We suffered a leak on our boiler and called Pride for help with diagnosing and repairing. At every stage of our interaction with the company, whether it be on the phone with the office, or when the engineers were in our home, everybody was polite and courteous! I have used Pride Plumbing Services for a number of plumbing requirements over the last 10 Years. All the team that I have dealt with over the years have been fantastic, thorough, efficient and well priced. Most recently Ant arranged for Jacob to come round and fit a new boiler with a smart thermostat after our old one died. We were very happy with the work as always and they were more competitively priced than larger chains like British Gas. I would recommend Pride Plumbing Services to anybody.

We have had a total bathroom renovation and new central heating system fitted by Pride Plumbing Services and have been so impressed by the work they have done! The whole team has been amazing from start to finish - they worked so hard and were a pleasure to have around the house! Top quality service, would highly recommend. I enquired about an emergency call out as my boiler was unresponsive. They attended on the same day within a few hours, found the issue immediately and completed a full strip down service on my boiler. Very friendly, clean and professional. Fantastic service - would highly recommend. We had an issue with the boiler tripping the electrics and Shaun knew immediately where the issue would be located. Had we not spoke to Shaun, because of where the problem was, it may have taken another plumber some finding! Despite his busy schedule, he very kindly worked a little longer that day to make sure it was repaired asap. We very much appreciate this, along with his professional and friendly approach. Great service from Shaun. He went above and beyond to fit me into his busy schedule and worked over a weekend to install a new boiler, plumb in the existing radiators, plus plumb in a new bathroom towel rail and linked up to the UFH that we'd installed. He's been very easy to communicate with both before and during the work - nothing seemed an issue for him in my requests! He's smart, makes good recommendations, and works diligently to get the job done to the highest standards. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Oh, and an extra little thing that made a huge difference: as a single woman homeowner, I feel it's worth noting that he didn't "darlin" or "love" me once - just treated me with the respect anyone would deserve. It was appreciated!

Looking for a new oil boiler for an old 1860’s house & luckily found Tom on the Worcester Bosch accredited installer. Came to look & explained it all to me who really didn’t know what to expect as now boiler was going to be outside. Installation day came and all very clean and tidy plus explained throughout. Took 2 days & all very good. Good explanations throughout & was very helpful with new boiler. I would recommend to anyone. Very professional, friendly and was very good at explaining things. Commissioned Notons to remove an old gravity.fed water system, cylinder and gas boiler, and fit a economical gas ch/hw system. Work started on the date arranged and finished within three days, with either two or three of the brothers on site at all times. Plenty of good advice was given along the way, along with consultation on how best to run new gas piping in our Grade II* listed home. The brothers are first class workers, friendly, tidy and polite. We're very happy with the work carried out on time and to budget, plus a couple of small general plumbing fixes added while they were here. Recommend strongly - and a big thank you to Team Noton!

Noton replaced our gas boiler and upgraded three rads in one day, just before the snow came. Friendly, polite, reliable, efficient, competent and tidy service from Tom and the team and very pragmatic advice....and the same price as the online faceless companies but with more flexibility. Much rather give our money to a local firm to keep for this sort of job than have the big firms cream off their percentage.

Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!

We couldn’t recommend Paul and his team anymore. From the initial enquiry right through the finished install everything has been a breeze. Every part of the install has been meticulously explained to us, giving us options at different price points rather than forcing items on us - which is massively refreshing. The actual work we had done was the removal of a hot water tank, isolation of a loft tank and a boiler replacement and it has honestly been done to an absolutely perfect standard. Heath completed the job for us and was so thorough and clean throughout the job, his pipe work is so neat and doesn’t look like an eyesore! Heath was so friendly and you could have a nice conversation with him too, and again he was as informative as Paul. Charlie came to complete the gas safety items and paperwork for the install and show me how the new boiler works. He was so friendly also and very informative checking I understood each bit and always checking I had no questions. The main thing about Paul and his team is not only is there work to a standard you don’t really see anymore, they are all so lovely and down to earth. Making a big daunting job being done on your home so much easier! Paul and his team are a pleasure to deal with and are worth their weight in gold!

Excellent service from the boiler service company in Derby. Martin is very experienced and is highly professional. He quickly diagnosed the fault in the boiler, identified the needed part and managed to sort out the problem in few days. I have used DPC on a number of occasions and always found the service and price to be great. The first time was to fit a new boiler and install a new larger radiator. All the work was done on time, as arranged and no mess at all. The second visit was to fix a heating system leak, service the boiler and to fit new thermostatic valves. Again all done efficiently and quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend DPC to anyone.
