Lauren came to replace a bath that a cowboy had left us with, it didn’t look like the easiest job but Lauren made a fantastic job of it and repaired the toilet too. She was very professional and had excellent communication. I would definitely recommend and would have her back again in the future if I need anymore plumbing work doing. It felt so much more comfortable having a female plumber in the house than when I have previously had male plumbers. Thanks again Lauren!!

Lauren and the Team have recently replaced out main bathroom and ensuite and have done an amazing job. Lauren made the whole process so easy. We were sent photos so that we could choose what we wanted. Everything was delivered to the house on the day work started. There was a supplier issue with the bath and this was rectified immediately. The work is of an extremely high standard and the team would leave things as tidy as possible at the end of each day. I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly be using them for any plumbing work I need to do in the future. Thank you Lauren and the Team.

Lauren and Liam have just finished replacing our horrible bathroom. The project was beset with issues from the outset, partly due to our very solidly built house! Nigel and Amy came out to service our boiler. He was so friendly and efficient with communications, from our first call to book the service, to the follow up information and emails. Nigel was very punctual and the service was thorough, but efficiently done! He kept the area clean and tidy and was happy to chat through what he was doing so I could understand more. Would not hesitate to recommend N&L Plumbing and Heating and would use again!

An absolute pleasurable experience from my initial phone call to having the work completed. I had to ring Nigel regarding a leak from my mother in laws boiler. He answered promptly and had a good idea as to what the problem was by me just telling him over the phone. Nigel came out the assess the boiler first thing the following morning. He ordered the part required and returned within a couple of days to fit it. At all times Nigel was knowledgeable, professional, honest and respectful with very competitive fees. He kept excellent communication with me as to what time my booking was to when he was on his way. I highly recommend him and will certainly be calling upon him for future work.

Posting this review on behalf of my mother How refreshing to be put intouch with such a customer focused company, not only did Nigel keep intouch with me from the first contact until arriving at my home but explaining and proving the deterioration and the need to replace boiler parts, the comparison between old and new was obvious even to my untrained eye, the respect for my home was noted , he is a clean and tidy worker, there was none of this procrastination of I’m sorry I don’t have that part with me, I will need to return at a later date, Nigel carries a treasure trove of spare parts in his van, that is so brilliant for the customer not to be put on the waiting list for the job to be completed. Absolutely fantastic. I emailed Nathan and heard back really quickly. He was prompt, professional and really lovely, and identified a problem with the boiler. Called Nathan early evening after noticing water dripping through ceiling. He arrived within 40 minutes and carried out the required repair to our boiler. Very polite and would not hesitate to use him again. Top drawer device.

Jason responded to my text/phone call quickly, explained his schedule as he’s a busy man, came as soon as he could. Didn’t just quote quickly, took the time to find exactly what the issue was so he didn’t walk away leaving any issues! Spent 3 days working on the big problem! He can tile, fit baths, and cleans up after himself. Fantastic job, I have a brand new fitted bath and shower, new wall put in and for such a good price! Honestly, Jason is the only plumber I will use in future!

Never had a plumber who is willing to fix any problem. Whether it has a small price tag or a bigger one, Jason will arrive when he says he will … then either fix or replace. Wouldn’t use anyone else. We are currently scheduled for an update to a specific area of our kitchen - and I know he’s a busy guy…but definitely worth waiting for.

I’ve been using Jason (Premier Plumb) for many years. New bathrooms inc tiling, downstairs wc added and other plumbing jobs. I cannot fault Jason, nothing is ever any trouble, he is extremely reliable and will always get the job done. As I’m also a landlord I need a reliable plumber and Jason never lets me down. I would highly recommend Jason for any job.

Jason (Premier Plumb) is absolutely fantastic. He’s done a couple of jobs for us recently, both quite minor repairs but an absolute pain to do. My boiler eventually died and within days Henman Dunn were on the case to get it sorted. George and Jak came to fit me a brand new combi boiler and also removed my water tank upstairs. They did a great job and I was surprised how quick they got it done with how big of a job it was. They cleaned up after themselves and I’m warm again! Definitely recommend them.

Tom has visited our property a number of times recently. A number of visits to give me very helpful advice. We recently had all of our central heating pipes cleaned and radiators flushed out. Nothing is too much trouble, today he fitted our brand new boiler at very short notice. He regularly took time out in a very busy day to talk me through progress. Commissioned Notons to remove an old gravity.fed water system, cylinder and gas boiler, and fit a economical gas ch/hw system. Work started on the date arranged and finished within three days, with either two or three of the brothers on site at all times. Plenty of good advice was given along the way, along with consultation on how best to run new gas piping in our Grade II* listed home. The brothers are first class workers, friendly, tidy and polite. We're very happy with the work carried out on time and to budget, plus a couple of small general plumbing fixes added while they were here. Recommend strongly - and a big thank you to Team Noton!

Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!

Noton replaced our gas boiler and upgraded three rads in one day, just before the snow came. Friendly, polite, reliable, efficient, competent and tidy service from Tom and the team and very pragmatic advice....and the same price as the online faceless companies but with more flexibility. Much rather give our money to a local firm to keep for this sort of job than have the big firms cream off their percentage.

Josh and his team came out to me promptly to sort out problem with heating and identified quite a few problems. It was very frustrating for them as led from one problem to another but they never gave up and come out on numerous occasions until sorted. Alway came out when they said they would and never let me down. I now have fully working heating thanks to this great team. Josh fixed a leak in my water pipe. He was very pleasant, and found I had two leaks quite close together. He fixed them both very quickly and for a great price. I will call him when I need a plumber again.

Josh came out and undertook a boiler service within 24 hours of contact which at this time of year, is very rare but we had been let down by another company. He sent a message to say he was on his way and was extremely professional, thorough and competitively priced. We will definitely be using Josh again and can highly recommend him!

Amazingly helpful! Woke up to no hot water and heating and an error code on the boiler. Spoke to Derbyshire Gas Geeks and rather than coming out for a fee he talked me through what I needed to do to resolve the problem. 10 minutes later we had hot water and heating again, would definitely recommend and use again.
