Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!

Mark and Jack were brilliant, responding swiftly to our call for help when the heating system recently packed up in this cold weather. They gave really good advice and made very helpful suggestions which made loads of sense in order to sort the problems out. Thanks lads. Very professional, knowledgable and thorough. Noton replaced our gas boiler and upgraded three rads in one day, just before the snow came. Friendly, polite, reliable, efficient, competent and tidy service from Tom and the team and very pragmatic advice....and the same price as the online faceless companies but with more flexibility. Much rather give our money to a local firm to keep for this sort of job than have the big firms cream off their percentage.

Tom has visited our property a number of times recently. A number of visits to give me very helpful advice. We recently had all of our central heating pipes cleaned and radiators flushed out. Nothing is too much trouble, today he fitted our brand new boiler at very short notice. He regularly took time out in a very busy day to talk me through progress. When our pump for our central heating system failed 1 week before Christmas Liam at Prime Plumbing was amazing. He had to resite the heating pump due to accessibility issues and squeezed us into his busy schedule. They charged a fair price for the work but the speed at which they completed the work was truly amazing and most importantly the quality of the workmanship was of the highest standard. Great company and a great workman. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Tim has just completed 3 day's worth of work at the house I've recently moved into, which needed attention to almost every aspect of the heating & hot water systems, and the internal plumbing in general, as well as an undetermined penetrating damp issue. I could not be happier with all the work he's done for me! He quickly traced the damp issue to a cracked redundant water meter, identified some oddities with the supply to my house, & raised a service call with my water utilities provider on my behalf, providing extensive information to the provider which resulted in the source of issue being fully resolved on the same day! He also discovered my boiler to being a tad on the lethal side, & rearranged his schedule to accommodate sourcing a replacement & associated fittings, & installing it the following day. Further to this, he found & fixed a leak in the hot water, & gave it a full service. Lots of work to the sanitary ware fittings too - 2 new sets of basin taps replaced, another dribbly pair tweaked & fixed, a bath panel replaced, mixer tap & shower fitting installed, a bust outside tap replaced, & my integrated washing machine re-seated & no longer making a bid for freedom when on spin! I'm still stunned by how much high quality work he managed to get through in such a short time, by how quickly he was able to source parts & materials, how cleanly he worked, how well he explained to me all of the issues he found, & by his attention to detail. Tim could not have been more helpful! I'm totally satisfied that I've had brilliant value for money, & I'm genuinely looking forward to seeing Tim next year for my boiler service!

We called Tim in to replace the tap in our bathroom and he did a thorough job, clean tidy and professional. While he was here, we asked for advice about our aging boiler and he said he would do a bit of research and get back to us, which he did promptly. We wanted the boiler to fit in an existing cupboard, and to be hidden from view. Tim managed very well, despite a very tight working area and tolerances. He even modified the kitchen cupboard slightly to enable future servicing to take place. He always worked in a clean and tidy manner. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. All in all, we cannot recommend Tim highly enough, as he is thoroughly professional, and he will always be our first port of call for plumbing and heating needs.

Looking for a new oil boiler for an old 1860’s house & luckily found Tom on the Worcester Bosch accredited installer. Came to look & explained it all to me who really didn’t know what to expect as now boiler was going to be outside. Installation day came and all very clean and tidy plus explained throughout. Took 2 days & all very good. Good explanations throughout & was very helpful with new boiler. I would recommend to anyone. Very professional, friendly and was very good at explaining things. Great company. They serviced my boiler last year (and did an excellent job at the price quoted) and this year I got a text asking if I wanted the service again. No other advertising or spam in between last visit and this. One click to a booking form that worked first time and they arrived two days later. Again excellent professional, careful, detailed and clear work done. A part had worn out - I was shown where, and the physical indications it had, and the effect that happened, and given an instant good value quote to fix it. It was done there and then. Very pleased and highly recommend Charlie and Paul, a very well run good value company.

We couldn’t recommend Paul and his team anymore. From the initial enquiry right through the finished install everything has been a breeze. Every part of the install has been meticulously explained to us, giving us options at different price points rather than forcing items on us - which is massively refreshing. The actual work we had done was the removal of a hot water tank, isolation of a loft tank and a boiler replacement and it has honestly been done to an absolutely perfect standard. Heath completed the job for us and was so thorough and clean throughout the job, his pipe work is so neat and doesn’t look like an eyesore! Heath was so friendly and you could have a nice conversation with him too, and again he was as informative as Paul. Charlie came to complete the gas safety items and paperwork for the install and show me how the new boiler works. He was so friendly also and very informative checking I understood each bit and always checking I had no questions. The main thing about Paul and his team is not only is there work to a standard you don’t really see anymore, they are all so lovely and down to earth. Making a big daunting job being done on your home so much easier! Paul and his team are a pleasure to deal with and are worth their weight in gold!
