Looking for a new oil boiler for an old 1860’s house & luckily found Tom on the Worcester Bosch accredited installer. Came to look & explained it all to me who really didn’t know what to expect as now boiler was going to be outside. Installation day came and all very clean and tidy plus explained throughout. Took 2 days & all very good. Good explanations throughout & was very helpful with new boiler. I would recommend to anyone. Very professional, friendly and was very good at explaining things. When our pump for our central heating system failed 1 week before Christmas Liam at Prime Plumbing was amazing. He had to resite the heating pump due to accessibility issues and squeezed us into his busy schedule. They charged a fair price for the work but the speed at which they completed the work was truly amazing and most importantly the quality of the workmanship was of the highest standard. Great company and a great workman. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Noton replaced our gas boiler and upgraded three rads in one day, just before the snow came. Friendly, polite, reliable, efficient, competent and tidy service from Tom and the team and very pragmatic advice....and the same price as the online faceless companies but with more flexibility. Much rather give our money to a local firm to keep for this sort of job than have the big firms cream off their percentage.

Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!

I have used DPC on a number of occasions and always found the service and price to be great. The first time was to fit a new boiler and install a new larger radiator. All the work was done on time, as arranged and no mess at all. The second visit was to fix a heating system leak, service the boiler and to fit new thermostatic valves. Again all done efficiently and quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend DPC to anyone.

Tom has visited our property a number of times recently. A number of visits to give me very helpful advice. We recently had all of our central heating pipes cleaned and radiators flushed out. Nothing is too much trouble, today he fitted our brand new boiler at very short notice. He regularly took time out in a very busy day to talk me through progress.
