Tom has visited our property a number of times recently. A number of visits to give me very helpful advice. We recently had all of our central heating pipes cleaned and radiators flushed out. Nothing is too much trouble, today he fitted our brand new boiler at very short notice. He regularly took time out in a very busy day to talk me through progress. I have to admit he and his team are the very best I have ever met. He will be looking after our property for many years to come… well done!!! 👍🏻👍🏻😀

Dannie and his team were swift, professional and friendly. We were in a real sticky position, no water or heating and the team responded the next morning to diagnose the problem so parts and equipment could be ordered. Within 2 days the new combi was fitted and we were up and running. Great company.

We had our new bathroom fitted by direct plumbing and I can only describe them as hard working, knowledgeable and meticulous. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand with advice when needed. They were very professional, honest and we as family felt very comfortable while they were working in our home. We booked in with Colin for a boiler service after reading his amazing reviews online, and I can certainly say his work and knowledge lived up to what we expected. After having a previous dodgy boiler guy, it was a breath of fresh air having Colin come in with his honesty and trustworthiness! I would highly recommend him for your plumbing and heating work!!

Colin was amazing, gave him a quick call this morning as our heating had packed up and he was able to fit in a quick visit where he discovered it was actually our hive system not sat on the wall properly. He was also able to service the boiler and place a carbon monoxide detector in the house. Wasn’t expecting him to be able to stay and sort the issue but even though I know he is busy he stayed to sort out the issue. Brilliant service, extremely friendly. I am so pleased I know who to call now if we have any future problems.

Henman Dunn came recommended to us and I’m so glad we used them. They moved our boiler, fitted an unvented cylinder and removed our existing cylinder and water tank. Ashleigh quoted and understood everything than we wanted to do. Everything happened so smoothly. Nothing was a problem. Michael and George worked flat out. So courteous and respectful. Cleaned up after themselves and took all the rubbish away. We have an old house with lots of work to do, so this is one less job to do. We will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic. I emailed Nathan and heard back really quickly. He was prompt, professional and really lovely, and identified a problem with the boiler. Andrew did a fantastic job of changing my boiler. He is professional, reliable and very tidy. Couldn’t tell he’d been when he left. It was dark in my attic where the boiler was situated and so he put up a light and also trimmed a pipe for me which had nothing to do with the boiler job. I can’t recommend him enough. Posting this review on behalf of my mother How refreshing to be put intouch with such a customer focused company, not only did Nigel keep intouch with me from the first contact until arriving at my home but explaining and proving the deterioration and the need to replace boiler parts, the comparison between old and new was obvious even to my untrained eye, the respect for my home was noted , he is a clean and tidy worker, there was none of this procrastination of I’m sorry I don’t have that part with me, I will need to return at a later date, Nigel carries a treasure trove of spare parts in his van, that is so brilliant for the customer not to be put on the waiting list for the job to be completed. I would recommend Nigel Bluff in a heartbeat, he is now on my list as a Trusted Trade Person .

An absolute pleasurable experience from my initial phone call to having the work completed. I had to ring Nigel regarding a leak from my mother in laws boiler. He answered promptly and had a good idea as to what the problem was by me just telling him over the phone. Nigel came out the assess the boiler first thing the following morning. He ordered the part required and returned within a couple of days to fit it. At all times Nigel was knowledgeable, professional, honest and respectful with very competitive fees. He kept excellent communication with me as to what time my booking was to when he was on his way. I highly recommend him and will certainly be calling upon him for future work.
