Amazing practice throughout! I went for a first time appointment and they were incredible! Knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming staff from the receptionist to the hygienist, dentist and nurses. I really wanted to find a 'forever practice' and I can say this is it. I was able to get an appointment over the weekend straight away with the dentist and hygienist and they could easily accommodate that for me. I would 100% recommend them.

The dentist was amazing!!!! I was so anxious due to previous experiences but she made everything so easy!! I walked out of the dentist feeling so much more confident and despite having a tooth out felt calmer than I had in years when visiting a dentist!! Can’t speak highly enough of the treatment, care and empathy shown!

The whole team including the dentist and dental nurse showed compassion and support to help the patient reduce the pain levels they are suffering. The reception staff greeted us equally to everyone (even through our PPE) with smiles and warmth to the whole of our life situation. They were patient and enabled us to take the time we needed- this reduced the anxiety levels. We were treated like humans and not just a number. Thank you

I had a piece broken off a back tooth, no pain. They fitted me in very quickly. The Dentist and staff are all amazing. The dentist is very gentle and caring, he explains everything and gives options, not necessarily the most expensive.(As some dentists do). I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and treatment particularly as I'd arrived 24 hours ahead of my appointment! They fitted me in anyway to save me going back the following day which I was grateful for as I'm disabled. Always received excellent service.

Such friendly and reassuring staff. You are made to feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. Excellent dental service, with modern approaches. All the treatments I have received have been pain free and fully explained. This is now the best dental surgery I have experienced and would fully recommend.

I cannot praise them highly enough. Smiling receptionists are very helpful. Dentists and assistants are very kind and patient. You are put at ease which can make visiting for treatment a pleasant and not a scary experience. Xx

Everyone at the dental practice was very welcoming, friendly and professional on our first visit. We were given plenty of time to discuss treatments and any problems and the whole place was very clean, efficient, and relaxing from the cosy waiting room to the comfortable treatment room. Fabulous people! Caring, competent, flexible, compassionate, friendly and funny. We particularly appreciate how Jake explains exactly what he is planning to do and why. My wife is terrified of dentists, but he and Hannah have managed to reassure her and get her through two extractions and a couple of fillings, and she is willing to go back!

Amelka was a great receptionist. Had such a lovely smile and made me feel at ease, lovely staff member!

Routine check up. All well but the dentist (Mrs Busra Akbar) was very thorough. She took x rays because it was two years since my last x rays & all was well. Very courteous & professional & put me at my ease.

I had a tooth implant today at Measham Surgery and was more nervous than I realised, however Jenny calmed down my shakes, reassured me & made sure I was comfortable (as I have chronic back & neck pain). Rob did a brilliant job by avoiding the nerve below the implant site & the clinicians were friendly and efficient (looking lovely in pink😊). Not forgetting the face of the practice, Theresa whose smile and friendly greeting makes you feel welcome and at ease as soon as you walk in the door. Such a brilliant team, thank you soooo much🥰

Lovely team here. Everyone has been kind and supportive with my anxiety and health challenges. The surgery is super clean and I appreciate the small details even down to the pink examination gloves the team wear.

I was very impressed with my visit today. My appointment was to see the hygienist who put me at my ease straight away & had a very calming & friendly attitude. I normally get very nervous about going to any dentist as it’s usually a very painful experience. Only just joined from the other practice - so far, excellent in most respects. Reception staff nice and welcoming. The spiral staircase up to floor 1 might be a problem for some people, I was fine. Maybe there's a lift Treatment from dentist Jess Young was great as ever. Only minor niggle is to be asked to pay for work yet to be carried out in a further appointment. Not great. Despite this, I'd recommend this practice.

Charlotte has been my dentist for many years and is without doubt an excellent one with so much knowledge and experience. She is always so helpful and kind and takes time to give me the attention my teeth need when I’m ready for my appointment. Abi the hygienist is also so lovely and takes time and care with my teeth.

I’ve just had root canal treatment- not the best way to spend an hour, but the whole experience was so positive. I had absolutely no pain at all, the dentist was quick, totally professional and super careful. I can highly recommend him for anyone who needs that kind of treatment The dental assistant was lovely too. All in all, a very positive experience!

Claire was absolutely brilliant because I have had radiotherapy to my head and neck, my mouth is extremely sensitive. I had to have a root canal done on a broken tooth because extraction is a very last resort due to possible complications. Claire explained everything as she went along, never felt rushed and I never felt a thing. The reception staff were lovely too. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Well Done it takes a lot to impress me.

Had my first experience of a filling with a private dentist here today, having had a few fillings at an NHS dentist in the past. Wow what a difference! I cants even feel the new filling is there. No pain during the treatment, an old filling was removed and replaced. Claire Bevan is a fabulous dentist. She has a lovely manner and is extremely professional, she talked through each step as she proceeded with the treatment. I feel my teeth are in very safe hands under Claire care.

I visited with my two children and Claire was great with all of us. She explained what she was doing, and why, throughout the appointment. She could tell my daughter was nervous and put her at ease. Friendly, thorough and professional.

I took my grandson today and John was fab with him. Explained everything he was going to do in detail. If dentists like John were around in the 60's they would not be so many nervous patients, like myself, around. First class service.

I would recommend Holt House Dental Practice for the excellent care from my dentist who was really gentle in her application of the instruments. She didn't try to market unnecessary treatments for which I'm grateful. I came away feeling I'd been given good care in my personal circumstances. Thank you HHDP and especially Tafadzwa & her dental nurse.

I was late for my appointment but I was still seen. All staff were thorough but welcoming and kind. The receptionist checked details and made sure all was on order. The dentist made sure I was comfortable throughout the check up and explained what she was doing. Excellent advice given on dental care in relation to my health issues. I was very satisfied with the care and service received.

I very highly recommend this practice, Dr Ravi and his team are fantastic at what they do! I recently had a dental implant and the whole process was painless!!! I felt comfortable and safe, Dr Ravi did an amazing job with my implant, I am more than happy, it doesn’t even feel like I’m missing a tooth. If you want to go to a practice that’s friendly, there to help you, doesn’t judge you, and explains everything to you for your understanding, this is the place!! Worth the money!

I would highly recommend Dr Ravi. He is very professional, honest and also a very nice guy in general! I am absolutely in love with my composite bonds, they are just how I wanted them to look! I felt he listened to my requests, he really took his time and any tweaks i wanted he sorted them out without a problem. He is skilled in what he does and I couldn’t be anymore happier with the final result of my teeth. Thank you Ravi and also the whole team at Lux Dental who have been so helpful too!

Love this dentist! They really know what they are doing! I initially came for a consultation for Invisalign, and Anj has been so accommodating and giving me info I’ve never heard before about how to get my smile where I want it to be. I just thought the knowledge she had was really insightful. I’ve finished my treatment now and I’m really happy with the results. I’ve got composite bonding to get done next so once I’ve got the finished result, I’ll post another review with pictures of before and after.

I’ve been on a 10 month Invisalign journey and I’m beyond thrilled with the results. I did Invisalign, whitening and a tiny bit of contouring. I genuinely didn’t think it would be possible for my teeth to straighten out the way they did because of how wonky they were! Anjli and the team were so professional and the process was soo smooth! I loved using the dental monitoring app because it meant I didn’t have to go into the dentist every week but could still monitor progress closely from home. Anjli and Ravi are both so knowledgeable - I always felt I was in safe hands. Thank you so much for this life-changing treatment ☺️

I never thought I’d say this, but I honestly enjoy going to the dentist now—who knew that was possible?! From the moment I walked into the Practice @ Willington, I felt completely at ease. The whole team is warm and welcoming, and (thankfully) didn’t judge me for my questionable flossing habits. Special shoutout to the amazing dental hygienist, Lizzie, whose magic hands make a scale and polish feel like a spa treatment. My teeth have never been this clean, and I’m convinced they actually sparkle now! And of course, the fantastic dentist, Alex, who is not only incredibly skilled but also has the patience of a saint—especially when I ask way too many questions while they’ve got tools in my mouth. I started my Invisalign journey in November with Dr Sarah Hutchinson and it’s been great ever since the first appointment. Every appointment has been quick and efficient & all the staff are very welcoming here. Sarah was amazing & told me things about my teeth which no other dentist has told me before! I’m so excited to see my end result of the Invisalign package I’ve chosen & have the perfect teeth make over I’ve always wanted!
