Over the last year of intensive treatment I have been extremely well looked after by all of the staff at Springmount. At every visit I was made to feel relaxed, and well cared for. At no time was I made to think I was 'just another' patient, but more like a member of the 'Springmount family'. The level of clinical care was exceptional and this continued into the after care. To be fair treatment isn't cheap - but somethings are well worth paying that little bit extra for. Thank you for making me smile again!

I can’t recommend Springmount Dental & Aesthetics highly enough. All of the team are so friendly and they go above and beyond to put you at ease if you’re feeling worried about any aspect of your dental treatment. I had my second hygiene appointment with them yesterday since joining their membership and Alicia and Georgie were brilliant, making me feel comfortable throughout and explaining my ongoing treatment clearly. Joining the membership is worth every penny — you won’t regret it.

I am an extremely nervous patient having had bad experiences in the past. My experience at Springmount (Matlock) has been brilliant. My concerns are listened to and respected and treatment is delivered at a pace I can cope with. I am much less anxious about my visits now and have, in fact, opted for elective treatment (whitening and composite). That’s massive progress for me! I can highly recommend Springmount to anyone - especially if you are anxious, like me! 😊

I have been a patient of David Murphy for approximately 25 years & travel a fair distance for my appointments with him; this in itself speaks volumes. He explains every procedure, answers any questions I may have & puts me completely at ease which is no mean feat. Everyone I have met at 180 Dental has been extremely pleasant & professional so I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this practice to anyone.

I came to see the periodontist, with some apprehension. He was v capable, but then he left and I was moved on to a wonderful woman who explained everything. She made a master plan, explained why, and seems to know what she is doing. She doesn't hurt!!!! It's not cheap, but feels worthwhile, and my teeth look great. Shout out to Lyndsey too, who always says Hello, has the patience of a saint and is kind. Nothing is too much trouble.

I went to One80 dental as a new patient.The receptionist was very polite and helpful before and after my appointment. I saw David Murphy who explained everything with great clarity whilst putting me at ease and I found him to be very professional. Very happy with my 1st appointment.

My husband had a wonderful experience here. Service was top, equipment used was first rate and the the dentist was able to explain things no other dentist ever had. He normally hates going to the dentist so I’d say it was worth every penny - highly recommend!

Great dentist, receptionists always friendly and smiling even during busy times. Helpful when rearranging appointments. A special thanks to Abi who saw my autistic son today, explained everything to him in great detail and told him how things would feel before she did them which was so helpful.He’s not usually a fan of the dentist but he came out with a huge smile. The staff are always very welcoming and know how to treat patients with respect. Nadia my dentist and Leanne her dental assistant make you feel at easy. They listen to your concerns and give you breaks during treatment if you need them. They have become very special to me and they make you laugh which in turn puts you at ease. I have been going to this dentist for many years and would not change. Once you find a good dentist you stick with them.

This practice runs smoothly, not keeping you waiting too long past your appointment time. Since joining I’ve always had my teeth cleaned by the dentist at the end of my examination. And included in my examination fee. Upon my recent visit. This wasn’t the case. The dentist said I needed the hygienist to clean them which I needed to pay private for. Which is £55. This is very different to the £26.

I was a nervous patient, but Megan was great at reassuring me and making me feel confident. Initially she came up with a plan of treatment, and talked me through each step and why it was needed. At each consultation she explained what she would be doing and how she would do each thing. I never felt anything other than a little discomfort, there was no pain. I am grateful for the care she took and feel thankful to be able to access such professional care. This is a truly exceptional practice, and I hope they will be around for many years so that I can continue to get such great care !

In the past I have had some traumatic experiences with dentists so I first went to Cavendish as they were welcoming nervous patients, throughout all my treatment everyone at the practice has been great. This last visit was for an appointment with Nicola who immediately puts me at ease and is friendly and informative. This time she was supported by Dave who is an absolute star and very efficient. Always a friendly greeting in reception when you arrive. Great service would highly recommend.

From the initial welcome 🤗 to the end of the visit it's lovely. All staff are friendly and welcoming, the reception and rooms are lovely and clean. My dentist Katie is absolutely wonderful. She is very kind and listens, and gives the best advice possible for treatment. Also my hygienist Sara is lovely and goes that extra little bit that counts. I couldn't recommend this practice enough. I needed a crown tightening on an insert urgently that I had done abroad and didn’t hesitate in calling Bridge Dental for a quote, I was happy with the the price and service, Dr Moss is an excellent dentist who works at the highest standards you could wish for and I was very happy with the whole experience. I was quite nervous about my appointment, having not seen a dentist for a number of years. I had a broken crown and wanted to know what my options were. The dentist put me at ease and gave me a thorough check up. He went through all the options with me, talking them through and giving an indication of cost. Highly recommended.

I visited on Tuesday 1st April to see Mark. I was early but Mark saw me straight away. I spoke to him about the difficulties I was experiencing with my dentures and he was able to point me in the right direction as to what to do until I see him for a realignment in June.

Very happy with experience today as usual. Arrived early as unsure where I would get parked, but got seen pretty quick. Went for check up only, but ended up having 3 fillings which was great as next appointment now 6months away. Always find my dentist courteous.

I was really impressed by the service today, last visit was 2 years ago. I received a polite welcome at reception, didn’t have to wait long to be seen by my Dentist Shahzad Ahmad. He was very welcoming and friendly, made me feel at ease, was very thorough with my history and examination, kept me informed the whole way through. Gave me some really good advice and tips. Had my 6 monthly check up today and I must say I had the full works, Shahzad was very thorough indeed. Took the time to explain to me in detail what we was seeing on the xray and I felt very well informed and impressed with the service. Would highly recommend.

Having endured significant pain from one of my teeth, I was therefore delighted to request an emergency appointment, the following Wednesday was offered and taken. The decision was made extract the tooth, which was achieved under anesthetic, early days, but grateful for the speedy response.

Outstanding - Today I went in to the dental practice very anxious about having my molar tooth taken out. I had requested sedation for my extraction - I don’t even remember it coming out certainly the way forward if you are extremely anxious like myself.
