I had a tooth implant today at Measham Surgery and was more nervous than I realised, however Jenny calmed down my shakes, reassured me & made sure I was comfortable (as I have chronic back & neck pain). Rob did a brilliant job by avoiding the nerve below the implant site & the clinicians were friendly and efficient (looking lovely in pink😊). Not forgetting the face of the practice, Theresa whose smile and friendly greeting makes you feel welcome and at ease as soon as you walk in the door. Such a brilliant team, thank you soooo much🥰

I have recently become a patient at this Dental Practice and had my initial checkup and went on to have recommended treatment. Very professional care, and so reassuring - I was very apprehensive! Friendly and helpful receptionist. Highly recommend this dental practice.

Routine check up. All well but the dentist (Mrs Busra Akbar) was very thorough. She took x rays because it was two years since my last x rays & all was well. Very courteous & professional & put me at my ease.

Dr Sandra is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely warm and caring. She takes the time to explain every step of the treatment, making sure you feel comfortable and informed throughout. Her attention to detail and gentle approach truly set her apart – I’ve never felt so relaxed in a dental chair! If you’re looking for a dentist who combines skill, compassion, and a personal touch, Dr Sandra is the one. Thanks to her, I actually look forward to my dental appointments. A true gem in the world of dentistry!

Mr Bola recommended a small treatment behind my top front teeth. I had it done because I had ground my dentine away & my front teeth were virtually clear at the bottom. I’m so happy as it looks like I’ve got a new smile, my bottom jaw is having to sit further back to allow my jaw to shut. Mr Bola warned it might take 3 months to get used to it, or I might even want it removed, but no….I’m now thinking what other great work he can do without too much trauma. Thank you

Absolutely superb dentist and lovely receptionists. I saw Mr Bola and as soon as I met him my dentist phobia was gone. Having not seen a dentist for 20 years my teeth are not in the best shape. I landed up having to contract this practice due to a nasty abscess. Thankfully it's being treated now and I look forward to coming back to get my smile back in good order. I have high functioning Autism and these things are not easy for me, but thanks to my best efforts to conquer anxiety and the wonderful treatment I received from everyone at Blagreaves Dental Practice I will never be afraid of the dentist again! From entering the surgery ,you are always acknowledged and welcomed by the fabulous reception team,who whilst very friendly remain polite and professional at all times. The waiting areas are very clean and tidy as is the WC. I appreciate having reminders sent via text when my appointments are due and the fact you try and fit patients in when there has been a cancellation . I work full time and this is always taken in to consideration when I book appointments. Leaflets are displayed in the waiting area which contain information on different dental procedures ,these are available for patients to help themselves to. My dentist Maria always explains things clearly before starting treatment. I am a very nervous patient and she is good at keeping me calm. I have undergone a lot of procedures lately from tooth extraction to having an inlay fitted and have been extremely grateful for the level of care shown by every member of the team Thankyou

So impressed with my first experience at this dentist. The receptionists are very friendly and the waiting room has a calm relaxing atmosphere. After not going to the dentist for a while I was nervous as I knew I needed some treatment but the dentist made me feel so at ease and relaxed. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Cate as alway was fabulous and looks after my daughter so well. SETI was one of the best hygienist yet for my daughter with special needs, she was so good with her, kind and caring and did not rush her at all. In all this is the best dentist I have ever been to and am so glad I found it and decided that I would bring me and my family to this dentist. You have one of the best most kindest teams I have ever known for a dentist and service is top dog and so is all treatment. I was very impressed with my visit today. My appointment was to see the hygienist who put me at my ease straight away & had a very calming & friendly attitude. I normally get very nervous about going to any dentist as it’s usually a very painful experience. I was completely amazed how efficient & careful the hygienist was & I didn’t feel any pain during my scale & polish. I fully recommend Belper Dental Practice to anyone

I’ve just had root canal treatment- not the best way to spend an hour, but the whole experience was so positive. I had absolutely no pain at all, the dentist was quick, totally professional and super careful. I can highly recommend him for anyone who needs that kind of treatment The dental assistant was lovely too. All in all, a very positive experience!

Im almost losing hope to find dental clinic who can accommodate for my emergency case: extraction of my wisdom tooth. Almost all dental clinic sounds like hesitant to do oral surgery whenever I declare that Im currently taking blood thinner (pulmonary embolism case) My last on the list was Belper Dental Practice because it is too far from us, But yes like what other said the last is the BEST....😄❤️ From the receptionist (forgot to get the name I will update this review when I get her name) to the whole team was SUPERB!..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The receptionist got all my details and booked me immediately within this day. I came to the clinic and no less than 5min nurse Collie and Dr.Manuel attended me immediately. Nurse Collie was with Dr. Manuel when doing the oral surgery, she was very welcoming and guiding me throughout the oral surgery and making you feel you will be fine and safe.. 😄 I repeated to Dr. Manuel my case that im on Blood thinner (P. Embolism) Im looking to Dr. Manuel and his face is so calm like a Master of Tooth Fairy... 😄 .... he was so calm that you gonna know and feel that he knows exactly what he is doing.... Dr. Manuels hand is very light I didnt even felt that it was done .. Its like he is just getting white heads on my face, 😄 its done like that... 😄 it was all done I guess in less than 15min. Only just joined from the other practice - so far, excellent in most respects. Reception staff nice and welcoming. The spiral staircase up to floor 1 might be a problem for some people, I was fine. Maybe there's a lift Treatment from dentist Jess Young was great as ever. Only minor niggle is to be asked to pay for work yet to be carried out in a further appointment. Not great. Despite this, I'd recommend this practice.

Amazing practice throughout! I went for a first time appointment and they were incredible! Knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming staff from the receptionist to the hygienist, dentist and nurses. I really wanted to find a 'forever practice' and I can say this is it. I was able to get an appointment over the weekend straight away with the dentist and hygienist and they could easily accommodate that for me. I would 100% recommend them.

Been coming here for a few years now, been looked after by Jag since day one. Great bloke, very genuine. We always have a bit of banter and a laugh like two old mates.

The whole team including the dentist and dental nurse showed compassion and support to help the patient reduce the pain levels they are suffering. The reception staff greeted us equally to everyone (even through our PPE) with smiles and warmth to the whole of our life situation. They were patient and enabled us to take the time we needed- this reduced the anxiety levels. We were treated like humans and not just a number. Thank you

The dentist was amazing!!!! I was so anxious due to previous experiences but she made everything so easy!! I walked out of the dentist feeling so much more confident and despite having a tooth out felt calmer than I had in years when visiting a dentist!! Can’t speak highly enough of the treatment, care and empathy shown!

Having been told by a previous dentist that it would probably be difficult to remove the root of the tooth as it was near my sinus and there was little of the actual tooth left above the gum line, I self referred myself to Dr Zaki. I am so glad that I did. For the first time, I had pain free injections to numb the area and he managed to get the root out without it breaking and with little damage to the gum. He is very professional as are the rest of the staff (particularly the receptionists) and the practice is so well presented.

I can not praise the staff at this practice enough. They all seem to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I came in for an emergency appointment and was seen by Nish. He really made me feel at ease and got me out of pain. His nurses Ramona and Hanna made me feel relaxed as I was quite anxious when I came in. Thank you again Steeple Grange

My story in short. I lived with a problem tooth for 4 years, for 4 years I had not eaten food with the left side of my teeth, for 4 years with pain, infections and torment. My dentist damaged my tooth even more and it became more problematic. Then another dentist caused me a huge trauma in my life after he tried to pull it out, even the anesthesia didn't catch me and until I screamed in pain he still tried to pull it out and finally stopped and left the tooth and sent me home like that with pain and huge trauma. After such a long time my dentist refused to pull it out and sent me to the clinic Steeple Grange Dental with Dr.Zaki Kudsi. Dr.Zaki Kudsi and the nurse are super great professionals, attentive, respectful and very kind-hearted people. For them, the patient is important and that the patient feels good and calm, they give everything of themselves and great care and attention. Even after my great trauma in life, they managed to make me feel comfortable during the procedure and in 2-3 minutes my tooth was extracted without any pain or tension. I simply have no words for these kind and professional people, all the best words on earth are too little for them if they were to be used. After 4 years in a dark corner with no way out in pain and suffering, Dr.Zaki Kudsi showed me the way out and the light, for which I thank him from the bottom of my soul. I wish him and the nurse to be very blessed. The gift of kindness, professional attitude and work they have is at the highest level I have ever seen,everything was so wonderful and peaceful during the procedure and the care after the procedure before they discharged me. I am just speechless these people are the best and greatest professionals I have ever seen. After 4 years with the huge thanks to Dr. Zaki Kudsi I finally started eating with my teeth on the left side of my mouth and I am so happy I am speechless. May God bless you a hundredfold and I wish you all the best in life. If you suffer from such trauma or if you are scared of dentists and procedures, I highly recommend Dr. Zaki Kudsi and his sister, they will make you feel super relaxed, they will take great care of you, the procedures will be quick and painless, and they will discharge you with care and a huge smile on their face. Steeple Grange is a very professional smartly presented dental practice. Dentist Nick Thorburn is the best dentist I have ever had and I'm in my 50s so I've had a few. His manner, the way he explains every detail of your treatment puts you at ease immediately and his work is just the best. I've never been happier with my dental care and would certainly recommend the practice and Nick to anyone.

Love this dentist! They really know what they are doing! I initially came for a consultation for Invisalign, and Anj has been so accommodating and giving me info I’ve never heard before about how to get my smile where I want it to be. I just thought the knowledge she had was really insightful. I’ve finished my treatment now and I’m really happy with the results. I’ve got composite bonding to get done next so once I’ve got the finished result, I’ll post another review with pictures of before and after.

I very highly recommend this practice, Dr Ravi and his team are fantastic at what they do! I recently had a dental implant and the whole process was painless!!! I felt comfortable and safe, Dr Ravi did an amazing job with my implant, I am more than happy, it doesn’t even feel like I’m missing a tooth. If you want to go to a practice that’s friendly, there to help you, doesn’t judge you, and explains everything to you for your understanding, this is the place!! Worth the money!

I’ve been on a 10 month Invisalign journey and I’m beyond thrilled with the results. I did Invisalign, whitening and a tiny bit of contouring. I genuinely didn’t think it would be possible for my teeth to straighten out the way they did because of how wonky they were! Anjli and the team were so professional and the process was soo smooth! I loved using the dental monitoring app because it meant I didn’t have to go into the dentist every week but could still monitor progress closely from home. Anjli and Ravi are both so knowledgeable - I always felt I was in safe hands. Thank you so much for this life-changing treatment ☺️

I wanted to leave a review hoping any anxious patients read it and it would help them. I had to find a dentist as an emergency after breaking a tooth, my original dentist had gone private but I wasn’t 100% happy with them so thought if I have got to go private I would choose to go to Donna’s practice ( she was our dentist years ago before she opened the practice @ Willington ) but we still had an nhs dentist. From me making the call to my first appointment I found them all to be nothing but professional, welcoming, calming, understanding the list goes on. I couldn’t see Donna but then thought with it being her practice she wouldn’t employ ‘rubbish’ so was booked to see Dr Emon Muktadir. When I arrived for my appointment he was so lovely - he made me so calm, he was funny put me at ease explained everything and was so thorough. He showed me on the screen x-rays, prices etc and sorted my broken tooth out there and then. I then went today ( a week later ) for a new patient appointment- wow wow wow I have NEVER had such a thorough check up, he calls it a Mouth MOT and I can see why now. Every tooth was examined - xrayed - photos taken - tests and then everything was shown on the screen, explained and a treatment plan was discussed. I said to him that I never thought I would hear myself saying ‘I was looking forward to going to the dentist’ but that’s how I felt especially after such a positive ‘tooth repair’ appointment last week. I just wanted to leave a review saying how happy I feel with the practice and the staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with so far especially Amelia & Coral - they were so friendly and helpful nothing seems to be too much trouble a real asset to the team 👍🏻😀 Thanks everyone - if any patient is unsure whether to go to The Practice @ Willington - don’t waste any more time wondering-BOOK

And of course, the fantastic dentist, Alex, who is not only incredibly skilled but also has the patience of a saint—especially when I ask way too many questions while they’ve got tools in my mouth. I started my Invisalign journey in November with Dr Sarah Hutchinson and it’s been great ever since the first appointment. Every appointment has been quick and efficient & all the staff are very welcoming here. Sarah was amazing & told me things about my teeth which no other dentist has told me before! I’m so excited to see my end result of the Invisalign package I’ve chosen & have the perfect teeth make over I’ve always wanted!

Excellent service and treatment particularly as I'd arrived 24 hours ahead of my appointment! They fitted me in anyway to save me going back the following day which I was grateful for as I'm disabled. Always received excellent service.

Attended practice for private treatment of white fillings. Cost was competitive compared to others I had contacted. Calm and relaxed waiting area for patients. Dentist looked after me very well as I was nervous about my treatment. Staff at reception very polite and easy to talk with.

All the treatments I have received have been pain free and fully explained. This is now the best dental surgery I have experienced and would fully recommend.
