I gave First Point a call and left an answerphone message and within 15 minutes, I had a call back and an appointment organised. Lewis came around on the Wednesday. I got a quote that night with a couple of options, arranged for them to come on the next Monday, paid for the top of the range boiler on Friday and the lads arrived on the Monday and removed the 20+ year old boiler and moved the new boiler to it's new home under the staircase, freeing up vital room in the bathroom for a shower, once the previous work has been completed. It was mostly done in a day, with the only problem being our house is so old, that there was 4ft thick walls to drill through, which took a lot longer than they expected. I would happily recommend First Point Plumbing to anyone, as the service has been exemplary.

Lewis and his lovely team have just fitted a downstairs cloakroom for us. From first visit through to the official clean up, the level of service was impeccable. The whole process was perfectly managed: we didn't have to worry about anything, which makes a welcome change! Excellent service and response! We had a problem with condensate drainage (it wasn't!). I rang 247 Plumber and the next day an engineer arrived to assess the job. The day after that I received a very reasonable quote and the day after that it was fixed. Brilliant!

What an amazing company! They fitted my new bathroom suit in 7 days from getting the qoute. Finished in 7 days! I still don't know how they managed it as it wasn't straight forward and threw several curve balls at them. Carnt recommend them highly enough. Beautiful job thank you so much.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Spoke to the company at 10am explaining my boiler issue. they sent an engineer out (Joe) who was brilliant and explained what was needed. He replaced the PCB and we was back up and running by 1pm. Fast and efficient service! Highly recommend!

We recently had some work done at our first home and got several quotes from different plumbers. We chose this team because of their quick response and excellent reviews, and they didn’t disappoint. Everyone had a great attitude, and when we noticed a small radiator leak, they returned promptly the next day to fix it at no extra cost. They completely redid our bathroom, installed three radiators, replaced the stop tap, and fitted two outdoor hot/cold taps. A great group of lads—honest, reliable, and competitively priced. Called JLH after a leak in my boiler when I came home from work. Having rang my regular plumber who was unable to help and a what can only be called a charlatan who wanted £200 call out before seeing the problem, I came across JLH - and I'm so glad I did. On the phone they were friendly and professional, and managed to work out the problem almost instantly! They came out first thing in the morning, messaging to let me know they were on the way just after 8am. James had the part required to hand and he was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. No large call out fees, just a reasonable charge for the part and the labour. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic service. James came out incredibly quickly to come fix our faulty boiler as we had no heating. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong and what was needed to be done to fix it. Amazing service from Sam and James. I rang early morning desperate for help after my boiler wasn’t working. Although they weren’t able to come out to me, I was asked to take photos and, via Sam, James was able to see straight away it was luckily a quick fix and Sam talked me through it over the phone.
