When our pump for our central heating system failed 1 week before Christmas Liam at Prime Plumbing was amazing. He had to resite the heating pump due to accessibility issues and squeezed us into his busy schedule. They charged a fair price for the work but the speed at which they completed the work was truly amazing and most importantly the quality of the workmanship was of the highest standard. Great company and a great workman. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Looking for a new oil boiler for an old 1860’s house & luckily found Tom on the Worcester Bosch accredited installer. Came to look & explained it all to me who really didn’t know what to expect as now boiler was going to be outside. Installation day came and all very clean and tidy plus explained throughout. Took 2 days & all very good. Good explanations throughout & was very helpful with new boiler. I would recommend to anyone. Very professional, friendly and was very good at explaining things. We've just had our second piece of work done by Sean and again we couldn't be happier. This time it was to sort out a leak in the en-suite and ultimately put it right etc and install a new shower tray etc (it was far more complicated than that in reality) His advice was spot on and the way in which he goes about his work is second to none. Communication is excellent, as is his time-keeping and tidiness. The finish is second to none and there's no doubt that when we need a new bathroom in another part of the house it will be Sean that gets the call. We'd go nowhere else and would certainly recoomend him to friends and family.

Fantastic service - would highly recommend. We had an issue with the boiler tripping the electrics and Shaun knew immediately where the issue would be located. Had we not spoke to Shaun, because of where the problem was, it may have taken another plumber some finding! Conduction have been servicing my biomass (pellet) boiler for over 7 years, always arrive on time and leave without leaving any mess. Fantastic job, professional clean and tidy from start to finish. Fitted a new tank in our airing cupboard and new boiler in the downstairs toilet.Took 3 days. The down stairs toilet was newly decorated a year before so he took great care working around this and I only need to do small repairs. I would highly recommend. Vincent also has an apprentice working with him who is also very friendly and professional, it was a pleasure having them here.
