The whole team has been amazing from start to finish - they worked so hard and were a pleasure to have around the house! We noticed a leak in our kitchen so called Hadley to help, he identified it as coming from under the shower in the bathroom above. So he began pricing us up a new shower to fit our taste and budget. Kept us updated once the parts were delivered and organised a time to start the job. Hadley worked hard and efficiently and his workmanship speaks for itself in the photos. Would highly recommend👌

Tom has visited our property a number of times recently. A number of visits to give me very helpful advice. We recently had all of our central heating pipes cleaned and radiators flushed out. Fantastic job, professional clean and tidy from start to finish. Fitted a new tank in our airing cupboard and new boiler in the downstairs toilet.Took 3 days. The down stairs toilet was newly decorated a year before so he took great care working around this and I only need to do small repairs. I would highly recommend. Vincent also has an apprentice working with him who is also very friendly and professional, it was a pleasure having them here.

What an amazing team, all the engineer's I've met are so professional, friendly and thorough. Conduction have been servicing my biomass (pellet) boiler for over 7 years, always arrive on time and leave without leaving any mess. We couldn’t recommend Paul and his team anymore. From the initial enquiry right through the finished install everything has been a breeze. Every part of the install has been meticulously explained to us, giving us options at different price points rather than forcing items on us - which is massively refreshing. The actual work we had done was the removal of a hot water tank, isolation of a loft tank and a boiler replacement and it has honestly been done to an absolutely perfect standard. Heath completed the job for us and was so thorough and clean throughout the job, his pipe work is so neat and doesn’t look like an eyesore! Heath was so friendly and you could have a nice conversation with him too, and again he was as informative as Paul. Charlie came to complete the gas safety items and paperwork for the install and show me how the new boiler works. He was so friendly also and very informative checking I understood each bit and always checking I had no questions. The main thing about Paul and his team is not only is there work to a standard you don’t really see anymore, they are all so lovely and down to earth. Making a big daunting job being done on your home so much easier! Paul and his team are a pleasure to deal with and are worth their weight in gold!

Excellent service Sunday morning discovered a leaking toilet. Ali came within an hour and promptly identified the problem and fixed the leak. I would highly recommend him and definitely use them again.

An engineer came out the same day to sort our boiler. He couldn't find the problem at first but stayed and kept looking till he did. It's now running as it should, the service was great, highly recommended

I had Chris come over to quote me for replacement boiler, Price was very competitive and showed excellent knowledge on the product. Although he was very busy he went above and beyond to help my family out and get my heating back on. Excellent attention to detail removing untidy pipework at no extra cost and leaving me with a very neat install. Will definitely be using his services again in the near future for my bathroom upgrade
