences, had example flowers and signage, mock table layouts, the whole shebang. They also met with us at the venue to plan things, and liaised with staff at the venue to make sure everything ran smoothly. We felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process thanks to their careful approach. As for the big day itself - everything was absolutely perfect. Walking into the venue was like walking into a dream. The flowers were stunning, the decor was gorgeous. Everything was exactly as we wanted, better than we imagined. We received countless compliments from our guests. One guest, who is a professional event planner, was stunned to hear what we had spent on the flowers and styling, as she expected the cost to be higher. Our bridesmaids kept their bouquets while we took the rest of the flowers home - and despite driving over an hour in a very hot car, they lasted beautifully and adorned our home for a week afterwards, which was a lovely treat. Thank you Emily and Fran for making our day look like a fairytale!
