Ben came out quickly to come and look at our boiler - he figured out the problem fixed it and serviced it all within the call out fee. Really helpful!

Ben recently removed an old gas fire and back boiler and installed a new gas heating system for me. He came round to see what needed doing, provided me with a quote and arranged a time to do the work. Communication was really good and he was always on time. He did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him. One of the most professional tradespeople I have ever used.

Lewis and his team were amazing!! Before and after photos explain themselves. Very thorough, were very careful with our home, taping carpets and protecting our furniture. Isolating work to certain rooms, shutting doors and dusty labour confined to outside or the bathroom. They were very respectful cleaned up after themselves every day and were prompt. I gave First Point a call and left an answerphone message and within 15 minutes, I had a call back and an appointment organised. Lewis came around on the Wednesday. I got a quote that night with a couple of options, arranged for them to come on the next Monday, paid for the top of the range boiler on Friday and the lads arrived on the Monday and removed the 20+ year old boiler and moved the new boiler to it's new home under the staircase, freeing up vital room in the bathroom for a shower, once the previous work has been completed. It was mostly done in a day, with the only problem being our house is so old, that there was 4ft thick walls to drill through, which took a lot longer than they expected. I would happily recommend First Point Plumbing to anyone, as the service has been exemplary.

Great service came out same day to a broken boiler which was beyond repair. Said they could fit new next day which I couldn't do but came on second day & fitted new boiler in a day unfortunately there was a problem with the boiler.They came back next morning with a part for the boiler they had taken out of another new boiler. They fitted the part to make sure we had hot water over the weekend I could not have asked for better service Thank you

Excellent service came out within 2 hours of calling after boiler stopped working and had no heating or Hot water. Fixed the main issue a blocked pipe quickly. Still having issues with the pressure but offered great advice on what to do about that. Would highly recommend. A little on the pricey side but excellent service and professional plumber.

Came to fix a bathroom leak coming through the ceiling. Very quickly diagnosed and solved the problem within 30mins. Gave advice on what to do next leaving me feeling very reassured. A pleasure to have in the house. Would recommend to anyone.

Lauren came to replace a bath that a cowboy had left us with, it didn’t look like the easiest job but Lauren made a fantastic job of it and repaired the toilet too. She was very professional and had excellent communication. I would definitely recommend and would have her back again in the future if I need anymore plumbing work doing. Lauren and the Team have recently replaced out main bathroom and ensuite and have done an amazing job. Lauren made the whole process so easy. We were sent photos so that we could choose what we wanted. Everything was delivered to the house on the day work started. There was a supplier issue with the bath and this was rectified immediately. The work is of an extremely high standard and the team would leave things as tidy as possible at the end of each day. Excellent! Paul the plumber carried out the removal of our broken bathroom pedestal sink basin and replaced it with a new one. He was clearly highly experienced & completed the job quickly, efficiently, very neatly and also removed any debris & mess leaving the bathroom very clean and tidy. Paul was very polite, considerate, friendly and worked solidly without wasting any time.

Excellent service and response! We had a problem with condensate drainage (it wasn't!). I rang 247 Plumber and the next day an engineer arrived to assess the job. The day after that I received a very reasonable quote and the day after that it was fixed. Brilliant!

Absolutely fantastic!!! Spoke to the company at 10am explaining my boiler issue. they sent an engineer out (Joe) who was brilliant and explained what was needed. He replaced the PCB and we was back up and running by 1pm. Fast and efficient service! Highly recommend!

Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!

Commissioned Notons to remove an old gravity.fed water system, cylinder and gas boiler, and fit a economical gas ch/hw system. Work started on the date arranged and finished within three days, with either two or three of the brothers on site at all times. Plenty of good advice was given along the way, along with consultation on how best to run new gas piping in our Grade II* listed home. The brothers are first class workers, friendly, tidy and polite. We're very happy with the work carried out on time and to budget, plus a couple of small general plumbing fixes added while they were here. Recommend strongly - and a big thank you to Team Noton!

When our pump for our central heating system failed 1 week before Christmas Liam at Prime Plumbing was amazing. He had to resite the heating pump due to accessibility issues and squeezed us into his busy schedule. They charged a fair price for the work but the speed at which they completed the work was truly amazing and most importantly the quality of the workmanship was of the highest standard.
